SLOW If you are short on time, don’t come here. It was lunch time 11:30. Only one worker was making sandwiches. There were 4 people ahead of me. It took 17 minutes to get a sandwich. This place is under new management and it shows. It is seriously understaffed.

This is a wonderful Subway. I’ve been here many times and love the staff. The owner is very friendly and very personable. She engages with her customers a lot and creates a friendly atmosphere. I will continue to always go to this Subway.

Just really bad service and the smallest sandwich you will ever see in a subway. This location they will not put any vegetables on your sandwich they act like they do and you’re watching nothing leave there hands. I have tried menu times at this location because is just so close to everything but I have been disappointed ever time.

I really wonder how this location is open still. The people working here must be yelled at for putting vegetables on your sandwich because last time I checked some kid at a counter could care less about how much topping are on your sandwich. So for the 10 cents this Indian lady saves on the sandwich she serves she loses all of my business. I love subway because all the fresh produce put on the sandwiches but this location I see them move there hands over the sandwich to put produce on and it’s one tenth of any subway. I remember working at a ballpark pizza and the owner said put lots of produce on the pizza people love it and it’s cheep. Here is too you and your sadess and flattest sandwiches that I know of in south county.

I wish I can give this Subway negative stars; it is absolutely horrible. Subway(s) typically manage the portions that they provide on their sandwiches(e.g. Certain # of pieces of meat) and that’s ok; however, this place takes it to a whole new level by measuring the shredded cheese in little cups and then charging you extra for more(even though the meager portion they’ve provided is next to nothing in the first place). They don’t even give you enough napkins and you have to always ask for more(which the manager pretty much argues with you on providing more). I’ve stopped by here many times on my way back and forth between San Diego and LA, but no more. The management are complete tightwads & have zero customer service skills and it reflects right through the employees that work for them– who demonstrate the same poor skills and are miserable too! Find a different subway.

This store has the best service ever. Their sandwiches are fantastic and they all seem so hardworking. The Indian woman at the register is so kind and generous, she likes to crack and few jokes to get a smile on your face. I went here for for lunch today. It was pretty busy around 1pm and the line moved really fast. I would say I was out within 5 – 7 minutes. Food tasted good and all employees were really nice. I would say definitely go here!

Went to this location for a late lunch yesterday because I happened to be in the area. Spent the night in my bathroom with a case of food poisoning. I am a Subway regular and have eaten at many locations in So. Cal. and have NEVER been sick before. Considering that I shared my sandwich(but not the vegetables), I believe that their vegetables were not washed properly.

THEWORSTSUBWAYEVER. Very Unprofessional every time I come in the owner and the Indian lady are screaming at each other and not paying attention to the guests that are trying to order there food. I came in to order and sandwich and the employees were in the back room talking/arguing and it took them 10 minutes to come out to help me get my order not one person had a smile on there face very unprofessional I recommend never coming here.

I actually go to this Subway a lot because of the good priced $ 5 dollar meals. The Indian lady at the register is always super nice and usually remembers my order when I come in. She rocks.

Very bad experience. I asked for a bottle of water because I am pregnant. They gave me a cup, which I gave back when I took the water. She said, «oh, that is extra,» but didn’t know how to ring it up. The manager said, «just give me a dollar more.» For a bottle of water?! I ended up paying full price to drink from the tap, and the woman closed with«Soda isn’t *that* bad for the baby.» I went for lunch, not judgement. Lousy, uncaring management.

I’ve been to this particular Subway twice and both experiences were awesome. The first time was especially enjoyable, however. The lady at the cash register, as I was standing in the entrance texting my wife, said«we just got a call from your house for 10 subs». I said«my wife’s pregnant, so it’s possible.» When I got back to her to ring up my order, she threw in a free cookie because she thought my wife would enjoy it. Such a sweet thing to do. She was just as friendly and positive during my second visit, too. I know it’s only Subway, but this one’s better than many!
