I was rolling around in my Work Whip Big Ken and I got a Craving for Popeyes. Luckly I was near this Popeyes. Its an interesting location. The Layout of the Restaurant is a little weird because its on a Corner Lot. I parked my Whip in the parking lot and rolled in. It was Tuesday so they have a Leg and Thigh 2 Piece Chicken Meal Special for $ 1.99. There was a sizable line. But it moved pretty fast. I ordered 4 Tuesday Specials Spicy. They had my order ready in 5 minutes . I grabbed a table in the Dining room and started eating. The Spicy Chicken was pretty tasty. It was cooked just right. Not Oily or Greasy . The Dining area was pretty clean. I prefer Popeyes because I love SPICY Chicken !!!

Man every time I go to this popeyes they got one thing but not the other. I got a 8 piece then they told me they’re out of breast after I already paid –_-. They substituted that breast with a thigh. Another time I went there in the middle of the day and they were somehow out of popcorn shrimp when I wanted a shrimp Po’Boy. This happened once more a few days after. Today I ordered a po’ boy and they informed me that they were out of lettuce after I had just paid for a meal and a po’ boy meal. Man I’m done with this popeyes for sure. Customer service is wacc here too.

The service is HORRIFIC! The manager is lost in the sauce and a 20 minute wait for spicy chicken? He kept looking back as if it was going to magically appear. The line was out the door and the manager was at the register and preparing orders. Very disappointed!

If i could give no stars I would. They charge for sauces but only after you get your food do they expect you to pay for sauces no signage nothing. And they would not let me finish a sentence. FUCKTHISPLACE

I wish i could give no stars since that is what this place deserves. HORRIBLESERVICE! I went in there today trying to use their online coupon for 5 pcs of chicken for 9.99. They would not take it from my phone since it wasn’t printed? NOWHERE on the promo as you see on my pik does it say that it needs to be printed! I explained to them that I’ve never printed it before and used it in other locations. All the manager said was«Each franchise is different, we cant take it». They would not take it. SOREDICULOUS! The food wasn’t good either. Will never go back or recommend it. very bad management. Shame to Popeyes.

Even when busy, this Popeye’s is never really slow unless some patron doesn’t know what they want at the counter. Everything I’ve ordered has come out promptly otherwise. Though I’ve never ordered anything larger than a personal meal as opposed to their family sized. The parking lot is a bit of s nightmare. Just use the larger lot attached to it. But if you can avoid the tiny lot directly in front, do.

Chicken Tuesdays!!! 1.99 for a drumstick and thigh, who could ask for more unless your Asian and you want some white rice on the side =p The service was quick, granted I came in early to beat the lunch rush! The only thing that was not that great was the Cajun fries, first time ordering them and they were not very warm. I was hoping they would be piping hot and crunch but eh not that great. I’ll stick to my McDonalds French fries =)

This place is quite good. I like the chikone and the fries and the bisquets cause they tase good. However, the reason why I dont give this place a beast rating, is because my stomach often feels bad after chomping on this food, and I often find the fries quite oily which sometimes is just too much. Also for some reason the soft drink cups are alittle greazy which I do not comprehend.

The food is good but I have a problem when they advertise a special sauce with a new item and then don’t put it in the box! I ordered the rippin chicken which comes with a Cajun dipping sauce. I get home to eat and guess what? No dipping sauce. Honestly attention to detail is missing in so many businesses these days. How in the world can you work at a place where there is only a few things to remember and dipping sauce is one of them! However the berry cream cheese pie was yummy but I had to wait awhile as they had none made. Since it was dinnertime this seemed to be bad planning.

This is a update review, my last review was two years ago. The place has got a lot better I’ve been here three times in the last few months. Worker are nice and give you all condiments and the place give you water when you request it. When I came here two years ago the place did not have water you had to buy a drink and they didn’t want to give out condiments. I happy this place has changed cause I like Popeyes every once in awhile.

Popeyes chicken is really good! Just finished eating here. I ordered the spicy chicken 2 piece with mash and sweet tea-sweetened. The spicy chicken was juicy inside and crispy outside. The spice at first wasn’t really noticeable until the second chicken. I was kinda hoping for a little more spice but I can see why they would put a little, in case you were going to eat 5 pieces. I got tried it with the hot sauce, but I didn’t like how it wasn’t like the spice they used in the chicken. It tasted like Tabasco sauce. I highly recommend them to make a hot sauce that they put in their chicken as well as keep the Tabasco. My brother tried the blackened tenders. Holy moly! So juicy that it squirted out when I bit into it. The spice was good but again, there wasn’t much of it. The mash was alright. I didn’t like the gravy they use. The biscuits were really good! So buttery and soft. Overall, I can say I enjoyed it. But my heart is definitely pounding haha.

One star for ripping the customer off. I ordered 2 orders of their Tuesday special which was 2pcs per order and when I finally got back to work, there was only 3pcs. Specials are made to lure people in, not further away. One star for no honesty.

I rarely eat fast food, yet I was in the mood for something fried(and red beans and rice!) and a biscuit. The man who took my order wasn’t really listening to me/paying attention to my order; nor was«Janet» when she gave me the order. Service: Blah Food: fish — good; shrimp — overcooked/hard; red beans & rice — flavorful, yet rubbery(?)…AND, they forgot the biscuit! :/

I think this location has had a management change recently. The older miserable asian guy who was always there is no longer there. I went a few weeks ago and they were still figuring out how to deal with my quirky order on the register. But today they were just fine.

OHBOOOOOOOO… WELL, THEYASKEDFORIT. Giving this place 2 stars ONLY because I love Popeyes and the fact that there was nothing to complain about regarding the taste of the food or cleanliness of the venue. 3MAJORISSUES I HAD: 1. THEYDIDN’T WANTTOCOOKCERTAINORDERSFRESHMADEAT8:40P.M.(STORECLOSESAT10P.M.) Long story short… The significant other had asked for the #6(chicken tenders). Lady goes, «Sorry, there’s no more chicken tenders left».(What do you mean there’s none left? Cook more!) So my significant then says, «Oh ok. I’ll get the #5 then. I want 4 thighs only, no spicy.» Lady turns around, counts the non-spicy thighs, then turns back to us and replies, «Sorry, we only have 3 non-spicy thighs left».(…then cook more?!?) So my significant then goes, «uhhhhhh. OK I’ll just get the #4. 3 piece only thighs non spicy». …She then punches in our order. –_– The significant then asks, «what time do you guys close? « Lady goes, «10 p.m.» I had thought they closed at 9 p.m. because they refused to cook new batches of chicken. Talk about cheap. 2. NOFREESAUCE… … unless you order the Popcorn Chicken, in which they may refuse to cook a new batch for you anyway. No point in changing your order. 3. WON’T GIVEUTENSILSUNLESSYOUASKFORIT. If your customer orders to-go, doesn’t that alone, point out the obvious that you NEED to provide utensils? Just sayin’. MORALOFTHESTORY… You can tell that the venue is struggling because you won’t get the basics that’s normally provided at other Popeyes locations without hassle, here unless you ask for it.

There are so many negative reviews about this store that compelled me to write to support in case they shut down due to all the negativity. They have the country’s best fried chicken fast food, period. I always come get this each time I return from abroad, each time wanting more after. Yes, they are stingy with napkins and condiments unlike other fast food joints we are used to but it is no big deal, just ask for more! With chicken crumbs bursting away at every bite, it is inevitable there will be crumbs everywhere. Come on this is fast food, not fine dining ok? Just enjoy the amazing chicken and get outta there!

I’m giving two stars because the flavors were there. The staff was fairly friendly. I ordered the 9pc chicken tenders and the shrimp/fish combo for take out for two people. Sides were Mac n cheese and the Cajun Rice. My friends know me as someone who will finish a meal even if I thought it was just ok. I couldn’t… The mac n cheese tasted chalky and the Cajun rice was so dry and fishy. I’m Japanese, I eat fishy fish, and this was FIIIIIIISHY! 9 piece chicken tenders were smaller than Popcorn shrimp, definitely smaller than golf balls. The shrimp and fish meal was a little better, if you ate the shrimp. Can’t even taste the fish. Biscuit was dry and salty. Two meals for $ 15. Not even worth it. I’m still hungry.

I’d suggest going to another store, if you don’t have vacation time to wait for this one. The Help Wanted sign on the window didn’t help much. If they’d had two enthusiastic employees maybe things would have gone better. I felt as though we were ignored by the person at the counter and even after the order was taken several minutes later, she appeared very drone-like, slowly working through the orders with hours-old chicken. I’ve been to many Popeyes locations across the country and this is possibly the worst. The food wasn’t bad, but it was obvious that it had been sitting for hours. They likely made it before the shift change, and someone who opened the store went home. Before we left, someone had been dropped off outside – no uniform – and started clearing tables. The company really needs to get some enthusiastic employees and fix this location because this is not anywhere near how good Popeyes can be.

I heard a lot of hype about how much better Popeyes was than other fast food fried chicken. Ummm, sorry, but it was not good at all! Pass on it and head to Lillie Mae’s to get something better!
