Worst dry clean experience ever! I brought in a dress to clean before an event. The owner not only kept on delaying and giving me all the excuses, when I finally picked up my dress 5 weeks later(of course I did not have a chance to wear it at the event), it still had stain on it! Then she became hysterical and started yelling at me when I pointed it out. She was so rude that I felt it was just impossible to reason with her. I paid and left. Honestly I was astonished at the fact that someone with that kind of personality would run a business. She needs to go to one of those anger management classes!

Just for the lady owner of this place’s preference, smoking 50 feet away from your entrance is absolutely legal. When the business next to you(Orenchi) gets more customers than yours and the customers take up all the parking spaces, do not get butthurt over us. I’m going to post some pictures about smoking rules for you just in case next time you’re going to blow up on some customers that are waiting to get in Orenchi, you will make some kind of sense. You are very welcome and I wish your business the best.

I have used this cleaner for a few months and most of the time the cleaning has been OK. Then I wanted a repair done to the sleeve of two cotton shirts. Every week I went in to pick up and they were not done for one reason or another. She was looking for the same color material to make a patch, she was looking for the same color thread. After three weeks I went and bought material and thread… she still took over three weeks, telling me she needed more time. When I finally got the shirts back the«patch» was so bad I had to unpick it. Then I told her I had paid twice and had receipts to prove it and she ended up screaming at me(not sure what she was saying with some of the words) and refused to give me the credit. This service is unacceptable. If I could do a NOSTAR rating I would.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I just had the worst customer service! Not only would she not keep her promises, but she kept coming up with excuses! I went three times and the three times, she says she forgot to do my shirts. And on the fourth time, she says she’s doing them right now even though she precisely told me to come by then. When I made a comment about how she missed a spot,(the spot that needed to be cleaned) she dismisses the idea and tells me that I’m blind. So rude! Then tells me how business is bad and her husband is dying of cancer. She then asks me to tell my friends and coworkers to come here. I have never had such a bad customer experience as this one! Avoid at all cost!

Good dry cleaner. Prices are pretty standard. If you are dry cleaning your clothing there they will do alterations for an additional price. However, if you wash the clothing yourself, they are not interested in alterations. The price tag of $ 65 for four small alterations because each simple item needed to be dry cleaned first left me seeking out another recommendation for situations when you need alterations only. If you just need straight dry cleaning services they are fine and reliable. They have done consistently above par with my dry cleaning. Sigh, us women and prices of dry cleaning! The owners used to be super friendly but it seems like they have been a bit beaten up by reviews which sigh, seems to be the world of Unilocal
