Subway

This subway is usually my stop for lunch during work. Their staff is very efficient during rush hour traffic and when they are slow they are very precise with their sandwich making and I enjoy that. One associate even recommended that I try a different condiment on my sandwich and now I get it all the time. I was impressed by that.

The ingredients displayed and those placed on my sandwich weren’t all that fresh, is my only complaint. I am giving this place 3 stars mainly for the employee that helped me. I had just found out I was pregnant a week before and was over emotional. I asked for a chicken ranch sandwich. The employee forgot the ranch. I wasn’t going to say anything, for he was the only one up front and he looked like he was having a rough day as it was but my hormones kicked in uncontrollably and I started to cry. I explained that I was pregnant and that I was sorry, I didn’t mean to make him feel bad but he took the sandwich back with a smile and fixed it telling me it was okay.

I stopped here last Wednesday, and the sandwich was terrible. I ordered subway club, and she made a tuna sandwich. I finally got the sandwich, and it was wet and doughy.

I am unsatisfied with my experience when I visited the store this was my first time at this particular subway. I ordered a tuna footlong and my issue was the district manager or that is who he said he was told me that when they make sandwiches they only put six olives on a footlong.
I have never heard of such a thing from restaurant promoting healthy eating to limit vegetables and to say that only six olives were to be put on my footlong was absurd. He did explain to me nicely that he could charge me but he won’t this time I explained to him that this was my first time at this location and my last I thought he was being dishonest and that I would not be coming back.

Very convenient, excellent service. Its going to be right up the road from the Fair, so go here, and save your cash.

I’ve probably been here 50 times over the years mostly with my kids. There’s not much point in reviewing the food at a Subway as it is pretty much exactly the same no matter which one you go to. At least that’s been my experience. So I’ll focus on what is different. Unlike the one at the Civic Center nearby the bathroom here is inside and not around back. It has more interior seating too. Mostly clean. Two things that can be annoying: the AC unit can blow really cold air on you while eating and there is a ceiling fan with a light above it which means you can get this flickering old-​tiemy movie effect which can be annoying. Oh, and there is plenty of parking which is a plus.

Last month, my boyfriend and I decided to try out this subway location and left unhappy — everything between the bread was ¹⁄₃ the amount you would find at other subway locations, toppings were not fresh, and the subway employees knew little english. Lucky for them we were too hungry to walk out.
Well, today, we decided to give this place another chance… and things only got worse. Again, my boyfriend and I had to remind them that more sandwich meat and cheese should be used — at least fill up the empty bread space. Also, my server was really careless with my cheese topping; he shoved the my sandwich into the toaster oven so quickly that most of the cheese moved off the sandwich meat into the grove between the split bread. I decided to bite my tongue and just hope that the cheese will melt onto the sandwich meat. When I saw that the cheese didn’t budge, I asked for the next server to please spread the cheese out at least. She didn’t understand me. I had to point down at the sandwich. When she looked at the uncovered meat she finally understood and started to spread the cheese with a knife. The previous server stopped her and just place one cold cheese slice onto the uncovered meat. I decided not to just toast it again since I didn’t want the meat and bread to be so dry.
As we sat down to eat, the two servers sat down at the table next to us to have their meal as well. They were very loud and spoke only in Spanish with the only english words being profanity. A third server was behind the counter hanging out. All three servers were yelling to each other back and forth across the room in Spanish and joking around it seemed since the yells were with followed by loud laughter. I felt like it was their home and my boyfriend and I were not supposed to be there.
Horrible quality food and service. I wish I could give this place no stars.

Most likely the worst sandwiches in the world. Their bread tastes like Weber’s, the veggies look like they were sliced a couple weeks ago, even the mustard is weird.
This place is not vegan friendly. They dont know what the word even means. They have little standards of cleanliness and no concept of cross contamination. Not a good place to eat if you have any food allergies. Also not a good place to eat if you like food.
These are factory made sandwiches assembled in front of you. Their ingredients are not fresh and imported from who knows where. China?

This location is a hit or miss as far as customer service. Ruben Canche was working the register and not really paying attention to my order being complete and that I needed to pay for my order… in order to eat! He was more interested in speaking to his co-​workers that were busy taking orders and making the sandwiches. As he began to ring up my order he paused and just stood there frozen! A co-​worker had to stop making a sandwich, take her gloves off, and show him how to ring up my order. PAY ATTENTION if you’re working the register!

Skip this Subway and go to any of the nearby ones instead.
The counter staff are inattentive, talk to each other and as a result repeatedly ask again and again what choice you just told them.
They are discourteous and rude. Orders come out wrong.
Bag it!
