Ok… this is a location with 2 places… normally I always going to the one which is located in Western and Capitol, today I came to the other one located in Western and 25^th because they are promoting the heat wraps, which it help you out with the circulation of the blood, and you loss inches, and they only have this wraps here… ok, I paid 100 some dollars for a month and I’m laying over here and one of the arms wraps isn’t working… I tell the girls which is working here and she told me «I have to called the owner», so when she came back, she told me that «my boss told me that If you’re uncomfortable with the wrap in your arm, I can take it off, but there is nothing else that it can be done»… really… I’m a going to be with a fat arm, and the other skinny one??? so you as a customer, paid for a service the one which is incomplete, and can’t do anything about it, and you, as a owner, going to take the money without care for the satisfaction of you customer … this is incredible. … it’s a scam… and the worst.. you can’t talk with the owner, because the employees don’t give you any information. … so be aware of this place, so they can’t be steeling money for the rest of the people !!!

I only come here once or twice a year for an unlimited month of tanning! Not sure of other prices at other salons, but to me it is a little pricey. However aside from the prices the girls that work there are all super sweet and very helpful. The place is always spotless. Plus I love that they stay open pretty late! I always end my month of tanning there very happy and pleased with the results!

Walked in and and told the girl I wanted to do stand up bed but on going. She said it was not necessary to buy 20 tans for 250… I wanted a membership as I wanted to continue business with them and maintain a tan but she said membership is if you want to keep coming… (that’s what I said!!!)…she is a horrible horrible sales person and having someone like that is going to ruin this business. I just walked out I’ll take my business elsewhere.

They’re super nice and clean! I love the girl at the front with the curly hair, always laughing and singing. I just wish prices weren’t so ridiculous!

Absolutely love this place. I’ve been coming here for years. The rooms are always clean, staff is always pleasant, helpful and very knowledgable about lotions, tanning times, etc.
My girls are in All Star cheer which sometimes requires spray tans for bigger competitions, this place does an amazing job, very natural, even beautiful glow. High quality products and always affordable. They always have coupons and specials. It’s best to call ahead for appointments to ensure no waiting, but walk-​ins are always welcomed.

When I asked why the charge was $ 29.70 on a $ 25 package, the gal at the desk said it was tax — $ 4.70 tax?!? She replied, well that’s what it says and there’s nothing I can do. Very poor customer service. And then the room looked like it had been an old closet and was absolutely filthy! Definitely would not recommend and would not go back.

The girl working Thursday night July 3^rd is terrible and has horrible customer service skills. Came to tan 8:35. I don’t even tan for more than 13 min and she told me sorry you can’t tan we take are last tams at 830. They are open until 9. Then when I call back to have management call me because I wanted to complain about her she argues with me that it was 842 when I came in but I called in at 847. Make sure you go early or you will lose all of your tans.

The staff always greets me with a smile. The facility is very clean and up to date. They send out great deals through email.

Christina here is wonderful! She is very helpful and picked a great accelerator that smelled soooo good. My husband has been coming here for years before we go on vacation and now I see why. The place is spotless!!! Good hours and competitive rates. You don’t need to drive to Torrance, we have two of these places in San Pedro

Beware of this place. Very bad experience after a couple of tanning sessions I developed a rash all over my body. I had to go to urgent care where I was diagnosed with skin burn and infection. I would think that this location would be staffed with knowledgeable people. Will never return. I have asked for a refund which they agreed to refund me for the remaining sessions. still waiting for my refund after 1 month. Very unprofessional.

Finding a tanning place is easy but not so much when looking for a clean place that you feel comfortable going to. This place is awesome! The girls are fun and very knowledgeable. The prices aren’t cheap but I believe that you get what you pay for. I buy packages for the higher level beds which don’t expire. You get a deal the more you buy at one time. It’s always super clean and smells like yummy lotions. :) Try it and I’m sure you’ll agree!

This tanning salon has really competitive prices, and their beds are really good. The bulbs are always new and are changed often. The service is super down to earth and friendly, and the employees are always laid back and welcoming. The best is that if it’s raining outside, all tan’s are 50% off. They don’t advertise it anymore, but they will still honor the discount.

Girls are excellent, friendly, place is very clean and easy place to find.
