Should have looked at the star rating of this place before ordering something that wasn’t pre-packaged. Ordered a chicken schnitzel to go… once I got it home I noticed they took the care to slice it for me — how nice. When I bit into it, I figured out A) it was tougher than any shoe leather a concentration camp prisoner would be expect to survive on, and B) they probably sliced it in an attempt to mask its age/toughness and to make it digestible — fail.

Ok, guys. The prices are maybe a smidgen too high, but really, I can make one salad or sandwich last for two meals. I’m also in the habit of getting their chicken enchiladas, which are pretty solid, I must say. Elise is the lady working the register, and she’s super nice. She always has a smile for you, and remembers your name(especially if you are weird like me and order the same thing half the time). Last thing, the carrot cake is delicious. I probably should not get it as much as I am compelled to do. TIP: call your order in ahead so you don’t have to wait in line. Although, they do have soccer on TV, so waiting is not so bad if you’re a fan.

My coworkers and I gave this place another try after boycotting it for over a year. Seems we haven’t missed anything. Still don’t get orders correct, two out of our four orders were wrong. The man behind the counter is very unpleasant and doesn’t seem to care about anything but taking your money.

Some say the prices are high esp for the salads but for me it is because they are large. I like the Chicken Caesar Wrap at $ 9 as it makes 2 meals for me, so its a great deal overall. Everything else I have tried is very good. And if you like chocolate try the cake or brownie next to the register that one of the girls makes by hand… mmmmmm

My sandwich was definitely not worth the price and the service is poor. Also, they have a $ 10 minimum on credit cards. Really???

The place is pretty unsanitary. After I ordered I started to lose my appetite. There was a woman with blond hair, not pulled back, helping people at the register and then going back and forth to prepare food without washing her hands or using gloves, None of the women preparing food were wearing gloves or washing hands or wearing hair nets. There’s so much food sitting out and about and the refrigeration case is totally open on the back side, for anything to float or fall in and land on food.

The location great! 5* The rest… food is either bland, bread is so hard for any French dip or Philly steak sandwich you could break a window. The staff behind the counter ALL of them treat you as if you are some villain out to rob or hurt them. I used to think maybe he or she was having a bad day. After living up near this place since 2008 I have come to realize that’s just them. That’s just how they seem to think the food taste good to them. I onetime ordered chicken teriyaki stir fry and I kid you not when I open the 6 lb. box Thinking to myself wow this must be some chicken teriyaki?! Omg was I ever wrong I opened the box to my surprise in front of my eyes what looked to be at least 3 cans of old Roy wet canned dog food! After being double charged on more then 2 occasions, terrible tasting food, including ready made salads in the deli case. I decided to stop giving my hard earned money to these crooks. They obviously have a hatred against Americans or anyone who is not of there denomination. Sad

Haven’t tried much. The burritos are very good, and very big. We split one they are so big, so $ 9.00 is ok. The salads and other dishes behind the glass are delicious but the few I’ve tried were just too expensive, so I stick to the burritos.

Been coming here since I was a kid… Their sandwiches are great and so are their burritos. You can customize them however you want it and the portion sizes are huge! Try their pesto chicken sandwich with whatever cheese and toppings you want!

I really want to like this place. I work close by and have gone there numerous times, thinking that my previous experience was just an «off» day. I can tolerate the prices — high, but im willing to pay for convenience, but i cant tolerate the bad service. They are consistently rude and simple orders take forever. I think ive finally given up on this place. There are better options just a short walk away.

Best salads and sandwiches in town! They have fresh made to order salads, the sandwiches are made your way and it’s a cute little hole in the wall to go dine in. I’m a big fan of the tri-tip sandwich and the Chinese salad… u cannot fail order anything off the menu and they also do breakfast.

After shopping at this local market a few times I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere, which is too bad because the location is perfect for me. The appearance is nice and clean, but the prices are exceptionally high and most of the staff seems unhappy with their jobs. If you want good food, go to the pizza parlor next door. The food that I’ve tried here is only ok. It’s not bad, but kinda bland for what you pay. The selection of market items is small, but works in a pinch for snacks. Just be warned, for example, a 1 liter bottle of soda costs 3.50.

I love this place! We live super close s we can walk there and get a great sandwich. A little on the pricier side but what do you expect for Marin. I love their breakfast sandwiches!

Chicken Parmesan sandwich is worth the 5 stars alone. Ya the stuff on their menu can cost a little bit more than usual, but you get why you pay for and it’s real delicious food! If you’re that picky on price and don’t care about taste or your health go buy your food at a place with an advertised«dollar menu.»

When I started going to this place I the service was fair, and, although pricey, the food was good. Recently, I purchased sandwiches that did not come as ordered. When I tried to do something about it I was told I’d have to talk to the owner. This took a couple of weeks. He was argumentative and reluctant to do anything to satisfy my issues. My Wife went in a different time and was met with a very bad attitude and very bad service. The owner is rude and refuses to back up his service. If there was a way to give negative star rating, I would. Don’t mind paying more, but do expect good service and food that is what I am ordering. Think twice before going here.

Prices are ridiculous. I ordered a classic burger $ 6.99 and ended paying 12.99 for adding avocado, bacon, and jalapeños(the price of the burger!)

Please be aware the staff does not wash their hands after taking money and serving food! I visited this establishment yesterday morning to purchase a cup of coffee. There was a gentleman who purchased a cup of coffee right before I did and paid with cash, the lady who works in the morning took his money I proceeded to work at the deli counter. While the owner of the company was making my coffee I was observing the lady working with the food it was then I witnessed her use her bare hands, which she had not washed, and began to transfer food from one container to another. I then asked her why she was doing that when she did not wash her hands, she looked at me and went and washed your hands. I love her and the owner know how absolutely disgusting that was and that I wouldn’t be writing this review. PS … If you are wondering, no I did not purchase a cup of coffee

I don’t really get why this place is so poorly rated. Over priced? Sure, maybe a little, but I payed about $ 13 for a large and delicious turkey club, bag of chips, and fancy lemonade here — only $ 2 more than the garbage sandwich, smaller chips, and a can of pepsi from another deli down the street. For $ 2 more I’d come here every time. Bottom line: This would be a 5-star review if it was an under $ 10 meal.

Ridiculously, maddeningly overpriced. $ 12 sandwiches even I can make at home? No thanks. I work near here and came a few times out of desperation. I would now rather just not eat lunch than waste my money here.
