Service is just fine. Clothes come back as they should. Clean and nicely ironed.

Caveat Emptor! I’m in dry cleaner limbo ever since my favorite moved away so I’ve been trying different places. Just tried this place, and the quality of their work isn’t bad, but that can be said for all the other places I’ve been. Pretty tight standard deviation in this industry. On the other hand, I was disappointed in the cost. You see, the laundered shirt rate is much higher than dry cleaning. I brought in some shirts and the proprietor automatically put me into the laundered category with the exception of one shirt that had a stain. I didn’t realize this until I returned home to look at the ticket. I wish she’d asked me for my preference since I always use dry cleaning. Oh well, the search continues. By the way, the ticket does not include the total cost of the service.

Homestead Cleaners has always taken good care of me and my newly wedded wife. I’ve been taking my clothes there for almost 7 years now and have never had an issue. They’ve always been friendly, the clothes have been clean and most importantly, their services are completed on time. Several times in the past, they have gone above and beyond my expectations. Most recently they cleaned my wife’s wedding dress and suggested a display and storage box for safe keeping, it came out gorgeous. They’ve always been great about their recommendations and they treat me like a long time friend. They offer a great service and I plan on bringing my clothes to them for the foreseeable future.

Some of these other posters do not understand that dry-cleaning and other cleaning methods are hard on clothes. Some times you do get rips and tears. However, this cleaners does a great job of making sure shirts and pants look great coming home. Some times their 24 hour turn around is not correct. I will bring in some shirts and the lady will tell me they can’t have it done like the sign says. Alteration prices are way too high aswell. Save some money and take your alterations to Kevin’s tailoring in the same plaza. My wife needed hems on her work pants and they charged her almost $ 30. Kevin charges $ 7.

I really like the personal treatment that i get at this dry cleaners. I have been going to them for years and even though it’s a little bit farther than other cleaners they do a great job. I have never had a problem and am particular about how much starch in my work shirts. i really like them pressed but not starched to death. With other cleaners I have to re-iron my shirts to have the fresh pressed look.

I’ve only been here once. I brought in a comforter that was a day old. Someone had threw up on it. They were nice enough to take it in. My husband rinsed it prior. It came back clean and without a smell. Although, it did have holes. About 3 or 4. It was a day old. I know it wasn’t us or how I bought it. Now, I’m not sure if I’ll go back. Price was $ 25 if anyone is wondering.

I’ve been a customer for 15 years and have never had a problem or complaint. The service is great and the prices are fair. Besides dry cleaning and laundry I have also had them mend my pants and they did a great job.

I had my Suit Pants dry cleaned here few weeks ago and I just took it out of the plastic cover to find 2 hole on my pants. just like the review above, except I was talking to the lady there. same story. no refund no compromise. then she tell me that the holes were there already. ok, if the pants are damaged then why would you clean them? shouldn’t you contact the customer and let them know that the pants were damages? f**kin idiots. This is the worst cleaners and should not be in business. yes they are koreans and so am I. DONOTGOTHERE! unless you have clothes that you want to throw away. I can’t believe I have to leave a star. this place doesn’t even deserve a star.

Very satisfied. They are prompt and reliable with service. I’ve needed both dry cleaning and alterations done. I’m pretty particular with alterations, especially, and felt as though I didn’t need to explain or elaborate too much. This place is a little further out for me but a heck of a lot better than the other neighborhood dry cleaner I used to visit.

I had some items washed and dry cleaned here. My cashmere sweater came back with two rips around the neck and a smaller one in the chest area. The man there swore that they did not do it, though I did not give it to them in that condition. I told him that I shouldn’t have to pay for it since I didn’t damage it. I told him that I’d be happy to pay for the other items, but he insisted that since they dry cleaned it, I had to pay for it. He was unapologetic and muttered something in broken English about sending it to the lab, but that I would have to pay for his time and the lab fees. After arguing with him for about 10 minutes, I gave up since there was a line of people forming behind me. In order to get my other items, I ended up paying for the damaged sweater too. I am never coming back here again… P. S. i begrudgingly had to give it 1 star to submit my review — when it definitely earned a 0.

Best cleaners we have found so far. We moved up the peninsula from Cupertino, but we still go there because they can do miracles with those tough stains.
