Awful service … The lady at the counter literally sees me and makes eye contact but fails to help Me or the person in front of me … And food was COLD my hash browns were nearly burnt as well :/and it takes forever just to get served and they just throw your food on the counter and don’t call your number so by the time you even know your order is done it’s been sitting there for 5 minutes

Can someone explain to me how the f*** this place takes so long? I could drive to in n out, get my food, and drive back by the time this location would even be ready to take my order.

Went in just for a cup of coffee. I was the only one in line and had to wait 3 minutes to order the coffee. Another 3 minutes until I saw them getting my coffee. Before giving it to me, the person proceeded to make another pot of coffee. Called the manager to explain what had happened and only got a confused rambling response, and no apology. Won’t be going back again.

Don’t go here… Food is so gross. Today my cheese was so old and hard and the English muffin was BURNT. Hash browns are the greasiest I have ever experienced at any McDonald’s.

This place has gone WAY downhill over the past few years. They consistently get my orders wrong, take forever, and have horrible customer service. I think they lost all their good employees to the new restaurants across the street(Panera, The Habit, Chipotle, etc). I only eat here as a last resort.

One of the worst Mcdonalds I’ve ever been to. First off, this place never has any ice cream products past 9pm. Disappointed every night haha. Consistently gets my order wrong or doesn’t add sauce I’ve asked for. Management needs to fix this one.

This is absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I will never ever go to this location to ever again and I do not recommend it to anyone. There was no one at the register they are all helping the at pickup. The Lobby near the cash registers smells like urine. I told one of the supervisors that the place smell like pee and she could barely speak English and she did not understand me I told a young gentleman working it smells like pee and he said«so what». I should have just asked for a refund and left. The customer service was absolutely horrible, everyone working looked like they were miserable.

This shit hole deserves ZERO stars! Over the years this place has gotten worse! Drive thru takes forever! Customer service is bad! I ordered a hot fudge sundae and I got a freaking hot fudge soup! Who the f**k does this?

The worst Big Mac I’ve ever had. It was a big slimy mess. The patties themselves tasted horrible and there was such a ridiculous amount of sauce, everything slipped out of the bun at every single bite. Seriously, it was gross. I don’t expect much in from any fast food place(except In n Out) but this location was particularly unfriendly. I would never even give it a second try. I’m still choking down the ungodly amount of sauce.

False advertising. If you buy a meal the drinks they charge full price, not for $ 1. Why they put poster all over for $ 1. Confronted the manager they don’t know why. She lied.

* If I could start with negative Stars I would. * Not the first time I’ve had an issue with this McDonald’s just finally enough was enough. * Walked in since drive through was backed up. * Ordered my food($ 30) worth. * Waited 30 minutes for my order. * By that time I was very upset. * Checked my order and they for got my mozzarella sticks, girl turns around to get them. Places them in my bag. * Then walked out noticing my Mc Flurry(which already has been downsized per Mc Donald’s)was only filled halfway. So not thinking because I was already upset I just drove home. * I get home and start passing food out to my mom and kids. * Cold fries, only a quarter size drop of Mayo in my butter bun Burger no tomato and Patty was super dry, Half full Mc Flurry, only 1 mozzarella stick in my box where 3 are supposed to be, no cheese on my double cheese burgers. * So pissed off I packed up the food that my kids weren’t eating because I couldn’t tell them to stop eating because the people at Mc Donald’s can never get our order right. * I walk in and place is empty, so I walk up to the counter and took at least 5 – 6 minutes for someone to come to the counter. 2 girls we’re standing in the back just chatting. * I asked the guy who came to the counter I would like to speak to a manager he said he was the manager so I said OK and explained everything then requested I would like a refund and to have my mozzarella sticks, Mc Flurry and my butter chicken Burger remade properly. * He said he can’t do that he would either refund my money or make a new order. * I said fine refund my money don’t have time to wait another 30 minutes to have my order messed up again. * asked for all manager and supervisors name. He then went to the back were the 2 girls were to get some paper and I guess they asked what was going on, started giggling and looked at me I looked straight back and said I’m sorry what’s so funny. I don’t find this shit funny that you pack food orders but simply can’t get that right. * She then had nothing to say. I don’t talk down about anyone but I’m sorry if you can’t get a Mc Donald’s order right definitely says a lot. Mc Donald’s corporate will hear from me. BTW since I really wanted a order mc flurry and mozzarella sticks I drove to another location. And complete different service.

The most farked up restaurant I’ve ever seen. Took them 14 minutes this morning(10:11 to 10:25) to serve my bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo. Several orders after mine were filled first, including six Mc muffin sandwiches. Here’s what I learned waiting at the counter. They have only one working coffee machine which can’t keep up with demand. They have a new second machine which they can’t connect. Hey guys, it’s a water line and a power cord. A monkey could connect it with a crescent wrench and maybe a wrap of plumbers tape. They were obviously in the weeds but an employee was replacing old display signs with new ones instead of jumping in to help with the backlog of orders. There were no coffee stirrers anywhere. They are hiring. I know that because their now hiring sign was hanging crooked on the wall. There were boxes and boxes of promotional materials and dry goods all over the place behind the counter. I did not see a single male employee. Not saying females are bad but hey the store was a complete disaster. Nobody seemed to be in charge.

Considering the existing rating, I doubt anyone needs a reason to not go here — but if you’re still debating it, allow me to share what a bad life decision that would be. Everyone that works there makes it clear that they don’t want to be there or interact with you at all. The service is careless and achieves as close to the bare minimum as they can manage. Things that seem obvious like giving a drink holder to someone who orders four drinks, putting straws in the bag, asking if you want ketchup, or any sort of normal service level is treated like a terrible chore. When the employees are miserable, it gets passed on in the customer interaction. And you can ignore someone having a bad day, but it was the entire place. Comparing to any other service level at any McD’s I’ve visited, it was hands down the worst.

Absolutely the WORST McDonalds in the area, maybe any area. I blame the manager. They hire incompetent workers and also must offer NO training at all. Too many times have we gotten bad service in the drive up line. On this particular occasion I drive up and a woman asked for my order… I begin rattling off my order and get about halfway through before the woman rudely asks me to «hang on»…so I wait… and wait… and wait. Finally the lady comes back on and asks«Can I take your order»? I tell her«we were half way through my order when you left». She then rings up my incomplete order but want’s to know what was on the rest of my order. She shouts at a co worker«How do I add to an order»? Once she finally figures things out, I start to finish my order with her and part way in she say’s OMG… Iike I was annoying her because my list is too long or something. I had 8 items on my list… SORRY to bother you. I told the woman I was getting out of line to go to another McDonald’s and she literally YELLS at me that I CAN“T. Well yes I can, and I did, and I went to the McDonald’s on Homestead where I was treated quickly and courtiously. From now I will go out of my way to avoid this McDonald’s even though it is almost walking distance from my house.

They have screwed up my order twice in the last one year. Today they did it again. I decided to drive back to the place and show them mistake they did. And the response from the manager was«OH» and nothing else. She didn’t have the courtesy to accept the mistake which her her employees made. I’ll drive a couple of miles to enjoy my egg mc muffin, but never visit this place.

This is the second time I have come here and they don’t have coffee. It’s not like I’m coming in the afternoon, I go in the morning. The staff doesn’t seem to communicate to one another when they don’t have something and then take it out on the customer with sass & bad attitudes. I don’t expect much from McDonald’s but I do expect them to have basic things like coffee.(This was last Saturday and didn’t remember to post it) Embarrassing McDonalds on El Camino… Went again this morning at 7am. NOOOOCOOOOFFFEE they were still waiting for it to be unloaded. Do you guys not know how to order supplies to be well stocked? Isn’t that business 101? I’ve learned my lesson, not going back to that store.

I’m receiving great encouragement from the staff at this location to forgo eating at a McDonald’s. I must thank them for helping me with providing me with valid reasons for avoiding fast food. Here are some examples: 1) Drive-thru, June 2015– Cold french fries. If the french fries were any colder, I could swear they skipped that silly little detail about using the fryer. 2) Thursday, July 23rd, 7:15 am. We left after no one approached from the grill area to serve customers. It’s not like the place was actually busy. 3) I never figured that ordering the double cheeseburger special and two drinks at 12 noon on a Sunday(July 26) could seem complicated for a McDonald’s cashier, but, I was wrong. It took awhile to get the unsweetened ice tea because it was not at the beverage station. I’m not fond of that crap called Sweet Tea. Then again, for the time it took to receive the tea, I should have gone home, set a glass jar outside and brewed my own sun tea. My husband is getting some vibes about some of the street people that hang out at this location. I don’t think it is just this McDonald’s, it’s the landscape of El Camino Real, 2015. And, yes, having the 22 bus stop in front of the store is a contributing factor. There are more panhandlers urban campers and street people than in the past in Santa Clara. I once watched a bum walk in at 8 am and yell«I demand you give me food!» to the cashiers at this McDonalds. I also see people that go around and look for recyclables in the trash cans inside and outside the restaurant. I know I should be more sympathetic, but after awhile, dealing with panhandlers and crazy people every day, you get burned out. It’s called compassion fatigue. This location still isn’t as bad as the downtown San Jose location on San Carlos St. I don’t get hassled by aggressive panhandlers who demand you pay their toll before entering the restaurant, and if you don’t they’ll get their buddy, aka«sales manager» to further pressure you to contribute to their charity.

I was so hungry so I «Large» sized my meal which I rarely do. I also ordered an apple pie. I was outraged when I got home to find that my «Large» size fries were only half full as if someone had eaten some. I basically paid for a large and got a medium or small. Then to add insult to injury, I bit into my apple pie for some relief and spit it right out because the crust was so hard it was like trying to eat cardboard. When I thought it couldn’t get worse I tried to break the apple pie and a half or at least the bad in that I had chewed and found that the apple filling had crystallized and turned into almost a toffee that was really hard and chewy. What a waste of money and hunger today!
