3 stars because wifi is pretty slow!
Otherwise coffee is great.
I wanna spend some time here but whenever I go, wifi is always the issue.
Hope management can do something about it!
But the crew and location is great!

What a downer it is when your favorite Peets turns into your least favorite! The rude girl at the register doesn’t know how to ring up the holiday special correctly? The cool guys making coffee serve burnt, cold horrible tasting mochas? Then we ask for our money back and get another rude response from the cashier that of course doesn’t know how to do a return? I never thought I would see the day where I would have rather gone to Starbucks

The staff here is AMAZING! They are so friendly, happy and remember you and your drink! Best location. I never leave unhappy.

This is my go-​to Peet’s as it’s the closest to the house. I always get friendly service and my drinks are always done right. Lines can get long during prime hours but because my schedule is during non-​prime hours, it’s perfect for me. Please keep the Black Tie!

Above average wifi, but most of the tables are awkward-​ish small circles. Good place to study and if you ever are there around sunset time, take a break and watch from the parking lot — the sky is beautiful :)

Love the coffee and definitely love the atmosphere. The coffee baristas are nice and always smiling. Great service and a great way to start the day as I head to work.

I go here on a daily bases and the staff & manager are always so nice! They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service!

I usually like the iced lattes at peet’s because they still add foam, but this specific barista didn’t do that which was really disappointing. Maybe she came from Starbucks. I don’t expect to get my coffee in seconds but the least the barista could have done was made my coffee while she was chatting it up with customers… Waiting 10 minutes is way too long. I’ll still come here but only if it’s another barista.

Great place to hang out or get some work down. Excellent variety of drinks and snacks available. Make sure to check in on Unilocal first to get $ 1 off a javiva. (Its pronounced ja-​viva, not jav-​i-​va like I mistakenly said).

In the last year or so, this location went from one of my favorites to my least. I have the same order day in/​out at all locations but changed my drink specifically from a wet cap to a latte with extra foam as the baristas couldn’t seem to grasp the foam. This is the location that is on my way taking the daughter to school in the mornings. We went from making this an almost daily stop to a once maybe twice a week stop due to some major personnel/​drink consistency issues.
The store manager here is a doll but there was one (now at a different location) assistant manager who was belittling and currently there is a barista who sadly shares my name that is probably the nastiest personality I have ever dealt with in all of my years as a Peet’s customer. My daughter like me, tends to get the same drink. She likes the Maple Latte. The other morning, the woman who shares my name screwed up her order and forgot to put the maple in her latte. When my daughter went back to have her correct the drink, the woman spent time going through her drink menu order to see if my daughter did indeed order her latte with maple. I’m sorry, this was a ridiculous waste of time– any other barista or any other location would have just apologized and offered to make another drink straight away. In the 5 extra minutes it took this woman to find the order and realize it was she who had screwed up, another drink for my kid as well as other customers could have already been made. There was no apology, no «here’s a card for next time since I screwed up your order and wasted your time», just a finally redone Maple Latte. If I were the store manager here, I would feel bad this is the kind of employee I have working for me.
I only have 3 weeks left of my daughter being in High School and won’t really have much of a need to hit up this location after that time. Maybe this is a good thing as I think I have gotten the hint that the Bollinger Peet’s doesn’t need nor truly care about our business.

I keep going in because it’s right down the street from home. But the last 5 times I’ve been in, my drink has been made wrong. I usually get something like a white mocha frap from Starbucks, except made with espresso instead of that fake coffee base. Always comes out too sweet. They ALWAYS get confused when I order it. I don’t know how because it is simply a blended white mocha…
The last drink I got, she gave me white chocolate «blended» and put on ice. it was basically an iced white mocha. The barista who handed it to me said «I did blend it.» I was about to explain to her what blended meant but her coworker helped me out and said «blended. with ice.» Then she pours everything from that cup in the blender and then hands it back to me. Tasted watered down and had big chunks of ice in it. I used to enjoy Peets more than Starbucks but now I have switched back to Starbucks because they seem to understand me better.

This place is very popular in the morning, and with good reason. The staff is always friendly, the baked goods are far better than umm, that S place, and the coffee is just right. Fairly convenient location for commuters on their way to 680, and parking is never a problem.

This Peet’s location really sucks! We’ve tried it a few times out of convenience when we are in the area and each time the employees is extremely rude and can’t make a decent, very simple, drink. I think they are set on making their customers feel stupid so they don’t come back. How hard is it to make a hot mocha with macadamia nut syrup (no special instructions) It should be very easy… but they get it wrong. 3 times in the same visit and act like it’s our fault. This is the final time. We will be inconvenienced and go to another Peet’s next time because if I come across their horrible attitudes again I will not be nice anymore.

I only go to this location based on convenience – it is on my way to school. I have had all sorts of different issues here, but I’ll just share main one.
One of the managers, Brandon, was always extremely disrespectful and took no accountability for any mistakes made. The mistakes you may ask? Well, let me tell you. My mom always wants a wet cappuccino; it is basically the hybrid between a latte and a normal cap because it isn’t as milky as a latte, but it also isn’t as dry as a cap. However, this location does not understand the difference. They either would not have enough milk, making it a regular cap, or they would have too much, making it a latte. This happened over and over again, yet the baristas at this location still could not figure out to make the drink properly.
After many failed attempts, we stopped going to this location as often as we used to. When we do go, I order an extra foamy latte for my mom (because a wet cap is just too difficult for them).
Patrick is by far the best barista. I always request him to make my mom’s drink because he makes it perfectly and always has the most beautiful foam. He also is always very kind and has great customer service. His drinks are quality peet’s coffee drinks. The other baristas… well they need some more training and consistency help.

The people working here are so nice and friendly. This Peet’s feels less like a chain coffee shop but more like a mom and pop coffee shop where the people remember you. They provide something called genuine customer service that so many businesses these days lack!
It was a pleasant and casual feeling visiting this Peet’s for a cup of english tea latte on a cloudy and rainy weekend :-)
Am coming back here again and again as a repeat customer!

Saturday morning at 10am and they had one (1) person working the register and one (1) barista. Stood in line for 5 minutes and moved exactly two feet. We only had 20 minutes (which at any other Peet’s would be an eternity) for coffee so we left. Line was at least 20 customers long. I see numerous reviews as to how nice the employees are. Too bad we never got the chance to find out. Management needs to do a much better job paying attention to demand.

Came in to get a replacement 8 cup beaker for my Bodum french-​press. Walked out with exactly what I wanted plus some holiday blend and a free cup of brew!
I believe Starbucks sells french presses but doesn’t support parts.

Normally, I’m not a big fan of Peet’s Coffee, whether it was the customer service or the drink quality, but I decided to give this place a shot and I’m glad I did. The customer service was spot on. The staff are really friendly. My drink came out the way I wanted it to. Overall a great experience. I’m definitely coming back.

I’m absolutely upset I’m not the duke. Whoever is the duke of this Peet’s is an amazing person.
I go in consistently for a green tea matcha latte iced 2% milk vanilla. Sometimes change it up with an oatmeal cookie, sometimes get the madeleines if I feel adventurous.
The staff is nice, efficient, and I can work on my laptop if need be.
It’s just a nice place to go.
