This is one of the worst strawberry and banana smoothies I have ever had from a Blenders store. I personally love Blenders Smoothies and my favorite smoothie is the Red Banana but this franchise owner had did not follow the protocol for blending time. I had a terrible amount of strawberry chunks. I could not taste anything but Ice milk and strawberry chunks. The employees of this Blenders were poorly trained.

I really like blenders I always get the juice and it’s really tasty and I love their supplement choices however some of their staff is a bit rude. I feel like I’m bothering them with my order half the time. But the other half of the time they are nice so I guess it depends who is working but I think they need some lessons in customer service all around or weed out those who clearly don’t care

I tried the matcha green tea smoothie. It was the best I’ve ever had. I’ll be back next time I’m in the area.

Blenders is amazing, but the employees not so much. This is the third time in a row my smoothie was milky or watery. It sucks because I at least get a blenders 2 times a week, and recently they have been making them sloppy. I would give a 5 star but the employees make it a 3 star :(

Good health choices and lots of good flavors to choose, very refreshing. Nice service but they misunderstand you a lot and ruin your order; maybe because is so noisy in there? I spell my name and still get Mija, Mina, instead of Miha:)) Having fun getting«stutbacks names» :))))))) Sometimes you would get a smoothie that is not that smooth:)) because you find a huge chunk of something. If the chunk is the fruit I don’t really mind but one time we had 2 cups(ordered 4) with chunks that we couldn’t tell what it was(the go soy part?) They measure too much and after each cup filled they still have a lot left that gets thrown away… Such a waste. Specially that people don’t want their cups to spill; heard a couple of times requests not to have the cups too full and messy.

Smoothies are good but customer service isn’t. It seemed the fact I was there annoyed the girl working the register, her name tag said Charlene. I love the smoothies so I will be going to the one on state street from now on.

Enjoying a red mango. Agree with another reviewer that I enjoy Jamba, but this taste better! Would gladly come back again

This is a really ideal location for Blenders because it’s good for returning from a hike or just chilling in the lovely shopping area here. It’s also hella good — anyone who likes Jamba Juice needs to come here and never go back. Blue Banana is heaven.

Love the drinks and the service. Even though they don’t open till 8 they let us come in at 7:45. Can’t get better service then that. Every time I go I get something different. This time I got the Blue Orange and it was amazing! You all have to try it! :)

I went to college near Montecito so this specific Blenders has a special place in my heart though all the blenders locations in Santa Barbara are equally wonderful! Smoothies are some of my favorite snacks or meal replacements, but it’s hard to find some that taste both good and aren’t too sugary or too bland. I love this company because its a small local chain that has fresh ingredients as well as supplements that you can add to your smoothies for free! my favorite supplement is the goldenseal blend, but I’ve also tried spirulena and the total blend. I wouldn’t recommend Guarana though as it had a metallic aftertaste when I chose it for a smoothie one time. My favorite of all time is Cranberry Go soy. It sounds strange but I promise the mix of cranberries, blueberries and the soy frozen yogurt is RADical. It’s creamy and refreshing and has the right amount of sweetness. They do add plain yogurt to the mix so I would suggest if you have a dairy allergy or you’re lactose intolerant you ask them to not add that. I’ve also tried tropical mango, red pineapple, piña colada, 50/50, berries plus, Acai… the list goes on. They’re all delicious but not as good as my favorite. You could say Blenders got its fair share of my money during my college days. The best part about the Blenders on Coast village road? It’s only about 1 mile to Butterfly beach so you can take your delicious smoothie to the beach and enjoy it as you watch your worries roll away with the waves. At least, that’s how I like to enjoy my Blenders :)

Careless, half-assed, half hearted service. My daughter has a dairy sensitivity so we always order her smoothie ‘Go-Soy’! Sometimes they’ll add it on the register, sometimes they don’t, sometimes they pass it on vocally, sometimes no one listens. There are so many points of failure here, if you have any concerns about allergies, sensitivities or simply care about the accuracy of your order, just don’t be a patron here. We’re up to 8 different times that they’ve screwed up our ‘soy’ order because they don’t pay attention to what they’re doing. It’s happened so much, we’ve become so visually discerning that we can tell from a distance whether they screwed up our order and at this point were just keeping track for pure amusement to see if they’ll ever get their **it together. A real shame because my daughter really loves the smoothie.

Wow, this place has some of the best smoothies I’ve EVER tasted. It made me sad that I don’t live in the area and therefore can’t come here more often… which I totally would if I could! It was packed when we got there, so we waited quite a while for our drinks. Not that we cared once we received our drinks since they are SO good! I ordered the guava smoothie(forget the name of it). It was delicious! All the fruits tasted so fresh and combined with the juice and yogurt they use, it was amazing! I also tried a sip of the piña colada, and it too was yummylicious! They’re smoothies are somewhat pricey, but not any more than Jamba Juice or Smoothie King. And the taste is SO much better! So, I recommend that you go here and go often!

My child has a dairy allergy. Every time we come here they put dairy in her drink. EVERYTIME. WITHOUTFAIL. We haven’t had one drink made correctly out of the countless(over 15 we have purchased). It’s sad. She really loves this place, but we can’t count on them making her drink correctly and I’m sick of having them remake it EVERYTIME. I’ve gotten really good at watching them make the drinks and can tell before it gets blended if it was made correctly. Sadly since its so loud and busy it’s hard to stop them before my name is called… What makes it worse is the few times that the dairy made it past me and made her sick… Won’t go back.

I am a huge Blenders fan after living here in Santa Barbara for since 2005, I love how delicious the smoothies are and how fresh the ingredients are. I also love how you can choose a free boost with any drink. They also offer children’s sizes. I love the 50/50, taste just like an orange 50⁄50 pop.

My girlfriend and I were in the Santa Barbara area for the weekend, and stopped by for a smoothie before heading home… I got the Red Orange smoothie, and my gf got the Red Mango. Mine was amazing, we were both impressed with that… the Red Mango, I thought it was good, but I’m not a huge fan on mango… my girlfriend said she wished she’d gotten my smoothie. We still really enjoyed it, and would go back next time we’re in the area.

Yay, this place is a clean, healthy new place to get a smoothie. I took my little cousin here because she apparently loves this place versus going to a jamba juice or a robeks. Menu wise, they had fewer options when it comes to picking out what kind you want. But the PLUS, was you can create your own smoothie, picking your fruit, juice, to whatever. I don’t think places like Jamba has that option. Another plus was that they had a coffee section in their milk based smoothie. I don’t think they had that option in other chain smoothie places. The Iced Mocha smoothie actually tasted more like a shake than an icy ice blended coffee, so super plus for me. Negative side, the only had one size cup. No small, medium or large, just at 24 oz smoothie, which usually cost around $ 4.50. And they didn’t have any seating area. So you can either sit in your car or go home! But other than that, I’d rather go here than a Jamba Juice.

I lived in the Santa Barbara area for about a year and a half, and visited about twice a week for another year. Ever since my introduction to Blenders, I haven’t been able to step foot in a Jamba Juice or Juice It Up. People in LA and especially in San Francisco just don’t understand why. They’ve obviously never been to Santa Barbara. Oh my dear Red Pineapple plus mango juice with soy protein powder and calcium added… nothing else even comes close. I am literally planning my visit to Santa Barbara next month around how many visits to Blenders I can squeeze in.

Blenders in the grass, what were chances, Wondering in the line, what will I order. Yes, I was humming some Frank when I made a pit stop. You have to sometimes. You just do. Tropical Mango oh, yes. Sweet. Nice one. …and it turned out so right…
