Management still bad. They take forever to fix things, and some are still pending. Cars are parked everywhere, including «fire lanes» and «corridors», without City Permit.

Fort Lauderdale, FL
Pros: Apartments are new and it is mostly quiet. Cheapest gas station in bay area is next door. Close to public transportation and all major highways.
Cons: parking situation is terrible and administration has no plans to address the issue. In fact, people literally fight due to spots being taken as guests have no consideration for residents. Apartments are built with cheapest material. No amenities yet (there is a workout room but its been under construction since building opened). Only one elevator in entire building and stairs are on opposite side. Pet area is tiny and many residents dont clean up their dogs s***.
Only living here because rent is affordable (not cheap i.e. 2500/​mo for 890 sq ft.)
