Vogel’s license should be revoked! She is the poster doctor for «production» at its best. She books too many appointments and after growing old in her waiting room, she will spend the least amount of time possible with you. If you ask her questions about your health, the health of your unborn child, or medications she will avoid answering. Her canned answer is «ask your primary care physician». My delivery was as bad as it could get. My baby’s heart rate kept dropping. This horrible ordeal was being managed by the nurses at San Ramon General. Vogel showed up at the last second, 8 hours late. During my labor she never called the hospital to check on my progress. Because she was absent for most of my labor, the delivery was horrific and I tore badly. She stitched me up «without» any pain relief. I begged her for some kind of antiseptic or pain reliever and she ignored my cry. Because of her incompetence or lack of concern for my welfare or the health of my baby, I have a raging infection from my delivery. Post-​delivery, I could not get an appointment to see her for almost 8 weeks because her calendar was full. I thought I had signed up for a state of the art OB/​GYN physician and ended up with a delivery like I was a refugee in the jungle. The health of my baby and myself were grossly compromised, as we were both in distress and Vogel was nowhere to be found. Your health and the health of your baby is not worth the risk of being Vogel’s patient. There are so many bad Unilocal reviews for Vogel, I should have been smarter and found another OB/​GYN. Avoid Vogel or you will be sorry.
