Lucky Dry Cleaners

Going to this dry cleaner for as long as they have been open (a Long time). Sonny and staff are wonderful. Clothes always done as I want them and when I want them. Prices are good. No complaints and if I had one I am sure they would handle it perfectly.

I’ve Been here twice. I was going to one down on 13^th and Gaffey, but this one was closer to my house. Last time I was here, I lost 50 cents. I chalked it up to a loss and figured it wouldn’t happen again. Today I lost fivedollars and 50 cents. Coin machine didnt work. And one of the dryers. I filled out a refund request form, but it worries me that the refund slips are out in the open and anyone could take them. I have to stand constantly in front of the dryers to make sure they don’t just randomly stop. I had to press start about 15 times last time I was here just so it would continue to dry my clothes. That was frustrating and i hope it gets fixed.
Update: I got six dollars in the mail for my refund just three or so days later and I really appreciated that. For the time being, I will be doing my laundry elsewhere, but I might be back to try again soon since it is closer to my house. Hopefully by then some of the problems might be fixed.

When I take my clothes here, they come out OK… Not as nicely ironed as other cleaners I have been to and sometimes there is lint on the clothes when I get them back. I also think that they take a little longer than other cleaners, usually 2 days longer than other cleaners I have been to. The prices are a bit high, but it’s South Shores so I guess that should be expected. They gotta pay their rent too!
The owner is very nice and they have decent parking.
Also, they have a handwritten sign in the shop that says black, red, and old clothing may fade or be damaged… kinda scary. Made me take my red Versace to another cleaner that I used to go to even tho it’s farther away.

Reliable, friendly, puts the creases in the right places.
I go through a lot of white uniform shirts and these folks get the job done well at a good price! You don’t need to bring your receipt but it can sure help — the owner’s English is a bit, shall we say, difficult!

A neighborhood spot in a shopping mall, this cleaner has always provided efficent, reliable and quaility service at normal prices. No problem parking. Service is polite and cheerful. I find no need to go anywhere else for my cleaning needs.
