Ellie is my go-​to eyebrow/​Brazilian girl! She is super fast, does a fabulous job, and makes getting a wax a good time because of her cheerful spirit. Love European wax center because of her.

I tend to go with whoever is available at the time I make my reservation. I love that I can find reservations day of!!! Their prices are very affordable compared to a lot of places and their services are excellent. I have been waxed by Laurina and Ellie, they’re both wonderful. This is my go to place from now on. LOVE IT!

Hands down the best place to get waxed in slo county. A friend recommended I try them and I’m so glad I did as now I’m obsessed with waxing and their products. I go for eyebrows and do highly recommend getting the wax pass it saves you money in the end and it’s good at any european wax center which is highly convenient. I’ve only ever had amazing experiences there. You can tell they all enjoy the job they do and it shows in the quality of the work. My eyebrows have never looked better and I will not trust anyone else with them.

Had a wonderful experience coming to the European Wax Center for a Brazilian. This was my first time at this location & they were clean, quick & friendly. They use hard wax which is a must for me & the price is reasonable. Laurina is GREAT! Super nice & professional! I would highly recommend her!
The only negative for me is that the receptionists are very pushy trying to get you to buy packages & products. Other than that, everything was A+!

I waited until my third visit to write a review so it was an honest view of the place as a whole.
First off, this place is very clean and professional. I’ve only ever been taken to one room, but everything I’ve seen has been hygienic and safe.
My first waxer was great. Great consultation, perfect execution on what I wanted, no sales pitch at the end. She took longer than most, but I would rather it take a while and she get it right, than it be fast and I hate the results.
This second and third time I’ve had a different girl: NO consultation, throwing products at me, pressuring for rebooking, etc. most of which I can handle because it’s their job, I totally get it and actually appreciate it. But what I really HATE is the lack of knowing what I want because it was never asked. This last time she said «you literally have perfect eyebrows» and as I sit here looking at them, I’m crying because I literally have fluffy caterpillars on my face! I know big brows are in but they look HORRIBLE on me and «perfect» isn’t the word I would use for these monstrosities I have for eyebrows.
While yes I know it’s my part to step up and say something, it’s very awkward to cut someone off while they’re doing they’re job and tell them they are doing it wrong. I still paid and tipped on these fluffy critters on my face, but lesson learned: book with a different waxer.
3 stars: professional, clean, accommodating but disappointing results. Kinda like that bad blind date last Saturday.

I got a full arm and full leg from Ellie and WOW, what a pro! I was shocked to find out she was new. It was the fastest wax I have ever had. The room was clean and I was very comfortable.

First time coming to this place, and they left patches of hair everywhere. I was so disappointed, i thought they’d do a good job, but it looks as if i didn’t even get waxed.

I’ve seen Laurina twice so far and she’s great! Always very professional, friendly and makes the experience as enjoyable as a wax can be! She’s very knowledgable about the products and company in general.
HOWEVER the receptionists are not the greatest. I bought one of the pre-​paid wax packages because I was told the offer was only valid during your first visit. However that is not true. They will sell you the same packages no matter how long you’ve been a customer. If it weren’t for this sleezy-​salesman tactic I would give this place 5 stars.

I had a great experience today. Laurina was kind, thorough and made the whole experience as pleasant as possible :). I will be back, for sure!

Came in with a friend who was in dire need of some top notch grooming and the staff did an excellent and professional job. Couldn’t be happier with their service.

It’s hit or miss! I really liked my first waxer here but she left and they stuck me with another waxer without letting me know mine had moved on. Megan was very nice but she got wax on my lady parts and missed a big patch. She wasn’t thorough enough for my taste. And it was the most painful waxing I’ve had. I think the turnover rate at this shop will be high. I won’t be back.

This is definitely the best place to get waxed! All of the employees are very professional and nice. It’s also super affordable. I’ve never had a bad experience here, but I have to say, Kristen is the best. Everyone will do a good job, but if you get the chance you should request her!

I highly recommend EWC in SLO. Laurina is very professional, caring and does an excellent job waxing even the most delicate areas. She is very knowledgeable has recommended some great products for my skin, such as the «calming cream» and «exfoliate get» which are both great. Would definitely use her services again!

I just had my brows done with Elaine. I absolutely love them! She cleaned up the shape and showed me how to fill them in with powder. I am adding this service to my monthly wax appointment with Elaine. This was my second visit to EWC in San Luis Obispo. I appreciate the clean expert service and I’m hooked on the Exfoliate Gel!
