This store rocks! The staff in this store are very welcoming and friendly. Especially the manager jose goes above/beyond to exceed great excellence and great service as well as being a very handsome guy! This is my go to at&t store!

The reviews are correct. No greeting upon arrival. They were busy but I’d expect at least a welcome however I got a look of «oh no this is more work for me». This was my first franchise att store experience. Just go up the street to corporate.

We were here on a get away and stopped in the AT&T store and was immediately welcomed by Jose who stayed next to us the whole time to answer any questions that we had. Jose took the time and his customer service was outstanding. I teach customer service at my hospital, so I know what it entails. Thank you Jose and I’m so excited to start using my new iPhone 6s. First, this is not an AT&T store. It is «authorized» but is a franchise and not part of AT&T. I found out the hard way. Like others, I was lied to by a worker. I upgraded my phone and was told there was a promotion for a free tablet. I had to just pay the tax. And he promised no charges if I did not use cell on it. He lied. My next bill had a 50 $ charge and calling AT&T they said he out me in for monthly service plan. Went back and it was more than 30 days so he couldn’t change it. Some other guy was in the store for same reason of added to a plan he didn’t ask for. I asked for manager but he’s not there and no one knew when he would be. Employee yelled that I signed all his papers and so he always tells everyone the deal. But he could not produce the papers. Seems he finished things off and added me to a plan after I left. Do not go to this franchise.

Walked in to inquire about upgrading to the iphone6 and to charge my current phone. I entered the store and waited for a few minutes before asking an employee who was aimlessly browsing on the computer. He apathetically waved me on to another rude, utterly useless fellow. The employees in here looked more like they were hanging out at a really lame party as opposed to working. Wasn’t greeted upon entering nor thanked upon exiting. Why did I leave T-Mobile again? Terrible AT&T store! Probably worst customer service I’ve encountered in a looooonnnnggggggg time! You really had to be there to feel the complete lack of it! But you’re lucky you weren’t!

Bad service, not honest about their products or plans. Manager and assistant manager are not helpful or sincere to resolve problems. This store will not always answer their phone or return calls. This is not a corporate AT&T store so beware.

We had to get seven new phone lines, having just arrived from Europe and settling in Santa Barbara. The team of Angie, Anthony, Drew, Andre and Chris has simply be outstanding. They all worked together to speed up the activation of the lines, find us the most appropriate plans and facilitate administration to the best. Never has the purchase of mobile lines been easier.
