Just came in on a normal Sunday night and was stunned by the sheer incompetence of their worker at the front. The guy was touching all the food and had zero sense of urgency while doing it which led to a long line that could’ve been avoided if he was competent in any sense of the word. His weirdness and horrible customer service was really irritating. The food was fine but their employee was so horrible that it ruined the meal.

Pleasant employees who are always attentive and very on task. The place is always clean and cool inside with a/​c. The service is super fast being that the workers are like automated robots. I understand the customer service is impersonal and lacking but you cant expect too much with a constant influx of customers. This place is always super busy but the wait still stays at a minimum.
I only wish more asians worked here. It is odd when mostly all the workers are hispanic

Never eat at Panda, but the one day I decide to accompany some friends, my $ 200 sunglasses get stolen… right off my table.
Even in such a nice little nook that this restaurant is located in, it really sucks to not be able to feel safe enough to get up for a second to grab a napkin.
Really bummed.

It’s your standard Panda, nothing special about it. Food was good as always, but my favorite part was the affordability (as opposed to other places in the shopping center). Will come here again if I’m downtown next time.

Food here is semi-​adequate. Service is slow and indifferent – and on rare occasions it is fast and indifferent. As most of you would agree, this is not Chinese food. I don’t even know what this food is. My stomach hurts after I eat here. Not sure why I came. I must be an idiot.

All of Panda food is the same. WAY greasy and always good. But this one has poor service, very poor service. Staff pretty much ignores you and isn’t remotely personable.

This is the best panda express ever!!! The quality of the food was excellent… the service was awesome and the girls were smoking hot (panda girls). Great Dinning experiences will come back.
