This is Japaneseish Fusion fast food. I have been here many times and had multiple different items. I love the concept as they have 4 different areas to choose from on the menu. You can choose two to three items, one from each area or all from one area. Everything’s carefully marked with vegan, gluten free and such. This is a great place to get a quick bite and also if you want something healthy that’s fast. It has a vast array of drink options to include beer and wine. The staff are very knowledgeable about the menu and will help you make choices and also cater to your whims. I love the curry and the rice they also have sandwiches and appetizers. They are a little bit pricey, and don’t bring your first date here thinking they will be impressive, because the ambiance is not spot on. It’s definitely a fast food feel. So why just four stars? I think that it’s a little pricey for what you get not that you don’t get good portions, but the food that they are serving isn’t costly and once you leave the counter the staff are pretty much finished with you. You have to bus your own table and go get your own drinks so it’s definitely not a five-star establishment. It’s hard to get 5 stars out of me anyway, however there are those gems that can push up to a 5, this one is just not it. But you will see me here about once a week and don’t forget to check in on Unilocal because you’ll get 10% off.

Good customer service, very friendly and welcoming. The food was good, I’ll give it another go dining in to compare to take out. Overall a good experience. I like the customizable menu so basically you can mix and match all the items. Good for someone who’s particular with their food ;)!

We loved this place! The flavors were spot-on and I loved how the menu was laid out. I got the vegetarian potstickers and they were so good. I loved having plenty of vegetarian options!

Oki Momo is the best! Great customer service, amazing food, and tons of vegan options(which is awesome because vegan options are few and far between in SLO). I have been going here regularly since they opened, and I am so thankful to have such a cool place in SLO. The management is great, and everyone that works there has always been so kind and helpful!

Eaten here a couple times. Food is very good and fresh, would call it «modern style Asian fusion», it’s definitely not traditional style. But it’s very hard to find quality Asian food in SLO county so it’s been a pleasant surprise. Staff is good and environment is clean and modern(although it seems to always be a tad chilly in there, but maybe it’s just me: P). So far the highlight has been the hibachi shrimp, mixed market veggies, the purple rice, and all drizzled in their signature«Momo sauce». It can get a little pricey, so I recommend getting more of their entrée style dishes as opposed to their appetizer/sides, that way you get more bang for your buck.

I’m a vegetarian celiac, so eating out can be… an adventure. This place is delightful, though. There’s plenty of options to choose from for my weird Venn diagram of a diet – actual tasty options! Crispy tofu and the Banh Momo tacos are favorites so far. Bonus for fellow celiacs: they cook your food in separate pans so as to avoid cross-contamination. Just mention you’re a celiac when you order. They’re more than accommodating!

Struggled between 3 and 4 stars. I got the choose 3 on the menu. Ordered the fried tofu Miso soup with tofu And tofu teriyaki The last two were good, especially the miso soup, but the fried tofu was bad. It was lightly fried and covered in yeast powder. But it was extremely salty. I got it with the Korean sauce which is not shown as available(you have to ask for it) I had never had it before, but it was overly garlicky(and I love garlic). But it still was a good satisfying meal.

Had never been here before, I don’t get around SLO much but had heard of this place and was curious. It’s so clean inside, that was impressive in itself. The guy at counter could tell we were novices and was super cool and explained how their system works. I had the udon noodles with teriyaki chicken, it was incredible! My friend had purple rice and hibachi meat, also great! Looks kid friendly so now I know where I can take the kiddos if I need a quick bite and a new place to recommend to friends. Can’t wait to go back and try more.

One of my new favs! YUM! Just tried it for the first time today — organic, GMO free… and healthy things that even my kids loved! Highly recommend!

Clean, friendly, fast and most importantly, delicious and vegetarian friendly! I just wish they would Permanently put the fire tofu on the menu. I could eat here every day of the week. They serve beer and wine, and you never feel too guilty after you’re finished here because the meals are fairly healthy and not ginormous. As someone who rarely has time to cook, this place is what SLO needed. Did I mention it has parking?

My entire family loves this place! It’s super kid friendly, clean and convenient. Almost the entire menu can be made gluten free. All their sauces are GF. I’ve had the Thai salad, crispy tofu, teriyaki chicken, market veggies and Beef Phở. Everything was delicious!

Definitely a fan of this place! My favorite go-to is the bahn momo sandwich(their take on a classic bahn mi sandwich) with the crispy tofu. Very filling, tasty, and healthy. I’ve also gotten their yellow curry, which is really good as well. The staff is very friendly, and the food comes out quickly. I recommend sitting on the back patio and getting some sun while you eat– it’s very nice. Great, healthy option for lunch in SLO!

Awesome fresh ingredients! The udon noodles are good quality. *I have no idea what the dude is talking about(paul m.) cuz basil is a condiment not the main flavor. Duh! He needs to go and taste real Asian food pre msg. His review is annoying and everyone is entitled to their own opinion, BUT his is delirious.* Kalbi is seasoned just right and marinated with good quality ingredients. I really liked the lean, good quality meat. My favorite fish today was the fried tofu! Damn! It was good!

I like the fact that you can pick anything on the menu and make it a combo. I had the udon noodles, kalbi steak and hibachi shrimp that paired awesome with their sauces.(Momo, hoison and ginger soy) First time here and I will definitely give it another try. Stole a Korean chicken wing from my wife which was tasty and crispy.

The food was pretty good and tasted fresh. Ours dishes were one chicken + udon combo, one phở + banh momo combo. They were all pretty good, but the phở didn’t have enough flavor like authentic phở has.

This place was cute! I love the menu! The food I ordered was freshly grilled and garnished! The price was in budget. The 10% off was great to bring in customers! Quick in and out, ordered fast and friendly staff! Thank you!

I love this new cute little place. The staff is friendly and the food is pretty fast. We ate there two days in a row after picking up a card at the nail salon nearby. The first day we had the special Korean crispy tofu and a Bahn Mi(Momo). The tofu with the ginger dipping sauce was amazing. The Bahn Mi, just okay for me. Then the next day the tofu again, great fresh iced tea, udon noodles, my daughter loved but I thought just okay. I had the Thai salad, which was excellent with some more of the ginger dipping sauce. So far I’m in love with the tofu and Thai salad and will continue to visit until I have tried everything. Very clean and a nice little patio out back.

Went back a second time. Got a salad and rice noodle dish. YUM. I highly recommend both — and I recommend getting the two item dish. That way you get to try and enjoy two things, not just one. The salad was my favorite. They have vegan options. Lots of vegan options. As a vegan in SLO, this is worth tears and squeals.(The majority of restaurants here focus on meat, so to have a place that caters to us is kinda a big deal.) I had the vegan sandwich — which was good. It would have been amazing if the bread was softer. The bread is thick and has a crunchy exterior. Other than that, the crispy veggies and sauced tofu inside was super yummy. The miso soup is quite salty — even for miso — so I wouldn’t order that again I don’t think. My husband had a sandwich with chicken, and he has the same feeling as I did on mine. The table next to us had the three course option with an awesome looking salad, udon noodles, and a rice plate. All of it looked amazing and he said it was quite good. This place is a block away from our apartment. We will absolutely be returning. And I will be trying every vegan option. Haha.

I got 3 items today(wontons, honey lemon chicken wings and beef phở). Wontons were great again, but this time I got 5 pieces instead of 6. The chicken wings were delicious! They’re not itty-bitty sized wings either. Crispy and full of flavor. Not quite too sure about the beef phở though. Maybe mine sucked because I overhead them say they sold out of phở right after my order. I probably got what was leftover in their pot. I got about 4 spoonfuls of noodles and a few bits of beef. I don’t think the noodles were cooked long enough because they were a bit hard. I also expected more beef or at least bigger pieces. The broth was so-so. Overall, this dish was just OK and I don’t think I would order it again. I’m still a fan though! Their wontons and chicken wings seem to always be great. I still want to try out their rice, udon noodle and hibachi dishes.

I’ve been back a few times and I have to say, improvements have been made. I have turned around my opinion and really dig this place. I have had the bahn momo which is amazing(get flank steak, as they don’t have pork). The Udon noodles are delicious. The chicken wings?! Dang! So crispy, light and juicy! Food comes out quick, everyone is polite and the prices are great. I’m happy the portion sizes have increased and the quality is evident.
