I went to dine in yesterday at Taco Bell but I could not. A person was sitting idle inside the store, and started asking me for money while I waited for the food. I was confident that he needed the money for cigar/liquor/weed, not food. So I felt uncomfortable and walked out of the store. Will always do a drive through in future, if needed.

I feel like writing this review because I’m in a good mood and the guy at the drive thru made my day a little better. He didn’t do anything special. Just good and simple customer service like you’re supposed to do everywhere. I feel that the large majority of reviews are always about how fantastic a person’s experience was or how poorly a customer was treated. Well I’m giving credit to the guy that took my order and did his job right with a good smile on his face. I wish I’d gotten his name and when I looked at the receipt, it said Glenda. So unless there is a Mexican guy name Glenda here I’m not really sure who to specifically name. Either way, thanks for brightening my day just a little more.

I would give 0 stars if possible. It’s 11:34 pm. All lights are out and drive thru is closed. According to Unilocal,this location is supposed to be open until midnight… two employees cleaning up inside and knew we pulled up to the window to ask what’s going on but ignored us.

When you order there you have to repeat what you have to order almost 2 to 4 times till they understand you and when you get to the window they ask you what did you order«we couldn’t hear you.» Like really… why did you said«ok then, drive to the window“and also there’s always missing orders. damn bring someone that’s speak English come on now, get it together!

We used to like this location, but it appears that they have been raising their prices, a Doritos Locos Box was $ 6.99. Also on a taco salad they were skimping on ingredients the shell was mostly empty. The service was pretty efficient even though they were really busy.

We have been going to this Taco Bell for over 10 years and the past couple years have been disappointing. The main question is «where is the beef or chicken?» They appear to have really cut back on the quality and quantity but the price still goes up. This will be my last visit to this specific location…

My mother went to pick up some breakfast but when she got to the window she was told«you’re too late breakfast is over.» My mother then explained that the order was in on time and the person before her got breakfast and let them know she is okay with waiting. The person in the drive-thru window called another person over and they raised their voice and said they will not make the food because it takes too long to prepare more breakfast items and they are all out, he then told her she will not be getting any breakfast today. So she asked for the manager since this person was so rude and it clearly says breakfast ends at 11AM. The«manager» was also extremely rude and refused to make the food. She told them that I would be calling in to complain and he said in a threatening voice«I’ll be right here waiting.» This is extremely unacceptable what kind of people do you have working at this location? The«manager» acted like a rude Mexican thug and lost you a customer. I hope the franchise owner sees this message and provides his subpar employees with some customer service training because they are horrible people and don’t deserve to work in the service industry.

Ok, sometimes I notice runny meat with the soft tacos. this is to be expected for a fast food joint. The food overall is pretty good although sometimes I grab a bite here from a long day at the office, and the food is not so tasty. I love Mexican food, and this place is idea for that after work too tired to cook mode. To sum it up, lately they have been consistent as this review is rated off of my previous visits. Give it a try.

This is the closest taco bell to me. The girl working the front was friendly and kind. So have all the other drive thru people. I’ve gone here a lot and it is hit or miss. I am not a picky eater the food is good and prepared properly. But the problem I’ve had is a couple of orders where I’ve been missing items. Maybe it’s partly my fault for not checking thoroughly. But maybe I’m spoiled cause every other fast food place. I’ve been hadn’t messed up an order for years. If I order something and get all the way home and the largest item is missing… I ain’t goin back. I’ll deal with the drunk college kids at the university taco bell from now on.

Despite the fact that breakfast hours are until 11am, this Taco Bell stops serving breakfast at their leisure — when they run out of pre-cooked eggs some time after 10:30, rather than making more, they just say«breakfast is over, we’re out of eggs.» I worked in the restaurant industry for 7 years, including fast food, and I never denied a customer breakfast during the established breakfast hours. Eggs only take a minute to scramble. Regular menu is good, but enough false advertising!

So we came in here at like 11:55 on a Thursday night but they did everything they could for us. Some of my friends were being picky and they did everything the best they could. I understand the pain of having picky customers late at night from my own job but these guys handled it really well and provided great food. My appetite has been fulfilled and this was awesome.

frozen tomatoes in my tacos wtf?! there really were frozen! like pieces of diced tomatoes solid frozen in clumps. idk know why I chose to eat taco bell for dinner when I never get full from it aside from their delicious tacos. ordered a #3(3 taco supremes + L drink) no extra taco, frozen tomatoes and they forgot our change until my bf said something. a bit hefty on the sour cream, but I was already mad since we got rejected at palace BBQ. tb obviously didn’t make my night of I-want-to-hulk-smash-palace-bbq better. actually, I don’t think I’ve been to a taco bell location where I had nothing to complain about. the only upside to this is they open late until 1am.

This is a review from the Manager Saul. We’ve come to this Taco Bell plenty of times and we alway get the appropriate service desired from a fast food establishment. Today my man’s brother went to get a grande meal and came back with the wrong order(eight bean burritos and two soft tacos — we wanted eight hard tacos and two soft tacos). Both of them went back to replace it with the right order. Saul was wonderful he took care of BUSINESS. We got the new order, the old order and were properly taken care of. I LOVECOMPETENTWORKERS! Willing to understand there was a mistake made and correct it and then some. WOULDRECOMMEND!

Whenever in Santa Clara and I’m fiending for that prepackaged Taco Bell beef or those cheesy Doritos Locos tacos I find myself sitting at this Taco Bell’s drive thru. The drive thru is usually never too crowded or backed up and it’s service is prompt. I ordered a couple of Doritos Locos Tacos, Crunchwrap Supreme and a Strawberry Frustista Freeze. There seemed to be a mix up with my drink as I said Strawberry, it was assumed I wanted a Strawberry Lemonade. As I came to the window, they did mistake my drink but quickly fixed it. I made my transaction and was given a good amount of sauce. The service was fast and relatively friendly I suppose. Always be nice to your fast food cashiers! *If you read Fast Food Nation you’ll know EXACTLY why!(Plus, being a waitress makes you empathize.) Once I got to finally sit down to eat my food at my next destination I found that most of my taco shells were broken and that the fillings were out of proportion. Don’t get me wrong, I love sour cream but when you get more sour cream than prepackaged Taco Bell beef … someone gonna’ get a hurt real bad! The Strawberry Frutista Freeze is good, Mango just tastes plain weird. All in all, I guess I’d go here just cause of the location, but really? Bwoken taco shells? I said«Thank you, so much!» and gave smiles. I guess I’ll stick to chalupas next time O:-)
