Love this store! We live in AG but always make the trip to slo to get this kind of great service. Dane and Olivia helped us and we were so pleased. They are prompt, but don’t make you feel rushed while making decisions. They were also very patient and kind with our son who is just a toddler. We will always use this store for upgrades and general help with our service!

Honestly, I have Sprint and went into this store in search of a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. Brittany was so helpful, not only did I get the new G2, she may have convinced me to switch over my family plan. Best customer service!

Five stars for customer service to this Verizon location on Broad Street. I walked in with my cell phone in a bag of rice just before closing on a Friday night, and Jorge was so kind and patient and helpful, explaining to me all my choices and cost options. We made an appointment to re-address on Saturday morning and he continued to be most gracious in getting me all set up with a new phone. All is good, and I just wanted to say thank you to Jorge (and his sweet coworker Brittany) for their service and kindness.
