I’ve never had a facial before. I came to Unilocal to find a good place to go and it looked like Charisma was a good choice. My mom is getting married and I wanted us to get facials the week before her wedding. I was really nervous but Simin made me at ease very quickly. Her room is like being at a spa. Candles, soft music, soft lighting. She talked me through every step so I knew what was happening. She was kind and soft. I am so relaxed and I’ve already booked my next facial. Simin, thank you so much!

Sherry has cut my hair twice now. I am so glad I found her. Charisma is not a super fancy salon but I don’t care about that. I care if the hair stylist knows what they’re doing! Sherry does. She cut my wavy hair into a bob, layered the ends, and I can wear it straight if I blow dry it or just let it air dry. I always let it air dry and it looks really cute! She knows what she’s doing, ladies!

Be careful of this SALON. Marjan died by hair inappropriately and it left burns. She is normally a good stylist which makes it difficult to write this review. But I always believe honesty is the best policy.

Sherry took me as her last appt of the day. It was my first time at the salon and Sherry stayed an hour or more after the salon closed. Why? Because she took so much pride in her work. I love my cut and color. I am a customer for life. Thank you Sherry

My Mom and I have been going to Sherry for our hair for a long time now. She is extremely talented with hair cuts and highlights. I have had so many people fry my hair I am super picky with who I go to and Sherry is truly amazing. I also really like that I can get a facial and pick up my beauty products as well, it is so convenient. I would highly recommend going to Charisma if you havent already been!

I moved from Los Angeles — where I had a fabulous hairdresser– to south Orange County. I was looking for a good hairdresser here and never thought I could find someone as good as my guy in LA. My friend recommended Sherry. I was very hesitant but decided to give Sherry a try. She promised that I would not leave unhappy, and she was right! That was 17 years ago. Sherry and her staff are wonderful, helpful, polite and fabulous at what they do! They offer a wide variety of hair products, and services including skin care, extensions, blowouts and wax. If you want a great hairdresser that listens to you and delivers the look you want, look no further. It is all right here at Charisma!

I’ve been Marjan’s customer for years and I would swear by her unparalleled work! I come to her for almost all of her services from highlights to Brazilian Blowouts. I especially love that she always cuts my hair just the length I want. Like most women, I’m extremely picky about the way my hair looks, but not only does she meet my expectations, she goes above and beyond! It’s no wonder why my friends always ask me who my stylist is.
Aside from her work, she also knows how to pamper you (I can’t help falling asleep at the washing station since her head massages are so relaxing). ¹⁰⁄₁₀ with customer service and her prices are excellent (a bargain if you ask me).
Definitely recommend Charisma Salon, and especially recommend MARJAN! :)

Went to Sherry for the first time this weekend. Excellent cut. First stylist ever to get my hair the way I always wanted it. Highly recommend her, she is great. Staff is also super friendly. What a gem.

This is the only place I would trust to get my hair done before holidays or special occasions. Marjan is so wonderful! Whether I come in wanting my hair highlighted, curled, or trimmed, Marjan can do everything exceptionally. She is so great at her job and truly caring. Although I am usually a perfectionist about my hair, I never have any complaints after coming to this salon.

Absolutely love this Salon & Spa! I went to Sherry, she took me right away, excellent customer service, gave me am amazing cut and color! She referred me to her facialist Simin an I received an Amazing pumpkin peel. She left my skin glowing for weeks. I highly recommend Sherry for your hair and Simin for your skin :) you’ll love them! Very clean and professional ;)

Charisma is amazing! My family and I have been coming here for years and Sherry delivers consistently beautiful work! My highlights are flawless and get compliments every time! Charisma is clean professional, and always so friendly. The team here makes you feel so special. Their customer service is top notch and they always make sure their clients leave happy!

I highly recommend the facials from Semi. I never thought facials made that much of a difference, but they do! She is very detailed and determined to make sure your face gets the proper care I also get my brows done — she provides both waxing and threading. Plus, she very considerate and just an overall lovely lady! I would recommend going on a monthly basis, you will get compliments on your skin! While I’m there, about every other month, I get an appointment with Sheri for my hair cut — love it. One stop shop!
If looking for a day of beauty– there is a nail salon next door!

Great Salon! I have been going to Sherry, the owner for years. Great cuts, color and atmosphere. It is very convenient to buy my products (like shampoo & skin products) at best prices.
After moving to Newport Beach, I still travel down to this salon

My wife has bought products at Charisma had her hair colored n cut by a gentlemen that use to work here at Charisma n loved the way it came out, went back begInning of August this year had her hair colored n cut n I’m very dissatisfied with the color — as it looks like nothing was done to her hair. Will think twice before returning.

Had Sheri do my hair today. AWESOME…She is the ONLY one who ever got it right! Now a repeat customer!

Sherry is an amazing stylist and really cares about her customers. She takes the time to ask questions to really understand what you want. I love Charisma and will definitely be back!!!

I’m in my 40’s and been having my hair done for a while now, obviously. I usually bounce from one salon to another for various reasons… often because on some level, I’m dissatisfied with the way my hair came out, or something in the service. Through my mother, I started going to Charisma and seeing Bill and I can honestly say that it’s been the best salon experience I’ve ever had. Bill has a very calm energy, really listened to what I wanted with my hair and delivered results that were exactly what I’d been thinking and envisioning in my mind. Especially the color! I had this specific idea of what I wanted… kind of strawberry blond with some copper mixed in… but with depth and dimension and it came out right on target! He’s a real artist. The cut was perfect… he didn’t take too much off my long hair as I requested. I really enjoy talking to Bill too… if he were a doctor, he’d have an excellent ‘bedside manner.’
Everyone else in the salon is really friendly and down-​to-​earth and willing to offer suggestions and help. I’m kind of new to having long hair — believe it or not — and Bill and others in the salon have given me great tips to achieve the hair I’ve always wanted.
I highly recommend Charisma salon. You’re feel so comfortable and welcome there.

My 1^st visit for a hair cut, Sheri was awesome! I had a totally new style in mind for myself and she got it, I’m obsessed with my hair!

Ive been to this place since i moved to Cali. I drive all the way from torrance to san juan to get my hair done. Sherry, the owner, does a fantastic job no matter what I want her to do on my hair. From haircuts, highlights, hair straightening etc.
The environment is also warm and welcoming. Really no complaints!
