Don’t buy the $ 50 deal. The owner won’t honor it at this location and I am glad I asked before I bought it. He said he does not know what Unilocal is talking about which seems strange.

I wish there was 0 stars. This guy BEN should not be in customer service. AT All. I come in the store after being a GNC customer for 12 yrs. To exchange an item… I put it down on the counter. Ben said have these been open I said yes!(You can clearly see they where open the box is wide open) I went and grabbed my product. And my husband followed me over. Ben looked at me and said he wasn’t sure if he could do the return. «Me» I looked at him getting pretty up set and said you have a hundred 100% money back policy! And I want to do an exchange… He said yes and pointed to the sign. That stats 100% money back within 30 days. Ben said but these are open. I said of course they are and that’s how I found out that I don’t like them. He said that when the product is open sometimes the computer will only refund part of the monies than pointed at the plastic return policy on the counter. Showing me… see… here…pointing with his finger you might only get back some of your monies… Um I can read too and it says if you don’t have a receipt it will be the lowest the item was on sell … Ummm yeah I have a receipt. Oh yeah and Your holding it too! But you know that … To say the least I am boiling with anger… And Ben says to me I don’t understand why your so upset. I said because your telling me that you GNC runs different than all the other GNC s… My husband said just put it through and see what happens. So Ben try’s to scan it and says it won’t work and than asks“why don’t you just take it back to the store you bought it from I’m sure they won’t have a problem with the return” my husband said put it through by hand. BEN than asks for my phone number to try and find it that way. He didn’t even say a word he says you owe one cent. My husband asks him so the full refund was put back on? Ben says it looks like it. Ben than ask for my id. I hand it to him. Than he’s waiting for the receipt to print… I guess that’s what he is waiting for??? than I see him holding it with my product behind the counter. Ben says«you know I really didn’t have to do this you should be thankful… you know we are going to have to send this over to the other GNC and what for them to send us money We are going to lose a few dollars here» I’m so boiling inside waiting for him to hand me my new product and receipt I reach out to grab my receipt and product. And Ben looks at me and says why are you so upset… I yelled and told him this whole thing was bullshit and he better not be lieing to me taking me through this whole game he just tried to play .so I walked out and my husband stay he was pretty pissed watching this all go down. This guy should not be in customer service ever!!! He should be fired anyone that represents a company is that company’s face. And all that he put me through wow I’d never return. But being he is one lonely person and I know he Doesn’t run or even come close to owning the huge corporation GNC I will return because I will never let such an idiot run me away. Oh also there was another customer in right before me super pissed as they walked out and said I can’t believe that guy. Super mad!!! Hummm I can only image what he did to them. I will be contacting who ever is above this person Ben. It’s not over… I’m so pissed and you need to be written up. Somewhere in life Ben this all will catch up with you. Get over yourself be friendly and kind put a smile on that’s what a customer is looking for oh plus knowledge … It’s is so amazing when you go into GNC I love how helpful and kind people are that work for GNC. Thank you to all the employees over my 12 yrs your all wonderful people and am so thankful for GNC who makes a wonderful product.

THe customer service is truly good. I did not speak English too well, but the manager, Benjamen is really patient to me. I had some complicate situation, he helped me a lot! Thx for his help to get what I want. Their customer service reaches my expectation for sure!

I understand customer service is important, but when I say I’m just looking leave me alone. If I have a question, I’ll ask. The employees hover over you the entire time you’re there. Even if you ignore them, or are reading the back of a box, they stand right next to you silently. Its very off putting.
