Here’s the thing. The prices are as good as Bevmo on a lot of their top shelf stuff. I bought a fifth of good holiday scotch last night, not my usual JB and Scoresby… Couple of hours later I ended up whacking down too much of the good stuff and ended paying 250 «roses» for a 10 minute neck massage. Oh well, this bbw bird got off easy… hell,…it’s the holidays right?

Pretty good liquor store located right next to the pet store by Safeway.
I stop by here about once a month to pick up scratcher cards. =)
The guy behind the desk is pretty friendly and usually strikes up a conversation with you (if you have time).

The proprietor really knows his stuff! Professional, curteous service and fabulous guidance for all types of alcohol purchases. He has never steered me wrong. I really value his help in wine selection and have received many kudos for the wines I’ve brought home.
I routinely recommend this shop.

As far as liquour stores go, I guess this one is good. All the big newspapers, good selection of non-​alcoholic drinks, and tons of wine and liquour. The guy behind the desk was friendly, and the place was clean and tidy. Northgate strip mall sucks donkeyballs, but at least here I can get something that will chase away the despair and urge to harm myself that seems to come over me when I’m forced to spend more than an hour in the endless suburbs of Eastern Marin county.
