Nice friendly service. However I was not impressed with the pizza. It was hard and salty. My 3 year old daughter said she needed a better pizza. Sorry Porky I was hoping this was my new pizzeria.

Would have given 1 star but adding a star for their quickness. Called in to place an order for 2 pizzas, got there in 15 mins, waited for another 5 before our order was ready. Other places, It would’ve been at least a 45min wait. Don’t know if we just ordered the wrong items(Porky’s combo & a chicken pesto). Nothing special about them both. I thought the crust was too thick and chewy/doughy. I guess I’m a thin crust lover. Once we opened the boxes, both pizzas were stuck to the box… All I could taste in both was bell peppers, which I hate but hubby likes. Funny how most of the workers in the kitchen look underage and they aren’t so friendly too.

Awesome place to eat and a cool vibe all around. Went here with a few friends for some pizza and wings and I will be back again! Friendly crew and we were served fast.

My husband didn’t want to eat leftovers, so we decided on having pizza for dinner tonight. We usually order from Mountain Mikes, but my husband wanted me try the pizza from Porky’s. He made the right call. He ordered us a large combination and had it delivered to our house. The young lady that took our order mentioned it would be delivered in 45 minutes, but to our surprise 20 minutes later we hear a knock at our door and it’s our pizza! Hands down, the pizza is better than Mountain Mikes! I’ll definitely be ordered from Porky’s from now on.

Some of the best pizza you will eat in your life! We’re always ordering from here. Their menu has a good variety and they have a great beer selection.

Came here for a birthday party last week and had a great time. This place seems to be a favorite of the locals in the area, and it doesn’t disappoint. The pizza and chicken wings were great, and a good selection of both local and mass produced beer were a welcome site. There are televisions playing sports all throughout the restaurant, and the bench seating promotes interaction amongst sports fans and rivals alike. The only negative I can really find is that the bathroom can only accommodate one person at a time, which can make for some very long lines. Otherwise, this is fun little spot, and I would not hesitate to come back again.

Ordered some take out from here on a Friday night to watch an NBA game. We decided to get a large buffalo chicken pizza and wings. It was relatively quick, we came to pick it up and the place seemed like a family sports bar type setting. Very busy and the staff was buzzing. We got the pizza home and I was really surprised at how good it was. Not many places have buffalo chicken pizzas anymore and Porky’s does it really well. The wings were equally excellent. I was bummed that pizza hut stopped delivering to the area but after eating Porky’s, I don’t even care! Porky’s is my new pizza delivery staple for San leandro.

Need to learn how to properly make dough, way too soggy, pizza flops over, the few toppings fall off. Had this pizza last night, was fair at best.

So disappointed and embarrased as I brought out of towners to my local long time place for great food. I came on a Monday pm Thanksgiving week. The food was horrible! The dinner salad was so watery you could literally pour water off of it. The blue cheese dressing had no flavor very watery. The garlic bread had no garlic flavor and tasted reheated and not toasty. My usual half spaghetti ravioli had no flavor, soggy pasta very little sauce. All I can say is perhaps the food may have been precooked, prepared earlier due to holiday and regular staff taking the week off. Will give it a try to see if this was a fluke or find out the problem. .

Fast friendly service, but it tastes just okay. Hate to admit it, but Domino’s handmade pan tastes better, albeit a chain restaurant. It’s basically hand tossed pizza with no frills. If that’s what you’re looking for, perhaps give it a try. Also tried the fried cheese ravioli. It’s good, but like the pizza it’s just not amazing. Great for large groups, massive place with lots of seating.

Probably the most happening pizza place I have ever seen. Traveled to San Leandro for a totlly different reason and decided I was so hungry any non chain would be on the menu. Lady at the bar was friendly and allowed everyone to sample the beer before pitcher purchase. happening and they must be selling some steller pizza.

This is a solid pizza place. We’ve been customers for over 26 years and counting. Our favorite pizzas are the Porky’s Combo(Italian dry salami, sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives, bell peppers and onion — minus the anchovies), Pepperoni only or Ham & Pineapple. All the ingredients are fresh and tasty; however, they could improve on their crust as it’s usually too thick and chewy. Their Italian dinners(i.e. Spaghetti and meat sauce and meatballs are delicious.) One of their best items on the menu is their fried chicken which I highly recommend. Hands down this is one of the best fried chicken I’ve ever eaten. You can order chicken only or as a dinner which is served with coleslaw, potato wedges and garlic bread. My only gripe is they will not deliver past Marina Blvd(east side) except to Drake’s(near Walmart) which is a bummer! We rarely dine in because it’s always packed to the gills, and the noise level is LOUD, so we call in our order and it’s usually ready in 20 minutes. Excellent customer service on the phone and in the restaurant!

I hate to say this but I have lost faith in their pizza. Probably the worse pizza I have had! Prior to ordering, I told the young lady on the phone my concern of getting soggy pizza. And she even said we will make it well done?!? Ordered half combination and half vegetarian. We couldn’t even pick up the pizza with out it falling apart. The house named it «House Of Soggy Pizza!» Soggy pizza is what we have been getting. And a pizza is not meant to be eaten with a knife and fork. I also don’t mind paying the price but the pizza does not live up to its price. Over priced for under achieving quality. The dough is everything. The pizza sandwiches are still on point and the fried chicken is still decent that’s why it gets the two stars.

We’ve only had delivery from Porky’s and they’ve been friendly on the phone and their delivery is pretty fast. For our first order, we had their Fried Chicken and an order of Spaghetti. As skeptical as we were about ordering fried chicken from a pizza spot, we were blown away. It had to be the best fried chicken we’ve ever had. It was still crispy and was seasoned down to the bone. The SO was saying it even beats the fried chicken at Knott’s Berry Farm, which I’d have to agree. Their Spaghetti was also pretty good, it could’ve used a meatball or two though. Second order, we tried their pizza. We ordered a small combo, which at other spots is equivalent to a medium. The toppings tasted quite fresh but we didn’t like the pie/crust. It tasted like sourdough bread, and the pie was dry and rigid like cardboard. So unfortunately, we’ll pass on their pizza, but we’ll stick to their Fried Chicken & Spaghetti, and look forward to trying their raviolli. Fried chicken delivery, who could ask for anything more?!? #iFeelLikeChickenTonight

I worked here for 2 years. I still give it 5 stars even though I didnt get discounts, saw what does on in the back, and know the people here. Its always great to see small businesses where the owners are actually there to greet you. The bar is awesome, always rotating beers from micro brews. Food is pretty good. Definitely has its signature taste. Maybe it could use some updating at some point but solid place. Perfect for sports!

We always pass by this place, so we decided to try it out. It’s a pretty big place with a lot of seating and a bar. We ordered the pesto artichoke pizza in a small– the menu was really confusing, and we thought that the small would be $ 12. It came up to about $ 19.75 alone for the pizza. I was beyond shocked at the price, but I didn’t want to judge the place too quickly. We got two beers that totaled to about $ 13. The service was pretty slow for us being the only customers when we ordered, but it wasn’t a big deal since I don’t really mind waiting. When we got the pizza, it was really small… definitely not worth $ 20. It tasted okay, and the ingredients were fresh, but I’ve paid less for a better pizza of that size in fisherman’s wharf in SF, so I really don’t understand the pricing at all. Overall, it’s pricey for what you get, so I can’t say I’ll be coming back anytime soon. I would highly recommend going to Bronco Billy’s in fremont/UC instead. However, their customer service was excellent, and for that I’ve bumped it up a star.

One star because dumb app required it. Dried out chicken dinner potato wedges which were inedible, garlic bread that crumbled since it was so dry. The pizza was a disaster of its own. Pics were taken to document this fiasco. Adding salt to the wound I called back and spoke to manager Gary. This must be the same guy that is spitting on, or at least condoning that. Take into account the smell from not changing the water used to wipe tables; well it’s a recipe for gag reflex. I now know why my gut instinct never drew me there previously. Now back to Gary, he must be the local high school has been, now big time management at porkys. Each area of concern I raised with him he would defend as if it’s OK to have stench in a restaurant and food that is fried to death and inedible. He didn’t even present the wherewithal to voice a reasonable answer to what I was talking about. Nor did he even have a response when I walked back in with the takeout garbage and gave it back. Just like the movie porkys this place should have been left behind and forgotten a long time ago.

This place is awesome! I really enjoyed my pizza and felt like the amount I spent was totally worth it. I really like the vibe all the employees keep. It’s kind of like your at Uncles for dinner or something. I liked the beer selection. I liked the dimmed light atmosphere. I liked the amount of tvs in the spot. I liked the fact that I could order fried chicken. Man so many things to like. This is the type of place I would of loved coming to as a kid. I will come here many times. I want to go there now. I like, like it a lot…

After bowling I used Unilocal to find a place to eat nearby… Unilocalers never let me down! I was pretty stoked to see that Porky’s was highly reviewed and it was down the street from the bowling alley. We ordered: Buffalo wings– loved the crispness and the flavor of them. Mozzarella sticks– I didn’t even get to take pictures of them because the kids polished them off so fast! They did say that they were«the best they’ve ever had». Small Chef’s special– my favorite pizza… loved the crust Small chicken pesto– this was my least favorite but it was still delicious. Small pepperoni– you can never go wrong with pepperoni! The kids devoured this one. I really liked the chill vibe and the fact that they had a lot of seating. I hear their chicken is really good, will have to try that next time.
