I really enjoyed my meal. I had the veal picatta and it was awesome! They are an overall friendly establishment. The server gave me just the right amount of space, yet still met my needs. I will definitely be back!

Great place for pasta! We had the chicken parmesan and it was really good.

Service was very good and food was delicious. We also thought the prices were very fair for the large portions which were served. We’ll be back!

We go there a few times a year for dinner. The food is always great. The service is always great. Rocky is a fantastic waiter. We always take our 90 year old mom, and they make her feel so special there.

What happened? New cooks? Food had no flavor, no salt or herbs in kitchen? use to be so much better!

Went to Giuseppe’s about a month ago, after making a telephone reservation for 3. For some reason they couldn’t find it. They were very busy that nite, and couldn’t seat my party. After some unpleasantness was exchanged with someone who claimed to be in charge, we decided it would be in our best interest to eat elsewhere. No telling what really happens to the food in the kitchen. Enough Said

I had the chicken piccata– chicken was very dry and the sauce was very heavy lemon. Not very good~ lots of food dumped into a bowl. Not pleasing to the eye or the palate.
My husband had spaghetti with meat balls. He’ll eat anything~ but said on a scale of 1 – 10 the meal rated 5. A bit of a disappointment all around.
The bread was amazing but I wonder if the guys that bring it to the table one piece at a time are paying for it out of pocket– a bit stinge
The waiter and manager were amazing– I mentioned that the chicken piccata was disappointing and they immediately told the chef and offered another entrée and a complimentary dessert!!!
I highly recommend the clam chowder and bread! Yum!!!

We had Giuseppe’s cater our party this past weekend and they were wonderful. The food was delicious and plenty of it which was great for all the people we didn’t know were coming. I wish we had ordered more to have leftovers. Everyone loved the food and the price was spot on. Being Italian and getting Italian food catered is always so hit or miss and this was a big hit. Can’t wait to use them again. Mangia!

Food is not bad but quite disappointing for the price. Most dishes cost from $ 15 to $ 20.

We received a flyer in the mail for Giuseppe’s Pasta & Grill We have been looking for an Italian restaurant in our area. We decided to go there for our Anniversary. The food and the service were excellent. My husband and I both had the Veal Piccata so tender «yum» we had the house salad to start with, and hot bread to die for! It also comes with Garlic mashed potatoes and fresh steamed vegetables we ordered a bottle of Chianti it went great with the Veal. At the end of our meal our server Emiliano brought us tiramisu to celebrate our Anniversary.
The staff was upbeat and professional. A special thanks to Emiliano he treated us like he knew us forever. We’ll be back soon, not only for the food but also for the great service. Thanks

My co-​workers and I always come here about once a week on our lunch break. I always crave their chicken broccoli alfredo fettuccine or their lasagna! Very tasty! The service can be a little slow at times. Everyone is always super friendly here. Good place for all you pasta lovers!

I recently tried Seafood Risotto under their Specialty items, it was really excellent. it was fresh and aromatic. Good Quantity. The fresh baked bread before the meal arrived was excellent; however I would have preferred the red sauce served with it. It was busy for lunch but service was great.

We used to be regulars here. But over the past year, we found the food and service have both been disappointing.
We recently had business associates in for lunch and waited over 25 minutes to be served. The server seemed dis-​interested in us. The food was su-​par from what we used to come to expect from here.
We tried it again for dinner with almost the same results. Sadly, we will not be returning anytime soon.

Really disappointed with this place. We stopped in for dinner before going to watch Star Wars — my wife had carbonara (very rich and lacked flavor) I had chicken parmiagano. My main gripe is that the menu I ordered from said my dish would come with mashed potatoes and sautéed veg. When it arrived, the chicken came with pasta. I didn’t have time to send it back so we just left unhappy. I wouldn’t return– the food wasn’t good

Food is very good. But little slow service.
Maybe because of it was early Sunday…
I will check them in another Weekday.

Very friendly greeting and very good service. Based on the other reviews, I guess we got lucky. Although we had reservations, the restaurant is very large and seating would not have been a problem.
Started with minestrone soup (comes with meal) and french bread. Good way to start. Tasty, nice amount of food. The others had the house salad. I’m not a salad guy so I think I made the better choice. The house salad was a good size and everyone said «it was good».
We had the Chicken Parmigiana, Chicken Marsala and the Seafood Risotto. You can’t say they are stingy with their portions. I probably wouldn’t order the Risotto again. It was ok, but it just didn’t have the «wow» factor. I thought the fish was a little over-​cooked. Both the Parmigiana and Marsala was devoured and to their expectations.
Shared the tiramisu. Very good. In fact, their whole dessert menu looked really good.
San Ramon’s not known for their restaurants, but I’ll definitely come back. If I could, I would give 3.5 stars. My meal was nothing to brag about, but the everyone else enjoyed their meals.

The food is good service is always friendly and attentive. The interior is nice but in need of some TLC. The exterior needs work. You can tell this used to be a bank with a drive up window. There is some wood rot which doesn’t make for a good first impression.

Very comfortable place, friendly service, good food. The prices are middle of the road. It may seem like a below average place from the exterior, but the staff and cooks are top notch.

Comfortable and friendly Italian restaurant that’s perfect for a casual meal out. Liked my spaghetti and meatballs and loved the minestrone soup. The service is excellent and they kept refilling the water every few minutes as we were thirsty. The garlic break has tons of garlic and it was very good.
