Just a really bad experience. Poor service and poor medical advice. I went and saw another ENT at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation and my issues were identified in minutes, where I went to 4 appointments at the ENT Associates over 9 months only to get no where.
I also had billing issues, left 3 messages with reception and 1 with the office manager. They were never returned. I’d suggest going somewhere else.

My god, this office is so hard to call in for an appointment. I always have to wait on the phone for more than 15mins. what’s wrong with this office.

Always late, Dr. Geller is still a cool dude. His staff, four rude «hens» who complain about everything, who are rude if you ask «are the appointments on achedule» … avoid if possible. Too bad Geller can’t change the team.

Dr. Geller and rest of the staff at Ear, Nose & Throat Associates were wonderful. Friendly service, prompt service, and of course job well done equal A+.
