Highly recommend commuting the extra mile over the 55 to the other taco bell in the area. I live in the neighborhood directly across from this taco bell and have refused to use them for the past few months due to a cold chalupa I ate in the store. After finally returning today, I received a taco variety pack with 6 wrong tacos even though on the receipt my order was correct. This didn’t bother me as much, but when I called, the manager, Miguel did not handle the situation. Again, a correct order is worth the extra mile drove over the 55. If not you’ll be returning anyways for the correct order.

I came here because other people wanted to eat here. Every once in a while, you need to dumpster-​dive to appreciate what you have, and in this case, it was taste buds and a consideration to the quality of food. I won’t be back.

I was cat sitting nearby and really hungry. Needed something fast to grab and take with me. Spotted the Taco Bell near her house and said «ok, this is it.»
For some reason, drive-​thru took forever. People who took the time to park and order got served way before us. I watched them go, enter, and leave from where I was parked. Ugh. I would have backed out and just done that if I wasn’t already in a queue of cars.
About 15 minutes later, it was time for me to order and get my food. Such a waste of gas and time. Food was decent Mexican American fare. I usually get the doritos locos tacos because I like the flavored shell. I know it’s all extra calories and probably bad for me but if I’m already making the decision to eat fast food, I might as well commit to the cause all the way, right?
Anyway, if I’m cat sitting nearby again, I’ll pick something else.

The food here is the same as every other Taco Bell but the service is horrible. I’ve walked out of this location more times than I count because you just stand at the counter waiting for someone to help you. No luck getting help even though there’s 5 or 6 people behind the counter including the drive through person just a few feet in front of you. I stood there for nearly 10 minutes while everyone ignored me the last time I was there. Never going back. Just drive a mile up 17th street to the other location.

I will never eat taco bell again. I haven’t eaten it in forever because I an only a customer away from a real Mexican place at all times. But I wanted something quick today. THE MEAT OR WHATEVER IT IS TASTE LIKE DOG FOOD, THEIR HARD TACO SHELL IS PATHETIC!!! You take one bite and the fuckin whole thing falls apart and you have to use a fork for your taco. TACO BELL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN… EEEEEWWWWW NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE MY MONEY ON THIS
The customer service is horrible as well. I asked her what is in the bug box and if I could switch anything and she looked at me like I was stupid and said no. Then cut me off while in the middle of ordering and asked if I was going to pay already… let me finish!!! The cashier is America D.

Bathrooms are nasty, only 1 stall for a public bathroom, and the pooper stall doesnt even have a lock. Very dirty. Never coming here again.

Really surprised by some of the negative reviews.
I live nearby and hit up this Taco Bell semi-​frequently. The food tastes fine. It’s not gourmet, but I’ve never had any issues with it. You get what you expect — gluttonous goodness that sends you back to your childhood (or college years).
The customer service at this locations is definitely above-​average. They’ve never messed up my order. The drive-​thru workers are usually upbeat, attentive, and don’t give off the aura of hating their job.
Damn, now I’m craving a DLT…

Food was basic taco bell food, cheap but still pretty yummy. Plus that this is a taco bell that serves three different types of pizza and some breadsticks with marinara if you’re into that… i am haha but what made this taco bell stand out to me was the customer service! So nice and super patient even though there were a lot of little kids who just got out of school taking advantage of the happy hour that is from 2−5pm daily that offers a lot of $ 1 goodies. The staff here made our taco bell experience 5 stars, keep up the exceptional service (:

Inconsistent and not very clean. The food comes out fine, not the best Taco Bell location by far. The location is a regular visit for me as it’s the closest fast food to my office, so I’ve only seen the lunch time crew. I just wish they would clean up more often. Tables go un-​wiped, floors are often not cleaned. And the salsa is hoarded behind the counter, and when you ask for packets they are portioned out by just how many you ask for.
Could be much better with a little work.

I don’t frequent fast food places too often. But all three times I have been in this restaurant the service is fast, the food is fresh, and the place is clean. My last meal there was a personal pizza, which was given to me almost immediately after ordering (during lunch time on a weekday) one of the freshest pizzas I have seen for a fast food place.

I rarely ever go to Taco Bell but I wanted somethign different and yup I only had $ 2 and some change. So I decide to try their new $ 2 menu. I get the double decker taco and a doritos and pepsi. Why do i feel like I am eating my kids lunch. Hahaha Sad. The part that pissed me off was the rowkers face when I order the $ 2 meal. Her response «thats all you want» Yeah lil worker bee thats all. Geesh. The taco was horrid the worse part was it looks like they emptied the ends of the shredded cheese bag in my taco. It wasnt shredded cheese it was more like grounded specks of cheese and the taco shell was stale. DAMN… This is the last time I go to taco bell for a long azz time. Shouldve drove down more and went to the usual place. WENDY’s!

My wife and I have been boycotting Taco Bell for months. Today, however I received two free taco coupons and figured I would subject the kids to Taco Bell’s poo tacos (I know, child abuse). Anyway, even when it is free, it is awful. They made both tacos wrong and they tasted really bad (according to the kids). They can do no right in my eyes. Unfortunately, this once darling of fast food will likely be shuttering stores soon. As I mentioned in the first sentence, my wife and I have had three really bad experiences in a row at two different Taco Bells. This makes four and it was free. Sell your stock in Taco Bell now. Without a complete makeover, new recipes, new stores and new employees they are doomed. Eve their new fancy test store in the Tustin marketplace blows. RIP TB
