Want to give less than 1 star here… Sonia and Yuri(employees who were«helping» me) are absolutely the worst people to be in the food service industry. I had the worst experience here. If you don’t like where you work, it shows, and in this case, it is just flooding out of their(Sonia and Yuri) pores. Upper or regional management needs to look into this location and do something about this.

I’m not the biggest fan of KFC because I’ve had so many rotten experiences. But fried… chicken. I tried to get a double down here awhile back. I failed. Well, lesson learned don’t make the mistake I made. This location does not participate in national promotions. So no double down… you have to drive to Ventura for that. The rest is ok. The people who work here are very nice, even apologetic about the lack of epicness of the franchise. Decent KFC, but that doesn’t say much.

I dunno I think everyone on this is trippin… Fried chicken can only be good or great… It was good. And FYI it’s KFC which is fast food. If you expect anything spectacular then go somewhere and spend more than 10 $. I got what I expected.

I went to this KFC the other evening(Monday) with my Daughter. I ordered a 3pc meal which cost me $ 8.99.When I received my food the flyer on the tray read: Monday special 3 pc meal=$ 4.99.When I went back to ask the cashier for my $ 4.00 he told me that you must ask for the special before ordering and he cannot give me my $ 4.oo back. I told him that is a terrible policy! Either have the special and Post it on the menu board, or don’t have it! Don’t make the customer feel like they have gotten ripped off! I am never going back to this KFC, and maybe never to any KFC because it is really corporate who sets the specials. Really KFC? Really?

I HATEHATEHATE this KFC. But it’s the only one in town, that I’m aware of. Maybe they’re doing me a favor by making me not wanting to go there. But as a member of the Overweight Jerks club, i need a little KFC thrown in me once a while or otherwise, they might revoke my membership. Where to begin… The quality’s not there. They’ve screwed me on sides. They’ve charged me for gravy that’s supposed to come with the meal. The service. eh, kinda blegh. The weirdest thing that happened was one lady worker was telling another one in spanish that there’s an ‘emergency in the back and that she needed to go back there immediately.” I wonder what happened back there. I’ll never find out. It’s always packed in there, despite it being kinda shitty. I have to wait in lines to get screwed over by these jerks one way or another. I gotta find another fried chicken source… Oh, who am i kidding, i’ll be there next week… Take me now lord… lord sanders,

This was a gross experience the store itself feels ghetto the cashier was friendly but all employees looked frumpy not professional… Bathroom was dirty… Chicken was sold out… They pulled my food out of some silver freezer box an nuked it. I’m actually kind of afraid to eat the food I just paid for. Too bad I only eat KFC like once a year as a sort of past time food. This was a gross experience … In Santa Barbara of all places.

Simply put WORSTSERVICEEVER!!! If I could I would of rated this a 0⁄5. Went with 2 friends to try the new double chicken sandwich crap. We first drive to the KFC closer to the UCSB campus and they don’t even have it; so they tell us(not in a kind way) to try the one here. We end up driving here and doing in asking for the sandwich. Two ladies(who seem to be the managers) are just standing around; one leaning on the wall(looking very bored). We ask politely if they have the sandwich and we get a very disinterested reply of «we have to check if we got the chicken.»(whatever that means). Almost 20 minutes pass(3 – 4 customers order) and we have to ask a 2nd time. Mind you, this place is small and the lady we asked was leaning on the wall the whole time with us clearly in view. Now we come up and ask the 2nd time and she replies«yah we have them», still not doing anything we ask if we can order them and she finally says«ok». My friends end up ordering it(me excluded at this point) and overall it tasted mediocre at best. For a chain this has got to be my WORST experience from a company. I am going so far as writing a complaint letter/calling the corporate offices to complain about this lady and the poor customer service.

I don’t really like to write reviews on chain, fast food places but I’m trying to remember what I’ve eaten while in Santa Barbara. KFC is… whatever. Its not Popeyes. My friend tried to convince me that they have great chicken strips. Blah. Just regular, kind of stale tasting actually. The potato wedges were good, the biscuit was ok. I’d drive 20 mins to Popeyes before I ate this. The homeless scary people in the parking lot weren’t helping either.

Slightly disappointed that they didn’t carry Colonel Sanders bobbleheads… I forged on and had some extra crispy goodness, couple’a biscuits, some mashed taters and corn on the cob which reading the menu promised corn that is «a taste of the South in the summer». Huh. That’s funnay. When I think of how the South smells in summer… … I think of warm Jim Beam that slightly stings your bloody and somewhat salty lip from ‘lookin at bubba’s girl for ‘lil tuh long unduh the moonlight… But hey I guess it’s different in Kentucky. Side note: Help the good Colonel become a US stamp:
