Starbucks

Easily my favorite Starbucks.
I love the staff here, and they make perfect coffee (quickly) every time.
Mobile orders save me on mornings when I am running late, and I’ve only have one time out of many where they didn’t see the mobile ticket at this location.
This location is clean, friendly, and fast. The trifecta of Starbucks.

Really? How does Starbucks run out of coffee filters and coffee for several of its signature drinks.
You can do better.

DO NOT go here for flat whites! Went there on Tues, 11÷24÷15 at 7am, for a grande soy flat white. No coffee taste at all and it’s supposed to be a triple shot! And they did it twice. Finally walked out. Starbuck’s charge extra for flat whites and have not trained their employees how to make it right! Wow!

I am far from a regular, but over the course of three plus years, I stumble in here from time to time. They are always fully stocked, rarely do I have issues with my order… no ones perfect! Very kind staff, however I do miss one guy that took the time to remember me. He was always so upbeat and seemed to be in charge, from my observation the staff adored him. Very convenient location, never a crazy line… but they are always busy. To me, that’s golden! They get customers in and out FAST and that’s how I like it! Today I tried their new Graham Latte, I have to admit… it’s my new favorite. Delicious! Thanks guys, your efforts are appreciated!

5 stars solid after many trips. Still my go to spot. But I just witnessed the cashier pulling from his own pocket to cover a customers coffee after his gift card was short. He didn’t hesitate and that customer was so grateful. It happened before I had a chance to offer or realize what had happened. I should get names, but I admit I’m terrible with names. I only come on once a week, but they still remember me, I feel special! Very very nice crew… This is honestly an overdue update. But I’m willing to clock in late to sit here and update my review. They are all wonderful!

This is a wonderful Starbucks! I always get fast service and everyone is always so pleasant. They just got some new staff again (it’s across from Santa Clara university so young kids have a high turn over) but their seasoned staff is wonderful and guides them well. The line usually moves pretty quick.
Next to my train station so can’t go wrong there!

I came here on a Wednesday evening around 5:30 pm. Place wasn’t too busy, but a good crowd of college students studying and chilling here!
Parking is very spacious, and super close to Santa Clara University. (Literally right across the street!)
The service here was probably one of the worst I received at a Starbucks. My cashier was a college student who gave me the wrong order! I don’t usually get mad but I was getting annoyed that I couldn’t even get a simple size tall, strawberry acai tea refresher. Without ice too, please!
And what did I get? A grande and with a ton of ice. Was there a point in even asking me if that was «okay»? I politely said I did not want ice and he quickly moved everything into a tall cup.
Probably never back at this location again, since there are so many other Starbucks in the local area.

I’m a regular here. These people are always happy to serve you. And there really fast at what they do. they just renovated the place. Looks very modern with high chairs and lights. Highly recomended if ur in the area.

I always have great experiences at this Starbucks. The baristas are always friendly and make drinks quickly. I’ve even watched one of them run outside to locate the owner of a vehicle that started to roll away. Store is always clean and well maintained.

The first time I came here the coconut milk was sour.
I came back yesterday and waited 5 minutes because the apparently new barista switched up orders. She was nice and apologetic. I came back again today and the same barista took about 10 minutes because they ran out of skinny mocha. She apologized and offered me a free pastry. You’re slowly redeeming yourself, Starbucks!

Came here for a study location near Santa Clara University. Lots of seating, but here’s the kicker, no plugs for a computer. Lame excuse for a coffee shop near a university. My suggestion, stay on campus!

They recently remodeled and it looks nice in here.
The morning team is very fast except for the older lady that works the cash register. She is the bottleneck and causes the place to have a line. The barista making the drinks is elite.
If you’re in a rush like most mornings, I wouldn’t consider coming here.

Everyone is always really nice and the new remodeling looks great. This one is way better than the Starbucks by santa clara university

So let me start by saying that in general, I am NOT a fan of Starbucks products. Being on the road as much as I am, I have learned to appreciate their black iced tea. I ordered an unsweetened iced tea and when I got it, it was sweetened, however the barista Stefanie promptly fixed it and apologized. I recently found out about Starbucks’ refill policy, so I decided to grab another one which is she comped for her earlier mistake. Service was great. Thanks again Stefanie :)

Five star for the employees! They are very nice and they offer good service :) Kelly, Maria and the rest of the team make my usual caramel frappuccino with extra caramel the best of the best :)) thanks. Definitely recommend it to everyone !!

Love this Starbucks. Although it is generally pretty busy the line moves fast! Christian, the manager, has trained his staff well and keeps the place clean and running smoothly. All of the staff are friendly and welcome you with a smile. This is my go-​to Starbucks for sure!

This morning was my second time at this particular Starbucks. The service was not the best.
My first time was decent and the staff were nice and friendly.
Both occasion–
2 stars for a clean store and there wasn’t a line out the door! Convienent location! (close to the train station)
Although, not enough seats and tables. –1
2^nd visit–
I’m not a regular at this location. I noticed that a family of 3 or 4 came in and the staff greeted them with excitement and knew the entire family’s order. I wished they were more welcoming to non-​regulars. –1
I ordered tea this morning in a venti cup with ²⁄₃ hot water, ¹⁄₃ cold soy and few ice cubes. I order it this way, because it’s too hot and the cold soy and few ice cubes cool it down just a tad. Cool enough to drink, but hot enough to warm my hands and to stay warm until I finish the drink.
I got my tea and took a sip. It was COLD! I didn’t go back and tell the person who made my tea wrong, because I was going to be late for my train. –1
Overall, It was disappointing service, but maybe if I ever go to this particular location again for coffee… maybe they can be more welcoming, watch the «Bob not Bob» video, and get my drink right.

I agree with the other Unilocaler here. There is this older woman who works the register & it seems like she needs to be doing something else besides the register or making the coffee. I saw her jack me of the survey that comes with the receipt which gives you a dollar off for doing the survey. The survey printed out & she didn’t give it to me. I didnt want to make a big deal out of it & embarrass her.
Another day was when she rolled her eyes at me when i decided to get food along with my espresso after she had already rung me up for my drink. C’mon lady. If you cant handle the computer & the line, then do something else like stocking supplies!

Not my favorite Starbucks, but 1 extra star because its in a convenient location for me to go to. My complaints about this place are that it closes so early despite being next to a college campus, the drinks are sometimes very inconsistent, and the baristas are slow. In addition to this, one of the cashiers can never really understand my order without me repeating it twice. But it’s still close to the SCU college which makes it easy to come by when I need my caffeine fix (except when it closes before 8)…

I have to love this Starbucks simply because its like … my home haha … not that I am really into Starbucks or I love their drinks or brand or anything but this was my Starbucks when I was a student at SCU. I’d always come here to study, do homework, meet up with friends, meet up with groups, do group work, or just grab a drink on the go on my way to class because I *really* needed something that day.
I’ve brought drinks for people, spilled stuff here, caused mischief in the parking lot at night (lol…) just so many good memories.
The employees here were nice when I was here, but I recently came back once and they became even NICER. How is that possible.
I love the open-​ness of this location and love that they were here or decided to open one here so conveniently across from school. Winning.
