Mountain Mike’s Pizza

Simple review for delivery service: they are more attentive than ever and they usually deliver sooner than expected. Always ready to tell you what the specials are if you ask and no problems with custom requests (i.e, extra crispy, half & half, anchovies on the side) give them a try!

We had our football team meeting there. We were amazed with new look this old pizza place. We had really good time there. This place is nigh enough to hold multiple parties.

The extra charges for dipping sauces is absolutely ridiculous. They give you an extremely small portion of whatever you get and then charge you for the rest. Even if you double what you need it’s not enough. Pizzas are expensive and don’t plan on being content. 12.50 for mozzarella sticks and some garlic bread.

They have new management and have made great improvements!

Visiting my sister for the night. Knowing I can’t have regular pizza we call here. Gluten-​free pizza doesn’t cook like regular pizza so we asked them to cook my pizza in the oven 2x. I was then argued with about how I wanted my pizza. We hang up and they call me again telling me how I should have my pizza!!! WTF isn’t this rocket science I’m the freaking customer give me what I am asking for!!! Next time sis and I will go elsewhere coz apparently customers wants mean crap to them!!!

Pizza is better than your traditional chain pizza store like Domino’s, no oily pizza or messy cheese that falls off. The pizza itself was great although i asked for green peppers and got green Onions, raw, on my pizza. Still tasted good… lol. I picked up the pizza and the people were much friendlier than the darn Round Table down the street. First time customer and willing to try again.

This location is by far the WORST we’ve ever encountered. basically… we’ve been ordering pizzas from here atleast a month straight and on our recent order we got a phone call explaining that they don’t deliver in our area. okay? so I ask how is that possible when we JUST got one delivered to us less then a week ago. we ask to speak with a manager and she rudely tells us they have no record of any orders with them! complete BULL is what she gave us, and more importantly complete horrible customer service. as a manager your job is to find out the issue and CALMLY find a solution… set examples for your team! we love the pizza but NOT this location!

I bought large pizza 2 weeks ago, they gave me not even cook pizza toppings, you always have to give them heads up to cook it again for me.

I will always order from this location. Great service, great pizza and delicious every time!

Is the best pizza I’ve tasted in years! The mozzarella stick where great, crunchy on the outside and the cheese was still melting when they arrived. I ordered over the phone and he service was great, very polite. The delivery was before time and the delivery guy had great manners.
Definitely recommending it.

I order all the time a large 1 topping pizza with the 13.99 coupon (use to be 12.99). It’s always been a good value and usually 15 dollars and change. Now this same pizza is 18.02 with the coupon. They’ve now decided to tack on a delivery fee. I’ve never been charged a delivery fee before in all the years I’ve ordered a pizza for delivery from them. I can make a pizza at home for half this cost and I won’t charge myself delivery. The pizza itself tends to be very hit and miss. A lot of times I get a pepperoni pizza with less than the 100 slices of pepperoni advertised on the ad. The amount tends to be more in the low 80s. Their sauce varies as well. The normal sauce is mild and not spicy. But about ¹⁄₃ of the time the sauce is very spicy. Also the pizza is rather greasy about the same amount of time. I wonder if they run out of the standard ingredients and then just run to a grocery store and buy cheap ingredients. I think I will go back to making my pizza from scratch. Use to rave about this pizzeria but now it’s no better than a round table or little Caesars. Tragic and sad.

Well the Pizza is good but the ambiance is not. But for this industrial area, there is no or little ambiance except down at the harbor. I have used them to order out dozens of pizzas for group feeds while working in the area, so it fine with me. If you eat there and get a pitcher of beer or two with the pizza, it makes a big difference and you don’t need ambiance.

Ordered pizza to be delivered at my workplace last Friday. It was simple, it was quick, and it was delicious. Who doesn’t like Mountain Mike’s Classic Combo! I give them 5 stars, no doubt

Great Pizza, friendly staff, and close to my house.

The $ 6.99 all you can eat lunch with salad bar is a pretty solid decision. Their delivery is always quick, often arriving earlier than stated, with a steaming, delicious pizza. Plus, as anyone who knows chain restaurant pizza is aware, Mt. Mike’s is easily the best.

I haven’t had their pizzas so I won’t review them.
I ordered chicken bites and cheese bread. The chicken bites are chicken nuggets like what you get at Walmart and heat up in the microwave. I was expecting crispy bites of chicken, not crap nuggets. I asked for a side of Buffalo Sauce and got a side of ranch. NASTY. The cheese bread was something like a 6“x6″ cheese pizza that was cut crooked. For the price I paid I expect better. I was not impressed at all with either of these items and will not return.

Usually nice n quiet. I like 2 take my son here as a treat sometimes b4 we go to church. :-)

Pizza? It’s your standard okay-​to-​good pizza. But the real winner? Not scared to deliver to East Oakland (aka the black hole of pizza deliveries)…

I would have to give it 4.5 stars… Last weekend for Football we placed an order for 2 large Pepperoni and 2 large Combos. I would have to say that I really dig this place. The pizza was nice and hot and opted to do a pick up so we missed a few min of the 2^nd half but it was so worth it. This is my new fav pizza and yes I will be back

Came here on a lunch break and left feeling satiated!
Four of us split a large pizza (13.99) on which we got half pepperoni and half fresh artichoke hearts. It took around 10 – 15 minutes for the pizza to come out. The pepperoni circumference was similar to that of quarters. It kind of creeped me out to be honest. Too many pepperoni per slice! I suppose in theory, the pepperoni is more widespread and thus for each bite you get more pepperoni taste, but it just looked off. Especially because the edges of the pepperoni curled up a little, making them look like little bowls.
The artichoke hearts were good though! I enjoyed the slices that had mixtures of the two.
I also appreciated how small each slice of pizza was cut. This made for cleaner eating and also made it less of a commitment to pick up another slice.
I quite liked the thickness of the crust! Also the pizza was just good. Yay.
Dislikes: the lighting, the bathrooms, and the wall décor. We couldn’t figure out what most of the items were, except for the ax. *shudder* Also the parking lot is annoying. There’s no exit so you have to just drive to the back lot, make an awkward uturn, and then exit the way you came in.
