Needed a pedi badly so I walked in on a sunday. Parking at grocery outlet. I waited about 10 min. before I took a chair. The lady I tried talking too did not speak english. I asked if they could turn on the tv, they had to get the owner out from the back because nobody knew what I was talking about. The regular pedi was alright. I asked the lady to do my nails a certain way but she had no clue what I was saying. I told the owner that I wanted my nails shorter. Nobody heard what I was saying. I paid $ 20, $ 3 tip and left. I wouldn’t go back because they did not do what I was trying to ask them. The equipment they used came from a sterile bag which she opened in front of me but for customer service, it wasn’t there. Nobody in the salon was talking. It was a weird quiet vibe, maybe somebody died, not sure but it’s not a friendly atmosphere as in other places. The girl I had seem to have just came out of cosmetology school. Sunday was great for this place to be open, I should of just waited to go to my regular shop. Sorry, but this place was not my fortay.

The staff here is very nice, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT that’s the only recommendation I have, they are always super busy and its hard to say if they will take you in. I’ve walked in without making and appointment 3x and unfortunately they were too busy so I always call in and make a quick appointment before stopping by. I didn’t want to write a review before because I only went there about once every 3 months but I’ve been going there every 2 weeks for the past 3 months and will continue going. I always call and ask for Kim, she’s very careful and detailed with her work, I haven’t left the nail salon with gel on my cuticle.

This is the worst gel manicure I’ve ever had and I’ve had some bad ones. The Polish was thick, wavy, and all over the place. The technician didn’t even shape my nails and he made me bleed. Go literally anywhere else!

Step 1: Make an appointment. It’s not necessary; but if you plan on getting serviced after 3pm on the weekend, make an appointment. Sunday is the best day to come in.
Step 2: Jackie and Kim have been the only two ladies to touch my hands and I have been more than satisfied with their work all times I’ve seen them.
Step 3: Show up ON TIME. Walk-​ins are welcome; but at their prices and Jackie’s thorough job, it gets busy. Save yourself 20 minutes and make an appointment. Arrive early.
I am extremely happy with Jackie’s work and will continue to come to Crystal Nails for my nails. It’s affordable and the quality of work is excellent.

I came in with my friend. We both had bad experiences here but here’s mine:
I got a pedicure first. When she was clipping my cuticles, she pushed the clippers into my skin. She pushed it deeper and further into my skin that my toe ended up bleeding. She explained how it was because my toe was really dry. My toe was left in pain that lasted my whole time at the salon.
When I was getting my fill, the man who took of my gel polish dos not do a good job. He did not remove all the gel on my nail and underneath it, as seen in the pictures I posted. He didn’t even ask me if I wanted my nails shorter, which was the main reason why I went thee in the first place. He didn’t shave or buff off my previous fill. Instead, he layered the new fill on top of my old fill which I absolutely did not like. While he was filing my nails into shape, he filed my skin more than he filed my nails. Not only did he continue to file my skin, he also kept burning it with the shaving/​buffing tool. My fingers were burning and in so much pain during and after my experience. To top it all off, one of my index fingers shape was not round or smooth at all. It looks as if it is melting off of my finger nail (picture is uploaded as well). Never will I go to this nail salon ever again.

NEW FAV PLACE! Kim & Jackie are awesome! Kim did the filling of my short nails and shaped them perfectly! (Exactly how I like) Jackie painted them amazingly and she was super nice too! Definitely my place to go now! most definitely recommend.

Kim did such a great job on my nails. I’ve been to her twice and she has given me exactly what I’ve asked for. She takes her time and make sure my design is perfect. Thank you Kim. See you in two weeks!

My toes were tore up from the floor up and I was in desperate need of a place that could accommodate a walk-​in (Mani/​Pedi) on a Saturday morning. Stumbled upon Crystal nails, while at a nail salon that could only service me for a pedicure. I called Crystal Nails to check for availability and they informed me to come in now. Once I arrived, I was serviced right away.
My only after thought is that I should have went with gel on my fingernails b/​c my mani lasted all of 3 days without chipping.
Overall I have no complaints about this place and was pleased with the Nail technicians that worked on both my hands and feet.

Worst nail salon I ever been to. The lady that did my nails had no clue in what she was doing, I guess that why I got her… the new person, not a regular customer!!! She didn’t know how to shape my nails and she cut my skin. Thankfully there are so many nail salons.

I got a gel manicure (and regular pedicure) on December 23^rd. It’s December 29^th and 3 nails have completely chipped off. The girl who did my manicure shaped my nails rather odd, and doing normal everyday things, the gel rips from the corners!!! I’m able to lift it clean off the entire nail.
Either she applied the priming base wrong or their brand of gel is HORRIBLE. My pedicure is fine, it’s cold and my toesies have been covered, but I’m rather disappointed to pay $ 40 for gel polish that doesn’t adhere properly. Won’t be back.

I lost my favorite girl at my last nail salon and since I don’t know where she works now, I’m on the hunt for a new place.
I tried Crystal this weekend and was sorely disappointed. First, they don’t have OPI and their color selection is not great. When the lady was about to cut the corner of my toe nail, I asked her not to cut the corner and she took that as to «do absolutely nothing.» It’s very surprising that they don’t know that cutting the corner is what causes ingrown nails. There was a customer sitting next to me that also asked her nail tech to not cut her corners too, but at less she got the rest of her services unlike me. When she was about to put on polish, I asked her if she can at less clean the dirt from under the nail. She giggle and proceeded to use the tip of a metal nail file. Which is pretty fat and rather uncomfortable. I know there’s a tool for that. Why didn’t she use that?
After she used the few tools and the pumice on me, she just wiped it on the towel my feet rests on and put it back in the basket to be used again. Most places use autoclave now to sanitize the tools. They should at less use alcohol to wipe them off. I personally am very surprised by this. I will not be going back to Crystal and so the search continues.

Jackie is awesome! Ask for her if you need your nails done. My first visit and i will be coming back. I asked for the coffin shaped acrylic and came out perfect! She’s so nice and she takes her time. No crazy prices.
Broke a nail a few days later and tommy got me in and fixed it for me. They have such a nice team

Trying to find the perfect nail shop is impossible especially somewhere close to home and open on Sunday, so me and my cousin went in last Sunday for a mani and pedi mind you I got gel colors for my nails.
Pro:they have a lot of gel colors to choose from.
Cons: rush to do your nails and feet didn’t clean my cuticle very well nail chip within a week.
I would think they would had actually took their time since it was only 2 of us in the shop No they didn’t paid $ 42 for both service, tip them $ 2 each and spoke in their language and was maybe making fun of our tip I won’t be going back at all

My cuticles are still a hot mess. My toe nails are already chipping. I’m asian but I do not speak Vietnamese and they were even talking about me and my cousin. They laughed at us after we tipped them lol. They deserved the $ 2 tip. Smh I will not be returning!

I’ve been wanting to do a review for this place but I wanted to wait a few days to make sure I give accurate information. I got a shellac manicure here a lil over a week ago. There was no wait time at all. This place is VERY clean. The prices are good too. Ivy was so sweet. She did exactly what I asked. She was professional and I was in and out in a hour. I love that! I am extremely picky and anal when it comes to my nails. Ivy did an excellent job. My polish job is perfect! No cracks or chips over this past week. I was so impressed, that I’m planning to make this my regular nail salon.

So loving this place, massage awesome. Their patience, clean, matching gel and polish for toes. There is a menu but it was complicated for me because I get lost with too many options. However I got my scrub, paraffin, OH the chairs work! LoL

I love coming here. They are clean, fast and very good. They are busy on the weekends so I suggest to call for an appointment. I leave here feeling great! Always a good feeling.

The place is clean. Staff is friendly. Best of all I showed a pic and for exactly what I wanted. How do acrylic nails look natural? I don’t know but she sure pulled it off. Acrylic actually looks like my nails. I really appreciated the time it took to find the perfect purple as well. Once again THANK YOU!

I really like this nail salon. I’ve been here twice so far and have had a pleasant experience both times. They recently redecorated the place, so it looks a lot more bright and open. Their new nail polish display rack looks cute and organized with a good selection of colors to choose from. They have good prices and do a good job. I’d highly recommend this place for a nice, fairly inexpensive pedicure. All the nail techs seem to be friendly, which is always a plus in any salon.

This is my go to for a good affordable Mani pedi 28 bucks is a steal! Jackie and the ladies here try their best to accommodate ur needs. They are known for cleanliness and I love they give u your scrub and file back for reuse next time. They have a variety of nail brands to choose from from China glaze, Daisy, Nabi, Klean color, even Essie. Making an appointment is always best but again they do what they can to try to accommodate. They also do acrylic and gel nails as well as waxing. I always leave out of there happy!
