I was very dissatisfied with Mary TeSelle’s work product, prices and customer service. I requested nursery invoices for the plants for which she billed. Ms. TeSelle refused to provide the documentation. I pulled the nursery price tags off the plants themselves, and pointed out to Ms. TeSelle that the amounts did not correspond with her billing. Her response was that the tags did not correspond to the type of plant for which she was billing us, and that the nurseries must have made a mistake. She was disrespectful to the laborers who we paid to assist in the planting. I would not retain Ms. TeSelle again.
