These guys are great! I had a problem with an old compression coupling with the fine thread. They lent me a tool to remove the old coupling so I can replace it with a new one. No charge! I’ll be back for sure!

I had a serious leak of the toilet tank into the bowl. The tank was emptying in 2 – 3 min. I called in a plumber who said he cannot fix it as I have to get special parts for my Toto toilet. So, with much apprehension, I went to Meyer plumbing, one of the very few that carry Toto parts. The person at the counter patiently heard my thoroughly un-​professional description of the problem, then gave me my $ 3.90 part, then described to me how to install, and finally printed out the manual for repair and circled the sections I will need. I couldn’t believe him. Who would? Any self respecting plumber charges $ 150 for any toilet tank fix, right? But I did what the Meyer guy told me, and it was exactly what he had described, and in 5 min I have a fixed toilet, and $ 150 richer. Thank you Meyer plumbing. Plus my wife respects me now, I think.

These guys are knowledgable, friendly and helpful. We ordered sinks, faucets and the trimmings for a kitchen update and could not have been happier. The next project is a bathroom and we will use Meyer Plumbing again.

This place is reminds me of how it use to be, you know the kind of place with staff that actually knew what they were doing and didn’t respond «sorry, I don’t work in this department» and walks off without helping find someone that does.
I went there just out of luck of passing the place. I had a part that was discontinued and nobody could help find. Immediately after entering the place, Ryan from behind the counter recognized what I had and told me about its past and said that it had been replaced. He helped me clean the part and told me that instead of replacing it I could probably get by with changing some washers. Long story short, he probably saved me a couple hundred dollars and spent at least 25 minutes helping me out.
I will definitely be going back there for future plumbing needs.

Great store and great people. I went in with a seemingly unsolvable plumbing problem, and came out with a simple solution that they put together with all the parts loosely assembled so i understood how it all goes together.
Everyone I met in the store had a positive and helpful attitude to a lay person — me, unlike the big box store down the road that expects you to be an expert plumber and you have to chase after someone to help you.

Came by here about a month ago looking for some advice with a leaky shower faucet. I stopped by Ace and Osh first looking for help and guidance, but all pointed to Meyer’s (and for good reason too). Nick was super courteous and knowledgeable and explained how showers work. Very happy with the service from Meyer’s. Will be back for all my DIY plumbing needs.

Love Meyer Plumbing Supply! From the moment you walk in the door, you feel like a neighbor. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and helpful. For the plumbing illiterate they are your go to guys! I try to be somewhat informed and I think they appreciate that, but it only goes so far! They always fill in the blanks!
They even had hot dogs, popcorn, and water today! Who knew!
As a woman, plumbing is not my favorite subject, but I can always be distracted by the showroom (which they are in the process of updating as we speak). I actually look forward to going back.

This place is fantastic. I’ve come here several times seeking help with tricky plumbing problems. Every time the staff has been polite, helpful, and resourceful. I am not a plumbing professional (I know just enough to be dangerous) and so they made sure that before I left, everything fit together and was going to work. They have a large selection of parts and they also were able to tell me what connectors do and don’t exist, which saved me a lot of time. The one time I was looking for a part they didn’t have, they referred me to another local supplier.
Although the back of the house mainly serves professionals, I felt welcomed. Based on my experiences locally, this is not a given. I’ve been to other places where all they do is pull parts, with a risk management policy of not answering plumbing questions. Thus it’s great to be able to roll into Meyer and ask «what do you recommend for this situation?» «what are the pro’s and con’s of approach A vs. approach B?» «which brand of angle stop do you like?» and that kind of thing.

So first thing I’ll admit I’m a weekend warrior
with a honey do list and I’ve always gone to the warehouse stores for supplies.
Today after a 5 mile run I stopped by Myers for a clean out cover and while they were looking for it they offered my a bottle of water. They found what I needed, they always do, and if they don’t carry it they will recommend a place to find it.
I would like to commend them on their exceptional service in not only knowing their products but their customer service too.

My 5 star rating is based on two visits to this place. The first visit was to purchase some clamps for my antenna installation (yea, I know this is a plumbing shop but the riser claims seemed to be a good choice for such a purpose) and was very impressed with the staff that took me around the warehouse to show me the different options I had for pipe connection accessories. The second visit was to return the clamps I had purchased, they didn’t fit the pipe I was fastening the clamps to. The cashier didn’t have an attitude about me returning the product. I was bracing myself for some form of resistance or attitude in situations like this but was pleased it was just the opposite experience.
Will be heading here in the future for my plumbing supplies.

I’ve driven by here several times and only recently went in when I decided that I was fed up with my kitchen faucet coming loose and that I needed a new one.
I was amazed by the customer service. Bob Dodds listened to what my problem was, helped me to find a part list for my existing faucet, and in the end helped set me up with Moen customer support to get a replacement O-​ring for free rather than spent up to $ 400 on a new faucet.
My only regret is that I didn’t end up buying anything there to support their business! I’ll certainly go there first next time I have any plumbing supply needs.

What a find! They have an excellent selection of fixtures and supplies, and some amazing bargains. Very friendly and helpful as well. If you’re doing a kitchen or bath project, it’s definitely worth a visit.
