I’ve been going to the Starbucks for years and it has changed a little. The tables & chairs are fairly new. I think they’re arranged well for people who go there to do some work or study alone, and also for people who go there to socialize with a group. The workers there have always been nice and welcoming. I have not had a negative experience at this Starbucks, and since it’s close to home, I like to go here often. There is a drive thru here as well and it usually doesn’t take long to order your drink & get it.

When I was running ahead of schedule, and my date was running behind schedule, I decided to stop by for coffee. Conveniently, this place was several block from our rendezvous. So I hopped inside and waited to get the green light. I ordered my usual at SB: an iced latte. I checked out their food items, but decided to save my appetite for dinner later. It would be a drive to SD, but the latte was enough to hold me over. The staff was friendly, but their efficiency lacked a bit. The place was clean and orderly, and their restrooms were presentable. The crowd were locals just hanging out with friends, and no bad characters were encountered here. As far as the efficiency, I will give them the benefit of the doubt, as we all have our bad days. In all other aspects, they were good.
Prompt service and always accurate! This location is very convenient and so are their hours.

The way i see it, even if you have a lot of orders coming, there is no excuse for doing a half-assed job. Today, it seemed like they were doing a quarter-assed job. First of all, my order was not done correctly, the girl who took my order was not listening actively. She asked me specifically what size and I said Venti. When the order came out, it was a Grande. Minor mistake, I understand. But as I was watching the other orders being made I just can’t believe what I am seeing. The whipped cream on top of one of the orders was only a dollop on top of what seemed like over an inch of space on the top. The other order i saw was maybe half foam and no substance. When my order came and it was a Grande, they did change it with no extra charge but when I tasted my Venti frap, it seemed like they only added more ice to the grande because it has no taste at all. Very disappointing. All the other orders I saw had a lot of space on top and they don’t seem to care that people are just getting 80% of what they paid for.

I really like coming to this Starbucks because it’s large and there is plenty of table space. The baristas are super friendly and provide good service. The Starbucks breakfast sandwiches I think are a little pricy, but they are good! Specially with this cold, it’s nice to know I can go to a calm Starbucks and grab some delicious green tea!

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve been too. The cashier seemed like she cared more about her conversations than doing her job. She took our order wrong and all the drinks I got were supper messy and all wrong. I think this locations management should really review there employees work habits.

I mobile ordered to this Starbucks on 10⁄18. I placed my order when I was a good distance away. My order would be ready in 3 – 5 minutes. It took me a little longer than I expected but I got there within the 5 minutes and stood at the delivery station. And stood. And waited. Finally I asked the girl at the register where I could pick up my mobile order she directed me to the pick up station & pulled my sticker from the mobile order printer and asked someone to make it. So I waited. 10 minutes AFTER I walked in the store I finally walked out.(This was for one caramel macchiato btw, nothing fancy.) I swore never to return because I was so annoyed by how long it took for a mobile order. Then I realized they could have just had an off day. It happens. I was in the area today(11⁄29) and mobile ordered 2 caramel macchiatos, 1 box of chocolate milk &2 bagels. I had to wait for the train to pass so I got there with in about 5 minutes from when I placed my order. I asked a barista as soon as I got one to listen if the mobile order was ready. She said it was being made. Cool. At this point it had been maybe 8 minutes, no problem. Left my son there and went to the restroom real quick. Came back and waited maybe a minute for my coffees to be done. Batista said«someone will bring the rest of your order.» Okay… She walked away and got busy so I was looking to see who was getting the bagels and should I just help myself to the carton of chocolate milk? I go to the register & wait to be helped. A girl comes to the register and I ask her about the rest of my order, she says«oh yea we’re out of plain bagels.» Trying not to lose my cool because at this point I’ve been in there way longer than I needed to be, I asked what kind they had. Multigrain. Okay. I tell her ok I’ll take two multigrain. «Oh we only have one.» Wtf. So then I asked her about the chocolate milk and low and behold they are out of that too, but again no one bothers to tell me this. I ended up getting a bagel refunded, but that was about it. I just grabbed a regular milk and left. Simply put, this transaction should have taken at most 10 minutes, not 20. Customer service at this Starbucks sucks so bad. I understand this is not Disneyland but put a freaking smile on your face, apologize when you are in the wrong and offer a customer some complimentary something when you mess up. Even if I hadn’t gotten anything complimentary(which I didn’t), a simple apology would have made me walk away with a different mindset. A little goes a long way. I’m never going back to this Starbucks. There is one just 1 mile east and another just two miles west, where the employees are a lot more caring and attentive.

If I could give this 0 stars I would! Long ass fucking wait! What happened to the old GOOD baristas that used to work there?! This dumb broad had on her name tag«La Bitch» ummm how fucking professional! Starbucks you need more faster, PROFESSIONAL baristas that actually know what the hell they are doing and not spilling drinks taking so damn long on literally just ONEDRINK! This Starbucks location USED to be good -.- bunch of freaking lazy ass people working at this damn Starbucks. DONTCOMEHERE there’s another Starbucks location down the streets that far way better than this one.

Let’s see! I gave my order to the cashier. And, the barista hands me my drink. It’s wrong. She says«Well. She didn’t tell me» The barista gets her panties in a bunch. She confirms the order, and she tells her«I told you«. But, the odd thing is. The barista get pissed at me. Wtf did I do. Wow! Customer sev at its best. I spend way too much money at sbks. Maybe 7 – 11 coffee isn’t too bad after all.

Neat location. They have a video screen, so you can see the person taking your order. The girl who took my order was super friendly and sweet. She asked me how my day was going and if I was having a good summer. My order was correct, and service was pretty quick.

A new guy messed up BOTH my orders even when I asked for it to be fixed, And the staff wanted to tell me I was incorrect about the drink I ordered… You’re joking right?!? It doesn’t end there… as I was waiting for my drink I needed to use the restroom ad I approached it a MAN exited the woman’s room, naturally I asked a staff member why that was!!! She responded«he’s a regular he can use any bathroom he wants» WTF?! Will NEVER be returning! All these other Unilocalers were not lying do not come to this Starbucks!

This starbucks is the best. All these 1-star rating customers are pricks. They welcome you, they listen to you, they are well-mannered, they admit mistakes and put the customers first. If you’re complaining about waiting, maybe you should reconsider your caffeine usage.

Not sure why this starbucks has so little stars. I come to this location because it’s right next to my work and It has a drive through. The people here are super nice and I always use the drive through. The service is also very fast(when using the drive through). The drinks taste the same as other starbucks. Only complaint would be if there’s a long line of cars outside during a rush hour but that can’t be helped by them.
