WOW! Victoria saved me and my wedding! Our previous flower person we hired was TERRIBLE and so unprofessional so we had to replace her a month before our huge wedding. Someone recommended Alpha Floral and she was luckily available. I provided her with photos and idea of what I was thinking, a budget, and the colors I liked and she literally came up with the most amazing and perfect flowers I could even imagine, she just killed it they were so good and perfect! Even better than I imagined! Also, the ceremony flowers and centerpieces were gorgeous and lasted for the entire day and night even in the heat!
All I did was show her some photos, and she totally read my taste and did an even better job that I thought possible. She was really professional, got back to me right away, emailed me options, and so on!
Alpha Flowers just did the best job ever, I cannot recommend her more highly. She was really fair on price and brought the flower arrangements herself.

I just had the MOST UNPLEASANT experience with this florist. My fiancé is not able to come into town for Valentine’s Day and he ordered a flower arrangement on
to be sent to me for the occasion. It’s called Morning Melody and the description says «Fresh as morning dew. Beautiful blooms in all shades of purple are gathered into a purple glass cube vase and tied with a purple bow. How perfectly purple! A pretty taffeta ribbon puts the finishing touch on this presentation of lavender roses, lavender waxflower, purple limonium and rich green salal. My boyfriend ordered the deluxe edition which showed at least 9 lavender roses and cost about 67 dollars. He said he chose Alpha Floral as the florist because of the good reviews on Unilocal.
However, when I received it, it’s a mix of CARNATION and only A FEW roses. The vase is an ordinary clear vase. I thought they had a made a mistake and I refused the order. BUT THIS IS NOT THE WORST! Afterwards, I received a call from Alpha Floral telling me that they had fullfilled the exact order as it was placed and that I won’t be receiving ANY FLOWERS today. The woman had the audacity to say that IT’S MY LOSS THAT I REFUSED the flower JUST BECAUSE the vase is not right. She claims that she’s looking at the exact photo online and that it shows a clear round vase not purple! And she says NO FLORIST IN SANTA BARBARA has purple vases. I was not sure if it’s a miscommunication between teleflora website and the florist, so I asked her to send me a photo of the picture she’s looking at online. The woman RUDELY REFUSED, telling me that IT’S NOT WORTH HER TIME. She kept cutting me off in the middle of a sentence and didn’t even have the humility to admit that there may have been a miscommunication. ALL SHE DID WAS BLAME ME! THE RECIPIENT! This is such blatant disregard for a customer’s feelings that I’m TOTALLY APPALLED! Not only did I have to suffer the TROUBLE and DISAPPOINTMENT of receiving the wrong order, I also had to tolerate the RUDENESS of the people who made the mistake! I am VERY VERY ANGRY and DISAPPOINTED by Alpha Floral! I will be posting a screenshot of the web page that I AM LOOKING AT RIGHT NOW!

I was the one with the challenge to bring delight to Susan J., the ‘hard to wow’ customer… who just wrote a 5-​star review. I have to say that from my side, Victoria was an absolute pleasure to work with… and I have very high standards when it comes to responsiveness and personalized service. When I called Victoria and said I had a challenging assignment for her… and if she was up to the challenge of wowing a Paris-​trained floral designer… she responded with an enthusiastic and unqualified «Yes.» She asked how much I wanted to spend and I asked her how much she needed to ‘wow.’ She gave me a range and I picked the high end. Well, not only did she achieve the ‘wow’ but she responded to follow-​up emails within 15 minutes max and even had her driver follow the order to the front desk of the small Inn where Susan was spending a mother-​daughter weekend for her birthday. Thank you, Victoria, for coming through for me and for my partner, the «hard to wow self proclaimed flower snob.»

My wife has to be in Santa Barbara for her birthday so I decided to send her flowers. I went to alpha floral’s website and place an order. I got a call within a few minutes letting me know that they were out of a certain flower in my arrangement but made a great suggestion for a replacement. 10 minutes later I got a text with a pic of the arrangement that was being delivered. It was beautiful! They then texted me to let me know they were going to deliver it in a few minutes. Amazing customer service, I would highly recommend them!

Not sure about this business. I wanted to order an arrangement to be delivered to a hospital in Santa Barbara, but the woman answering the phone said she would have to call me back. That was yesterday morning and I never got a call back.

WOW! Here is a Unilocal bit of gold people. I just received the most beautiful arrangement from the most kind delivery person! The flowers are stunning, fresh, fragrant and (knowing my sister who sent them to me) reasonably priced. That girl shops a bargain if you know what I mean. I will definitely be back. I ordered a custom arrangement on line to be sent to my daughter as a house warming gift.
The flowers were beautiful (my daughter sent me a photo) and they did a wonderful job incorporating my special requests. I would definitely order from Alpha Floral again.

I’ve used Alpha now a few times and they are consistently awesome. They deliver to my GF who works at SBCC. While it’s close, it’s not an easy building to get to. They are prompt and the arrangements are wonderful. Recommend without hesitation!

Victoria did an amazing job on my mom’s celebration of life flowers. She is artistically creative and takes genuine interest in meeting the clients expectations.
