Awaken to Bodywork

Shana has treated me for various injuries, for emotional healing, and for general body work. I cannot say enough about how good I feel after each session. You can feel how thoughtful she is in all of the body work she does and gets results every time. You will NOT be disappointed in Shana — it will be the best massage/​healing/​body work you will ever get… hands down!

Shana gave me terrific body work yesterday on my birthday, explaining what she was doing and instructing me to breathe into various parts of my body while she worked on them. She knows so much about the workings of the body (and the spirit), and is a genuinely pleasant, kind human being. I wish I lived closer to her, because I would visit her often.

Shana is truly an AMAZING healer. Her knowledge of the body is mind-​blowing. You might come in with a pain in your jaw and she’ll massage your hip and it will go away. She made me realize how little I know about the human body. I went to see her for a pain in my shoulder that wouldn’t heal and by the end of our session it was completely gone. Plus, she has a great table-​side manner that is genuinely calming and caring. I can’t recommend her more!

If you have pain and no one else has been able to figure out how to heal you… you need Shaina. I have always approached any ‘alternative’ methods with a mixture of hope and caution… but after Shaina fixed my tennis elbow after a year of struggle with other treatments (after only 3 sessions!) I was a convert. Her diagnostic method is unique and she cares about getting the results. I’m not sure she can treat and help with every type of pain, but I’ve yet to come to her and not get relief. Over the years I have seen her for tennis elbow, wrist injuries, neck, back, migraine treatment and am always get off the table in better shape than I came. Besides, she is a wonderful person, with a good and caring heart, and an awesome ‘table-​side’ manner. Shaina is great… don’t even consider going to anyone else!
