The guys who used to run the place now have a food truck/trailer around the corner on French and 3rd st. Look for the red truck. Same tacos, burritos and tortas.

This place literally had the best tortas I’ve ever had. If anyone knows their new locations or where they might be going please let me know!

Great food, great service, and cant beat the price. The tacos are very tasty(asada, chicken, buche, al pastor). The horchata is sweet but liked it. There are seafood choices too. TVs to watch a game if there is one.

I was craving Mexican food today and found this random little spot. I got the carne asada torta and all I can say is Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. So tasty in every way… very authentic. Also got a large horchata and that was really yummo too. I will come back and try the tacos or something else next time :)

Great food awesome service out of all the places this is the last place I would expect to have a great ceviche tostada it is seriously tasty. The meats are also very good specially the buche and the carnitas. I love the selection of stuffed jalapeños and roasted Japanese chiles needless to say everything is good here I don’t think you can go wrong with your selection. I will be coming here whenever in Santa Ana.

A wall FULL of Mexican candy, floor to over my head, on one entire side of the building! Honestly there’s so much candy I thought it was a Latino Dulce museum. On the other side is a makeshift meat counter that really serves as the repository of carne and whatnot for the standup lunch counter on the other side of the building. And there’s a lot of whatnot floating in there. For under $ 4, I got 2 carnitas tacos with fresh frijoles on a paper plate, and a can of diet coke. I can’t make a bologna sandwich from Food 4 Less for much less than that. And it’s pretty good! I think the locals thought I was lost. I kindof was, but it was cool. I will be back, and I admire Fiesta for making the best of what they have.

This place rocks! I work in downtown Santa Ana, and for authentic, tasty Mexican food at a price that can’t be beat, this place is tops. I must go here at least three times a week. The owner and his wife are locals and super friendly and do a super job with fresh tacos, tortas, burritos and salads. My favorites are the chicken tacos and carnitas tortas. The salsa verde is off the hook, but the red sauce isn’t far behind. I heard they were going to open late night for after the Yost. Do it, the place will be packed!

One thing to come here for is the Lengua. The cow tongue tacos are amazing. So tender that it’ll make you go wow! It’s located right next to the Playground in DTSA. The rest of the food here is okay. It’s like a convenience store/taco joint. The carne asada I got wasn’t anything special. Just get the lengua and you’ll know what I’m talking about.

my friend and cruised this part of town for some good mexicano comida. we were trying to find one of those taqueria type places but coudln’t. well more like we were too cheap to pay 7 bucks for a plate of food. but good thing i walked into this place a few weeks ago while trying to do a project for school. i ordered a carne asada burrito and he ordered a delicioso ensalada. prettty weird name. it did take awhile to make, because i think they didn’t have those meats preprepared. they had to cook it up and cut it up. so we actually had to wait quite awhile while they made them… almost 10 minutes. anyway my burrito was pretty big. not ginormous, but a good size. the carne asada… yum!!! it was nice and tender, and flavorful, and inside was some rice and beans. the flour tortilla itself wasn’t anythin special, in fact, it was a bit dry, but the meat juices soaked it up. it came with some salad, although id in’t realy know how to eat it cuz there was no dressing. borrowed some of my friends. but lettuce, tomatoes, even some avocado, and two slices of lime. i can’t believe i ate the whole thing. i was sooo stuffed when i was done. my friend’s salad was intersting. it was a huuuge plate of cucumbers, apples, orange slices, raisins, lettuce, and tomatoes. intersesting combo eh? and on top of all that, slices of marinated chicken breast. dude this would be like 8 bucks minimum in some other restaurant but here it was only 5 bucks. the burrito was 4.50. we walked out under 12. shweeet. make that two deals in two days. this place is quite good. its a bit ghetto at nite cuz me and my friend were like the only non mexican int he whole town. but the people at the store were really nice. they weren’t like cholos, just nice family oriented hispanic people. i will defintely come back when im in the area.

I’m not really rating this place for the market, but rather for the food section of the place. This place is a meat market, which also contain an area where they make burritos, tacos, tortas, etc. I work about 2 blocks from here, so I come here kind of often. The burritos are pretty good, it’s not your«Alerto’s» burrito, and it’s not as fat as some places, but it has your rice, beans, and meat. The meat seem pretty fresh, I’d assume because it’s a meat market. Unless, the carne asada is slightly dry(like today). Flavors are usually right on, I often like the chicharrones, it’s really wet and good! Served with lettuce and tomatoes, and sliced radish on the side, they have a good guacamole-type salsa. They raised their prices recently. A burrito is now $ 4.49(used to be $ 3.99). I hate the economy and inflation! You pay at the cashier first, then you bring your receipt to the counter and they make it for you. Nice people!
