They will tow your car from the lot for this building while you are in Starbucks. AVOID! The towing company and building owners are heartless. Starbucks, find a better location with a better landlord!!!

I can’t really fault the employees here … or can I? Seriously. I am not sure why it is so difficult to make hot tea and regular tea but at least they got it right in the end. It’s just hot water and a tea bag. how difficult can it be? The only reason I come here is because it’s right next to Ike’s and there’s really no better place for Teavana’s delicious earl grey. Except for when they run out, which is all the time. Who is drinking the earl grey from this Starbucks?!

Got a coffee yesterday morning and my cup was half empty. I mean if I pay over $ 4 for a cup of coffee — make it full! It’s a common sense and rude to do that.

I like this Starbucks better than the other Starbucks on the other side of the SCU campus. It’s cleaner and quieter, a nice place to study! Parking is a little inconvenient, but the employees are really nice. Grab some Ike’s sandwiches next door and get your coffee fix here!

The slowest Starbucks ever! There are 4 people working and it took them 10 minutes to help one customer making the line grow up to 5 people.

I went here two nights in a row and the coffee was stale both nights. The first night I wrote it off because I was there a few minutes before closing time and it’s understandable, but I went earlier today and it was still stale. Workers were nice at least.

The worst Starbuck’s experience ever for me, here is why: I went to the restaurant next door for lunch today with a friend. We parked at the back of the restaurant in what appeared to be a private parking area reserved for the patrons of the businesses of the block(including this Starbuck’s). We saw a sign which said so, checked the street address to make sure that we were not on somebody else’s parking spot. Also spotted a security agent so we felt pretty good about this parking spot. We had lunch and after lunch took coffee at the Starbuck’s next door. All in all stayed a bit over two hours. When we went back to the car it had been towed away, cost … about 300 $. Reason: there is a two hour limit to this parking area that we did not see. Maybe these two businesses are not directly responsible for this situation, but we are appalled that they would not warn their patrons of the parking issues. Conclusion: do not go to this Starbuck’s or the businesses next door, your car is not safe in their parking lot, and they apparently do not care.

Very disappointed. An employee neglected to wash her hands after mopping the floor and began taking my order. After I asked if she is going to wash her hands, she did. But do employees need to be asked??? This is unacceptable, and I hope management will address this. I doubt I am coming back to this location. I regret not speaking to the management on the spot. And by the way, I think I was served a cup of decaf instead of a regular coffee. Not sure if she did it on purpose or by mistake.

Poor service, bad location. My drink was disgusting. I informed the staff and was given a blank stare. No offer to redo the drink or replace it with something else. Nada. Waste of $ 5. Go the location down the street. Better parking and a nicer staff.
This is a simple cup of coffee that I got from this Starbucks on Alameda, in the morning of March 29. So tell me, does starbucks finally decide to compete with coffees from McDonald? Wait, McDonald coffee probably does not have the ashes.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The customer service is excellent, the line goes very fast and it’s a great environment. I make stopping at the Starbucks part of my daily routine.

Everything here is perfect EXCEPT for the parking situation. If you are lucky to find parking, it’s a pain in the butt getting out onto The Alameda. I recommend this place if you are walking here from the university. Very cozy and workers are sharp.

Argh. Everything was going fine until I got into my car leaving and realized the ice used in my black iced tea was freezerburned. Overpowered anything that resembled taste. Sigh

I absolutely love this Starbucks!!! Located close to Santa Clara University and Ike’s sandwiches. The wifi is super fast here and plenty of space to relax at. Tommy who was making my drink was super friendly and has excellent customer service skills. I wish Starbucks had more friendly employees who showed they wanted to be there than rather a bad attitude. The service was quick and drink was made the way I asked. The store was clean and tidy, tables were clean and trash wasn’t left around. If you’re in the area, definitely visit this location! It’s well worth it!

Love this Starbucks. If you are looking for one to go to that is not as busy as the one across the street from SCU then this is a nice little spot. It is across from Ikes and you can use the parking lot in the back. The manager is great, he was from the ECR location and very knowledgeable. They are friendly and the place is clean as a whistle. Plus, somehow Starbucks got this building built and up and running in no time flat!

A quaint Starbucks off of the Alameda, and right across Ike’s. They were super quick with my iced coffee, and store was nice and clean. The workers here were friendly and quick with the customers! Only con is there is not much parking in this area.

Great ovation for a great Starbucks! The coffee was perfect, the atmosphere was very college trendy, and the baristas were super nice! The skinny vanilla latte is only 160 calories! Yea! Try this location for the ultimate Starbucks experience!!!’
