Ordered Baja chicken wrap… Took more than 20 mins for order and finally the chicken is not well cooked … Tortilla was not chewable … Pathetic experience. On a week day, the reason I came for a sub is to save time not to waste.

I love this place. The number 13, Mike’s way, is fantastic. In a rush, I order on my app so that I can skip the line. The bread is a notch above subway, so that tilts the balance form me.

Awesome spot to grab a sandwhich. My favorite would be the bacon ranch hot sub. Delicious!

Hit and miss– sometimes the sandwich makers make the correct sandwich(that I ordered) sometimes they improvise and I get something a bit different. Not a fan of Mikes Way. As long as there is no line this place is good. Once they get a line it can take forever!!!

Decent sandwiches, not Ike’s or California Sourdough, but this place will do in a time crunch. The Philly cheesesteaks are pretty good, but if you order any of the cold cut sandwiches and you ask for it Mike’s way, be ready for a drippy, soggy sandwich if you don’t eat it within a few minutes. The folks that work there are pretty nice, but you can tell they have been requested to ask the customers how their days are going. Have seen a few interesting situations where customers just give them a weird look, but I’ve always been happy to share my day and ask how they are doing.

It’s been awhile since I have been here but I have missed the flavor of Mikes way subs. Everytime I come in the workers greet me they are all really nice and smiling. The meat is freshly cut and the bread is baked that day it’s soft everytime I come here. I usually get the number 8 club sub and it never fails it’s always delicious if your a meat lover. If you get the meal it’s kind of pricey comes out to around $ 13 if you get a regular size sandwich. Regular is usually really filling. There’s about 5 tables inside and 5 small tables outside and it gets really packed at lunch time. If your a first timer you can ask or tell them it’s your first time and you get a free cookie. Honestly the cookies aren’t that great but who would complain about receiving something free. So if your in the mood for a good sandwich I’d suggest you try this place and get your sandwich Mikes Way.

Best sandwich place I’ve tried in Santa Clara so far. This is definitely my new spot. Mark was excellent and his customer service was awesome. I would recommend this to my friends.

This was the best jersey Mikes I’ve been to. Emil had a great attitude and was meticulous with my number 8. Everything was evenly distributed and had perfect amounts especially the bacon, lots of bacon. Will definitely return.

Interesting business model. Sandwiches are really good. The staff are super friendly and funny. Probably one of the best service experiences I have had in a long time. Only con is that the bottom of the sandwich can be a bit soggy. Either than that I am a fan.

This place is literally Subway with slightly more meat. And when I say slightly, I mean like maybe an extra slice of turkey or ham or whatever you get. I also do not like Subway so if you do, you might like Jersey Mike’s more than I do. Their menu offers a good variety of combinations you can get. I opted for their best seller which turned out to be a simple turkey and provolone sandwich. Most sandwiches come with lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and I feel like there was something else but I can’t remember. I only got the lettuce. After the toppings, they add some flavoring, called ‘Mike’s Way’…this was red vinegar, salt and pepper, olive oil, and an herb seasoning(oregano I believe, but again could be wrong on this). Don’t get me wrong, I like ‘Mike’s Way’, but how is this different from Subway? You can get the same EXACT combination of flavors from Subway and I know this because that’s what I used to get from there. Other notes: bread isn’t very fresh, my mini sandwich turned out to be around $ 8, not enough turkey, vinegar was a tad bit too overwhelming. I honestly might even prefer Subway over this. Subway is also cheaper. I’m willing to pay more money for a good quality sandwich, and this isn’t it. Overall, not a fan!

I was a skeptic. My girlfriend craves their sandwiches, literally drowning in vinegary«Mike’s Way» flavor juice. Yesterday we entered the shop and my skepticism held. I was unwilling to give it a go. That’s that, I figured. This place just isn’t for me. It’s gotta be like a soup sandwich, with all that sauce. But soft! What gracious enthusiasm over yonder sandwich counter breaks? It is Daniel and crew, and their confidence and playful welcoming vibes eroded all the barriers. I ordered the turkey and provolone-NO WAITGETSOMEHAMONTHERE TOO-and dared to try it Mike’s Way at Daniels recommendation… He even parlayed away any latent hesitation with the promise of a free cookie for a first-timer. Now you’re talkin’. Sploosh went the vinegar, and splash and sploosh once more. The mixture assaulted my nose holes, evoking seismic hunger deep in the whichever-part-of-my-brain-what-regulates-that. My sandwich was promptly and cleanly assembled, sliced, wrapped, and presented. We stepped outside to sit and I took a bite and I had this distinct moment of bitter regret for all the years of sandwich disappointment which could have been avoided had I only known the glory of this Jersey Mike’s location. I was a skeptic. Was. Tl;dr — Had never tried this place, then a super charismatic group of employees turned my skepticism on its head with my first taste of proper sandwich divinity.

Dropped by here for lunch one day. Had their famous philly cheesesteak sandwich. Wasn’t all to impressed. Service was pretty good but otherwise, I think there are better sandwich places out there.(ahem Ike’s…)

Mini sub size and cherry pepper relish are what I like about Jersey Mike’s. While the name mini might make you think it’s not enough food you might be surprised as the size. The cherry pepper relish is spot on; so good. The red wine vinegar and olive oil, tastes good but can drown your sandwich if you don’t specify light so ask for Mike’s Way with caution. If there was more flexibility in creating your own with your choice of meats, I’d be more inclined to a get a sub here again.

My hubby and I love to get sandwiches for lunch and the fact that I live about 5 minutes from a great place like Jersey Mike’s is totally awesome. I usually order the chicken chipotle philly cheesesteak and it’s my favorite. Oozing with cheese and dripping with chipotle goodness, the chicken is juicy and tender, the heat from the jalapenos provides a nice kick, and it’s all wrapped up in soft tasting bread. Arguably, one of the best I’ve had. My hubby really likes the original Italian. He likes the flavors of the combination of the meats, noting that it’s not too salty, unlike other sandwich shops he has eaten at. It’s a simple sandwich, but the taste is spot on. Another great plus is that I always get coupons in the mail, like buy one get one free sub, which certainly comes in handy. Jersey Mike’s is definitely a place we will come back to often.

Tried both a hot sub and a cold sub. The original Italian: I liked this one better than the pastrami. I got it Mike’s way. I dont remember anything too spectacular bout it though Pastrami Reuben: This one tasted good but it wasnt really my cup of tea. I didnt really enjoy the sauerkraut and even though I like thousand island I feel like it masked the flavor of the pastrami. Overall the sandwiches were good but nuthin mind blowing. Each one was about $ 8.75 a pop so the price is decent.

Getting tired of Subway sandwiches, Togo’s, or Quiznos? Try Jersey Mike’s for their big subs, like the Big Kahuna and famous Philly Cheesesteaks! Choose from a variety of hot and cold subs and add your favorite toppings! The chicken cheesesteak is pretty good. The service is wonderful and super friendly. If it’s your first time eating there, you get a free cookie! Jersey Mike’s is a good substitute for the other sandwich chains, although a bit more on the pricier side.

The roommate’s brother was having his son’s first birthday party. They apparently love Jersey Mike’s in San Diego, so they sent us to Santa Clara to pick up sandwiches for the party. *Turkey breast & provolone *The american classic: ham and provolone *Club sub: turkey, ham, provolone, bacon, mayo *Famous roast beef and provolone *Tuna fish I tried every one except for the American classic. The best sandwich was the tuna fish sandwich. It was moist due to the tuna salad in the sandwich. The rest of the sandwiches were super dry. I was talking to the roommate’s brother and he said they normally put oregano and an olive oil blend on the sandwiches that makes them delicious. Maybe they forgot to put that on the side since we got our sandwiches to go? The ingredients themselves tasted okay, but there’s no excuse for dry sandwiches.

Good subs… consistency, high quality meat and cheese, and big portions. I get the #7 which is turkey and provolone on wheat bread. I love the oil & vinegar & oregano finish — it really adds a lot of flavor. Hubby gets different subs each time, but loves their roast beef Mike’s way with all the fixins :) Their sandwiches are average price, around $ 7.50/regular. This is across the street from our house, and I can see us returning often!

This place really reminds me of a glorified Subway. I’m serious! Take a look at my sandwich and tell me how they’re not like Subway: 1) Load it with tons of chopped lettuce 2) Add oil 3) Add vinegar 4) Shake some salt and pepper on it afterwards Oh! You’re right. Subway doesn’t have $ 8 sandwiches! Ok so for the $ 8, you do get more meat than Subway but certainly not a heaping amount like Ike’s, bread as fresh as Specialty’s, nor toppings like Which Wich. I’d have to pass on this one but at least I can say I gave it a try!
