Walked in to ask about opeing a bank account. I’d just sold a house and I wasn’t sure what to do with the money, but I knew I didn’t want to place it in my current bank because I’d be over the FIDC limit. A banker named Anna told me I needed $ 250,000 to open an account with «wealth management». Supposedly I could get all kinds of extra perks for opening an account with her but I was really not interested. I’ve been presented Wealth Services before at my other bank and was very unhappy. I wanted the simple banking I’ve always had — the kind where you walk in and talk to your tellers and maybe see a banker for the more complicated things, like getting a loan or opening an IRA or doing investments. I was turned off by this Anna Leon person, and it didn’t seem like she was going to let me do anything other than her Wealth Management account, so I left. I’d heard such great things about this bank, but I guess they’ve changed.

I’ve had an account here as long as I can remember. They have excellent customer service and are always willing and ready to help. However – they are not as up to date on the latest trends as Chase is for example. It’s a bit old fashioned which can be nice. BOTW is a smaller bank chain and as such, you will have problems finding ATM’s with their name on it in the rest of the country, but this location is a great one for everyday banking.

Well, my bf cancelled the Wamu aka Chase after they fucked him up, so he decided to switch to this bank. I also signed up to this bank too because Wamu has been changing a lot of things that doesn’t help their customers. Well, everytime my bf and I go this branch there’s hardly any customers in line and so it takes about a couple of minutes to finish. In the mornings, they have juice and cookies for the customers! Isn’t that so sweet! The staff are very nice and helpful too. They even know your names too. So, I really recommend this bank to anyone!!!
