I’m kind of thankful that this is not my local Togo’s. I really don’t want to seem like someone who will bash an establishment just because I feel comfortable behind the quasi-anonymity of Unilocal, but an experience is an experience. Without mincing words, I’ll just say that when I visited, I witnessed several employees slooowwlyyy making sandwiches and being actively rude to customers who had just waited a fairly long time to order. The upshot was that the guy who made my meal was relatively chatty and friendly, though by no means did he move any faster than his coworkers. I had to repeat my order several times and I was already to the point past hunger where I could smell colors and see sounds so thinking about my order over and over grew increasingly tough — especially since it ended up in a «who’s on first» situation. I checked in and saw that there was an offer for a free soda for doing so, so I told the gentleman making my sandwich and he said«I don’t know if my boss honors that, but I’ll check.» Not all Togo’s locations offer this, so I was curious as to why this perk would be offered here if there was a chance it wouldn’t be honored? He asked for a ring and another gentleman that I would assume was one of the owners took my debit card. I showed him the check in offer, and a woman — making a sandwich for someone with whom she was having a pleasant conversation — stopped what she was doing, turned to look at my phone, sighed heavily, hesitated, and then curtly told me that they’ll honor it but that I should have showed it «at the beginning». At the beginning of… my order? being rung up? my life? Oh well. It sucks that I can’t just say«All Togo’s are the same!» but that would be a lie as I have been a customer of Togo’s from here to practically Timbuktu literally all my life. I hope other people who visit this spot regularly have better experiences than I did, and I will plan to stick to the locations in my neck of the woods.

One of the worst Togo’s ever. Poor customer service: After beginning to take my order, asks me to wait so they can answer the phone, smh. Most items cost more here. Sandwiches are close to $ 1 more expensive than any other location(2 other ones within walking distance). If you’re going to charge more because you’re located next to the stadium, then you better back it up with quality & service which they have neither of. They also don’t accept corporate issued coupons so I simply go to the other location down the street and will be avoiding this place.

This place sucks! They messed up my order twice! First time I had a decent size order and show the guy the phone and read it completely wrong. and the second time I got mainly bread they totally skimped on the good stuff. Definitely a waste of time and money. NEVERCOMINGBACK!

By the beard of Zeus… I went and made a Unilocal account just so I could post here tonight. People are mighty salty in here and I just couldn’t stand by and do nothing. I’m looking at you T G. You mention that the TOGO’s employee was rude, demanding and inconsiderate. Well, your entire post, written more than a week after the fact, reeks of all three of those things. There are two sides to every coin my friend. Perhaps you need to evaluate your own behavior. Now, I totally understand that the entire point of this website is to write reviews about things like this. And the entire point of TOGO’s is to serve a sandwich into your mouth in what ever manner you wish(within reason!). But good lord man! They are human beings too! And it’s just a frigging sandwich! If they put some pickles on there by mistake, take them off for goodness sake(that rhymes! Maybe that will help you remember!) And if you’re allergic to pickles… okay I have no solution for that one, but I would be really sorry for your ailment. Shame on you for screaming a persons name into our eyes over and over again. And shame on that Matt R. dude too! How about some employee loyalty! Do you really want rude, demanding and inconsiderate people like T G. waltzing into your shop? Demanding the death of pickles? Here, to make this a real review about TOGO’s rather than a review about the pure, refined salt streaming out of someones eyes as they pollute ours with their rabble: TOGO’S! I LIKE! I go to person and tell to make sandwich. They make! I give green paper. I not know why trade sandwich for green paper, but it work. I put sandwich in mouth. It like magic trick! TOGO’S I LIKE! I give you 5⁄5 internets

Best experience at this location. The staff is friendly and helpful. They do get busy but thats because there always events and games going on at the stadium and they everything they can to work as fast as they can! You all rock! To TG, the most horrible, arrogant jerk ever. How dare you ever say that anyone at this location was rude or unprofessional. First off, putting anyone’s name out there is illegal. You can not name anyone on a public site without their consent. Second of all, I come in often and the staff has always been great and the food fresh. What I find ridiculous is that you have the nerve to post a compliant a week later. That tells me that this didn’t actually happen and you are a liar and having better to do. Maybe you should get off your butt and get a job and actually work and then you will understand what hard working people go through and that crap they have to deal with. I’ve read your other posts and you just seem to be a very unhappy person who has nothing better to do and likes complain because you aren’t happy unless you have something to complain about. Before you post anything next time make sure you think before you do. You can seriously get into a lot of trouble for putting certain information on here and making up stories that are not true, which in this case I can guarantee is false 1000%. I hope the next time you come in they don’t serve you and make you leave. They do not have to put up with jerks like you and can refuse service all they want. If you don’t like the way someone makes your food go cook it yourself or go get your girlfriend or wife to do it for you.

Right across from my house and on Sundays are my lazy day at home so I like to go there to get food for lunch and it gets me full and I still have half the sandwich so I was always finish it in the evening. the only thing I don’t like is how they usually don’t open on time on Sundays unless there’s a game. if there isn’t a game expect it to be opening an hour or so later then it says it opens. there was one or two times it didn’t even open at all. anyway the club house is my go to sandwich

I like togo’s sandwich, and I almost eat it every week, but I have to say this is the worst Togos I have ever been, meet taste like weeks old, service even worse, cleaning stuff looks like you own him 1000 bucks. DONNOT go!

This is the most convenient Togo’s for me. After I stopped eating so many carbs I don’t eat sandwiches very often, but I come here for the Santa Fe Chicken salad. I typically go about once a month or so.

All Togo’s food is awesome(especially when compared to «where’s the meat» Subway), and the Tasman Santa Clara location is no exception. The 6-inch #3(turkey & cheese) I ordered was delicious, and the service provided by the sandwich maker(a middle-aged woman who spoke with a Eurasian accent) was friendly, polite, and efficient. The problem I have with this location – and all Togo’s – is their prices. The sandwich(as described) and a soda(with no chips) cost exactly $ 9.97… Seriously. And, I realize that a Togo’s sandwich is way, WAY better than one made at Subway… but for about a buck or two more, I could’ve had a «real meal» from Chili’s or Applebee’s, etc. Also, approximately half the tables in the place were in need of a sprucing up – and I was the only customer there. At some point, I’ll most likely make my way back to this Togo’s – but not as often as I would if their sandwiches were priced more competitively.

Pre ordered x2 sandwiches 11:30 before the lunch rush. Opened my sandwich and clearly pulled out a long HAIR !! Omg gross. I been coming here years and all is well, except this experience. What made me tell on them wasn’t all about the hair it is what followed next. I called them immediately after and to my surprise they told me to come back after 2pm because there having there rush at the moment and they would be able to take care of it then. OMG. are you kidding me? All we wanted is another sandwich. And basically they wanted us to starve because of there mistake till 2pm so other customers get there food first. Or perhaps I’m being selfish and I’m in the wrong. And FYI this was the owner of togos who told me this. Surprisingly. Wonder how far that customer service is going to take them. Ps. They raised there prices but not there service.

Was welcomed immediately by an enthusiastic employee named Jason. The man was full of knowledge and great recommendations. He told me he makes a great hot sandwich and he was right. That meat he laid on was sliced perfectly. This one guy made a regular sandwich purchase an experience I will cherish.

This is the BEST Togo’s around! Sometimes a rough spot to park– none the less Jason Brown takes care of my order each time and make sure my executives are fully satisfied. Which works perfectly for me! Thank you Jason! YOUTRULYROCK!

This was my first time at this location. I usually eat at the Hollister location which always does a superb job. I’m only giving this location 2 stars instead of 1 because the service was very good. However, the bread seemed stale and I barely had any avocado on my sandwich which is surprising because I ordered #21 which is avocado and cheese. I also asked for spring mix, but was given the shredded lettuce. This was also a phone ahead order by the way and despite me not having to wait long, they made it while I was there. Overall it was pretty skimpy with all of the fillings and a whole lotta bread. I would give it another try though because it’s close to my work and everyone was very friendly.

Great sandwiches, soup and salads. Ordered three sandwiches. Salami on one of them did not taste perfect. But, the staff was super friendly today. I especially like that they are now open later on weekends. Thanks Togo’s!

We use to go there a lot cause its just close, till I got a HUGEBUG on the spring mix of my sandwich, and when I returned the sándwiches the owner ask me what was wrong with the rest of them, like I am going to let my family eat their possibly bug infested food, no thanks,

This place is one of the closes TOGOs from my workplace. However the service here is hit and miss, we went yesterday at a really busy time so I probably got to the miss part of service. They only had about three people making sandwiches and it was a huge line. Luckily when it was my turn the woman I got seemed like she was new, she was repeatedly asking for permission to do things with my sandwich. I also saw my coworker asked for the simplest sandwich and they took a long time as well. There was the special for $ 5 for three items, I didn’t want the three and asked for a bigger sandwich, it went up to $ 10. I should’ve just gotten two of the 6″ sandwiches combo and not pay $ 10 for a 9″ sandwich –_– total ripoff. Anyhow I’m unhappy I got ripped off and will definitely need to watch out next time I think I’m ordering a special. Watch out for the prices, go when it’s not crowded way before 12pm lunch time.

This location definitely does not follow their posted hours… We’ve been so many times and had it closed that now we drive past it to another togo’s location that we know will be open.

I come here on my lunch break all the time and have continuously observed the horrific behavior of the owners of this establishment. Today was the breaking point for me. As I was eating lunch outside with my coworker, the owner came outside to smoke. Which I don’t have A problem with, however he smoked his cigarette right next to us while we were still eating. Which was nasty to begin with. Not only that, he was smoking in the doorway of the building blowing smoke inside. On another visit to this location, my coworker ordered a sandwich, and while the female owner was making it, she cut her finger and was bleeding. Instead of stopping, she continued to make the sandwich! It was disgusting. Needless to say we are going to another location from now on.

A frequent lunch spot for me and my coworkers. Their daily specials were great, and they used to have this stamp card that I would fill up quickly, and get my free sandwich! Love their turkey cobb on dutch crunch! Their asian chicken salad is great too! We also catered from them a bit too, and never dissapointed!

I’m a die-hard Togos fan. It was also my first job so I know how it works. I ordered the CHICHA Chicken wrap. Haven’t had it, thought I’d try it. Got back to the office, took a bite and it was a watery mess. Turns out, I actually got a veggie wrap. I went at 2:30, no one else was there, how did you not here that I said chicken, not veggie? Guess I’ll go finish the other half to my watery mess…
