Horrible! I’ve only been to this location but they ALWAYS get my order wrong! They either give me something completely different or add condiments when I ask
remove them. Not sure why it’s so difficult to make an order correctly! Never going here again!

Horrible service. On top of that messed up the order and charged me for a large drink when I ordered a medium! They said there’s tax. Tax isn’t 30%. Never going there again.

The drive thru employee at lunch today acted as if she was upset I arrived at the window. She wouldn’t look at me and stuck my money out the window. Then she dropped it because she wasn’t looking, and I didn’t quite have my hands on it. Thankfully I caught it. She handed the drink to me (I got unsweetened tea) and she never looked at me once. I needed sweetener but I couldn’t get her attention because she was done with me. I said, «Excuse me, Ma’am» about 5 times before she finally looked at me. I asked her for sweetener and she huffed (like how dare I ask). She handed the sweetener to me and wouldn’t look at me in the eye, but she was scowling. I actually felt bad for her because she seemed so unhappy. Maybe she was having a bad day … but when you’re in the service industry, you can’t pass your bad day on to the customers you serve.
I gave the restaurant two stars instead of one because the food was good.

great play area + wifi = fun in the afternoon, afterschool. great large air-​conditioned playground, all for the price of some chicken nuggets and a coupla sodas. great for the summer, when its too hot to go to the park. food is good, service is fine. it’s a burgerking!

My wife used to work here when she was in high school and from time to time we still stop back here to see how it’s doing.
The 13 years that have passed have not be kind to this location. Every time that I’ve been here it’s been pretty dead. Despite this, food always takes forever.
On this current visit, I waited about 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. The nice thing about this was that the meal was fresh and hot, but it still tastes just the same as always. Not worth the wait in my opinion.
Overall, this is just a subpar location.

Drove thru tonight only 2 cars in front of me but took 10 minutes to get to the window. Ordered the King Burger Combo. Burger was supposed to have 2 patties, only had 1. fries were so salty i couldn’t eat them and I like salty fries. Finally, I ordered Ice water and got Coke…

I haven’t been to a Burger King in years!!! I came in not long ago and was pleasantly surprised at all the changes on their menu. I’m still not a fan of their burgers and especially their fries. But, I would definitely come for their desserts and drinks/​smoothies.

This is for the Burger King on 17th street and Tustin, in Tustin, Orange County.
Only two trips ever to this location, two trips to try to taste their BK Veggie burgers. Both times they came garnished with an extra lovely slice of industrial plastic something. Clear wrapping this time,… (?!)
What are the bloody odds?. Just threw burger in the trashcan, because the last time I went inside to point out the issue, I got a look and attitude from the manager du jour I didn’t care for, thankuverymuch.
Crave for a full 100% of your daily semi translucent plastic USDA nutritional allowance?. You got the right spot here. May be a great place with great food, but two exact sandwiches with the same issue, with attitude on the side?. I say nay nay.
