Anna’s Nails

1^st of all, don’t let the pink shirt in the profile pic fool ya just cause I get pedicures from time to time lol.
Okay so here I go, I landed here from a word-​of-​mouth recommendation by a good friend. I requested my pedicure to be done by Anna and I must say she took her time with my feet and I was pleased with the turnout. I do wish the water was a bit warmer, but I’ll request that next time. I’m not giving a full 5 stars because I do not agree with penny pinching as a business owner myself. Putting the charge of doing business onto the customer so that you can accept credit cards is not in good taste at all in my opinion. I am also not a fan of an establishment that speaks in their native tongue while customers are being serviced and our clearly being referenced.
Overall, I enjoyed my time at this salon, and had some good laughs with the staff. I still believe that a regular male customer pedicure should be in the neighborhood of $ 14 – 17, no paint needed here ;).
I also met Celina (I hope that was her name) and Kim who were delightful as well.

New to area. They were recommended. Waited 30 minutes for service. Staff did a poor job on gel manicure left lint in a nail and bumps in anorher, cut cuticle and caused bleeding. Not to mention this was a gel manicure which I have had last 2 to 3 weeks and this one was chipping in two days. The pedicure was nice except that they cut the nail too short and it was painful. I will mot be going back.

Friendly staff, they do a great job with nails, esp., Kim and Anna gives the best pedicures.

This 5 is for those good workers that are in there. You may request who does the work on you. So when you go I recommend you request someone in particular, I know not all the workers in there are good. Ive gone with them for several years even before they moved here to San Leandro. Afterall I do recommend the place.

Remodel

This place is horrible and they need to be trained. They cannot paint or do eyebrows.

I asked for a pedicure I was pointed towards a pedicure chair and told pick a color and to sit down.
The woman who helped me had her toddler at work with her. I assumed the kid was being watched by someone in the back room, which was a little weird, but things happen, so I focused on my magazine and ignored the screeching from behind the curtain. Shortly after the beginning of the service the toddler dragged a plastic chair out from the back room and sat right next to her mom while I was getting a pedicure. A little awkward and definitely not relaxing.
The entire service the mother was speaking to the baby as she screamed and whined and banged on things.
I won’t be back.

Not worth time or money. Manicure was horrible, pedicure soso, polish selection terrible. I can’t believe i just spent money on what looks like I worse manicure than I could do myself, polish all over my fingers, cuticles look untouched, nails are cut and not even shaped. Disaster everywhere.

$ 22 full set of eye lashes that have lasted me over two weeks. Talk about an AMAZING deal. I don’t even have to say hello cause my eye lashes wave for me ;)
