«Large coffee (for me), plain hamburger (for my pup), and a snack size McFlurry M&Ms (for my lady).»

«Ok, M&M…so large coffee, plain hamburger, and Oreo McFlurry, yes?»
«No, *M&M*!?!»
«Ok, large coffee, plain hamburger, and Oreo McFlurry. Thank you.»

Drove up to next window.
«Just want to make sure. I asked for a M&M McFlurry.»
«Oh, you wanted M&M.» He then shouts across the kitchen to update the order to M&Ms.
Paid and drove up to next window and was passed a M&M McFlurry and a small bag containing a regular fries and a plain hamburger.
«Um, I ordered just a plain hamburger and no fries.»
«There’s a plain hamburger in there.»
«And the fries?»
«It’s in there.»
!!!
She walked away and I just stared at her and waited. She eventually looked back at me and came right back.
«Yes?»
“My large coffee?” (And not once did they ask if I wanted cream and sugar but I was already past caring and willing to just have it black.)
«Oh sorry! Let me go get it.»
Got my coffee and drove off to head back to Monterey wondering what in the bloody world just happened. Did I just get trolled? Or are they on drugs?

uh yeah… ALWAYS the most slippery floor on earth. had had the same dangerously loose toilet seat in the ladies restroom for YEARS NOW. rude employees. slow lobby service. everyone has attitude. the ONLY thing this place has going for it is a convenient location to freeway access and decent parking.

Ok so let’s be honest for a second. This is a McDonald’s so I can’t give it any more that 3 stars. The reason I’m giving it 1 star is for several reasons.
1) The floors were so dirty. There were spills and trash on the floor everywhere.
2) The service was so poor. The cashiers were so rude to the customers when ordering.
3) They got my order wrong twice. and gave me cold chicken nuggets.
Definitely wouldn’t come again.

This Mc Donald’s is just fine. Clean, line moves fast, food is good and happy smiling people work here. Don’t act so surprised.

Terrible Service! I went for breakfast. What a mistake. The pancakes were still runny in the middle, the eggs were cold and rubbery. It had been sitting under a warmer and it looked it. No butter was served and the cashier made me wait until she took three other Orders before she would call someone to bring me some butter. Then another 10 minute wait for creamer because they were out. Needless to say at that point my meal was sitting 30 minutes before I was able to eat. They would not replace it for a hot one nor refund me. I ended up throwing it away and going somewhere else. Last $ 8.00 I will spend there!!!

Terrible terrible place. I hope that it is shit down forever but sadly it looks like that will never happen

Wow read other experiences– always great for me– but I keep it simple– two chicken grilled snap wraps– perfect every time

I was served a burger and two egg muffins w stale buns and English muffins. Stale bread is stale bread no matter how many times it is toasted. This franchise owner doesn’t care about their business and it shows. Corporate should make a unilateral decision to stop doing business w the owner of this location.

Not open when the sign says «24 hours Friday and Saturday.» Tear down that fucking sign I’m tired of wasting gas money on retarted companies like you.

Over priced they don’t offer the typical breakfast special that my local McDonald’s offers and the restroom was not very clean and had no seat covers.

This is an expensive McD place and no deals! Egg McMuff is the same price as the pancake & eggs bkf!!! No seat covers in the restrooms!!!

I usually don’t mind McDonald’s as a quick lunch option. But this comment is for this location in particular. I used the restroom and as I left the stall, there was a male employee mopping the floor. He told me, nonchalantly, «go ahead and wash your hands while I finish». Are you kidding me! I had to tell him it’s a ladies restroom for a reason and to LEAVE! Plus the restrooms were not up to par at all!

Moving day, burning 1000 calories an hour. Deserved fast food that is a once in a lifetime opportunity.
Didn’t realize how expensive FF got. Breakfast for 5 people, $ 70!!! Did McDonald’s get a Michelin star/​recommend?

Zero stars this place is the worst. If it is owned by corporate short the stock. If it is a franchise the owners must live out of the country. The fries are soggy and the bathrooms are beyond disgusting. Be prepared to bus your own table. Today Marlene waited on me. She clearly is in the wrong profession. Customer service NOT. It was 3 thirty a hot day. I ordered coffee and asked if it was fresh and she said yes 5 minutes fresh. We all know and love MCD for their piping hot coffee. Well it was luke warm and old. I asked her why she told me it was fresh and asked her to re brew. She said to discourage me that it takes 10 minutes. I said yes right I was not born yesterday. She was very rude. All I can saw is go across the street to A&W or find another MCD location.

Ok, it’s just Mc Donald’s no big expectations but I am done with this location. After going to
to complain I had to Unilocal too.
I wanted to get a breakfast biscuit sandwich w egg and cheese only. After repeating 4times and getting confirmation 4 times I drove to window 1 to pay. Same person read my order again and took my money. Pick up window person repeated my order 6^th time before handing me the brown bag. I received biscuit with egg only, no cheese, I didn’t say no cheese no sausage. I was on my way to the office and didn’t want to go in for a slice of cheese. Hash brown was so greasy also.
Tired of these Latinos screwing my orders. It is not holla, what yu layk yo order! Learn English.

Burger was dry like it was hella old twice I’ve asked for no onion and got onion both times so when I want mcdonalds I’m gonna go to the one in San anselmo I’ve given numerous chances and have been disappointed all times I know it’s just McDonald but be the best u can be if I could give minus stars I would hope someone contacts me to say I’m sorry

ZERO-(o) stars for this mcdonads, the food was cold, they didnt include any sauces or napkins with my nuggets, and i asked for upsizing, and it was not included. And its no surprise, now, after i read all the reviews for this iste.
