We picked up a couple of beautiful outfits for a 4-year-old and a 1-year-old here. The designs are really cute and complementary — you can match a dress up to a range of complementary accessories and vice versa. After reading the review below, I am hoping that the clothes we bought will hold up. This is the only reason I have not rated the shop 5 stars. Edit: I forgot to mention that the staff were very pleasant and friendly.

My husband and I were on vacation in Santa Barbara(from San Diego) and we decided to get our nieces matching boots as a surprise. Everyone in the shop was very nice, and we were excited to give our nieces the adorable boots. When we got home we have the girls(who are 2 and 6) the boots and they LOVED them. The six year old immediately put them on and went out to play. At the end of the day, we realized the boots were ridiculously messed up. She wasn’t any rougher on her boots than she is on her regular shoes. I’m extremely disappointed tha these boots are so poorly made. Her Payless shoes actually hold up better than this, which is unacceptable. Unfortunately we live 3 hours away from the shop, which means we are now out $ 60 because the boots look hideous. I can’t believe they fell apart so much after just one use. I’m including pictures. I wanted to love this store, everything was adorable, but unfortunately they are not made with quality materials. I feel like we were completely ripped off.

Little shop for kids in downtown SB. As a dad, this place has some surfer clothing for your son, and that’s the life style the store embraces. Not much of a selection because most of the clothes have some what the same idea or style, but lots of different colors to choose from. The lady who owned the shop was very sweet and pleasant to be around.
