Don’t come here if you’re going to pay with cash. They only form of reimbursement for cash purchases is store credit. EVEN if the item is still within the 30 days of the date of purchased! What kind of BS is that? I’ve always wondered how businesses like these aren’t out of business! THIS IS HOW! Durh.
I came here to pick up an electric strike and power supply for my work. No one greeted me or directed me on where I needed to pick up my reserved orders. The guy on the phone said to come to will-​call, but when I was there, the window was closed and I looked like a damn idiot just wandering around like a cute little lost puppy.
Same thing happened when I came the second time to return the items. The guy at the desk completely brushed me off after I signed the papers for the returned items. He sat there and said, «well, that’s it. You’ve returned it.» as in ‘WTF are you still doing standing in front of me, I’m trying to finish my solitaire game.’ I said, «ok, well, where’s the cash?» And that’s when I found out about their company’s wack «policy».
Word of advice, don’t assume every customer knows about your return policy and don’t brush them off when they inquire about it either! RUDE MUCH?
