I used to buy flowers online, but it is a totally different experience to have a conversation with the owner of the shop, Denise. Every time I call I just don’t know what to get, and Denise is so friendly and understanding. She does a great job asking the right questions, and always hand picks the perfect arrangement. Artful, classy, and I’m always pleased at the amount of flowers I got for the price I paid.
If you, or someone you want to send flowers to lives in the Bay Area, this is the perfect place.

Thank you Denise (owner) for making me look so good! We have been beyond pleased with friendly service and very quick response/​help to what we need! we have used britney’s flower cottage for the past couple of times we have sent flowers and we will go back to Britney’s EVERY TIME!

I had ordered a corsage for my daughters prom and was very disappointed. The wrist part was huge, so I had to add ribbon to it so it would stay on her. The roses were not securely taped so within a ½ an hour started to fall off. We also had 2 small white gardenia’s added which were not securely taped only used a small twisty around the greenery which also fell off. She was not able to use for pictures because it fell apart before then. It looked really nice in the package with the ribbons and glitter but poorly executed.
