I have seen Dr. Pyka for ten years. He truly cares about his patients and takes the time to listen and explain things – a rarity these days. He has a wonderful bedside manner, and has helped me with a couple of broken bones, and other injuries. His office manager, Gary goes out of his way to be helpful and accommodating. If you want an excellent, caring physician I would highly recommend Dr. Pyka.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pyka‘s and have had absolutely nothing but good outcomes under his medical care. He is a pleasant, gifted, orthopedic surgeon. It is unfortunate that his staff is so amazingly rude and incompetent. His receptionist, Gary, will treat you as if you are simply a bothersome interruption to his job. I am sure you will be very satisfied with Dr. Pyka but the satisfaction ends if you cannot avoid Gary on your way out or have to deal with his bookkeeper, Debbie. It is truly unfortunate that Dr. Pyka may be unaware of how his staff deals with his patients.

Dr Pyka is a nice man, but was unable to help me with my diagnosis and condition. The main reason I’m giving one star, is due to the staff. The man who deals with booking and insurance for Dr Pyka’s patients is the most insensitive, incompetent person with a horrific attitude. For this reason alone, I would steer clear.

I would give Dr. Pyka and his wonderful staff 10 stars, if I could.
Dr. Pyka is THE BEST Orthopedic Surgeon and he did several surgeries for our family. Not only he does magic in surgeries, but also he is a wonderful, caring person, and a true gentleman. He has the best staff, they are so polite, so caring, and their office does a great job on scheduling, confirming, and accomodating the patients.
My family is very thankful for all you have done for us.
