She’s careful about not cutting too much off, which is a relief with hair cutters, and you can keep asking her to make little tweaks (if you want) until you’re totally happy!

She’s a wonderful person and easy to have a conversation with however I am not happy with how my turned out. I wanted a ½ trim with added layers and a taper in the front. You really can’t see either. And idk if her blow dryer setting was set to high or what but as she was blow drying my hair I could see smoke coming from my hair and could feel the burning heat on my scalp which made me want to scream. I am protective of my hair and want to keep it healthy which is why I never dye it (unless it’s henna which is natural and not chemical) or blow dry it unless i desperately need to and that only for a few secs. She’s great to hang out with and go to coffee with my not doing my hair with her again

Charlotte made me feel very comfortable with letting her know if there was something that I would like for her to fix after she colored and cut my hair. I did not already have bangs but we decided to go for it! She took the time I needed her to take in making sure that I was comfortable with my hair before leaving her presence. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new stylist or to get there hair done! In fact, she will be cutting both my fiancé and my son’s hair here real soon, as well!

Charlotte came highly recommended by my friend and I traveled to SJC from Huntington Beach because I heard how good she is. I told her what I like and don’t like about my hair and gave her my blessing to do what she thought would look best. The end result was my favorite haircut/​color ever! I called Charlotte because my former stylist went MIA. I have fine hair, which is a concern in a location where so many ladies have gorgeous, thick hair. She is friendly, professional and truly customer-​oriented. The consultation is thorough, and Charlotte stops often to let you give feedback. While I was in her chair, I felt very comfortable. When I got home, I could easily style it too! I’m looking forward to seeing her again :-)

I went to Charlotte last month because I desperately needed my roots done before an important event. My (ex) normal stylist couldn’t squeeze me in so I did some research and saw that Charlotte came highly recommended. Not only did she MAKE time for me, but she was a complete joy to spend the time with. She went out of her way to be available and then treated me like an old friend. Not only that, but my root color was even better and closer to what I wanted than the woman who’s been doing my hair for over a year. I will be continuing to see Charlotte!

I love getting my hair done by Charlotte. She’s in the London Hair Studio in San Juan right by Café Mozart where there’s always parking which makes me super happy. I work a bazillion hours per week and she’s always flexible and even schedules me on her off hours when I can’t make it in during her normal hours. I like to change my hair up a lot and she always gives me what I’m looking for. I used to have hair almost to my butt and she cut more than a foot off and gave me a really cute new cut that I LOVE. Another thing I love is that she always has bright funky colors, so when I’m feeling extra sassy, I can have semi-​permanent awesomeness for a while. I always feel like she cares about me being satisfied with my cut and color– she takes pride in her work and is a fun stylist to hang with while you’re getting your new do. I fully suggest going to Charlotte to get your hair done– the price is right and you’ll love your hair!

One of the few people I have actually enjoyed having my hair done by not only because of her attention to detail but also because she makes the long process of coloring my hair bearable with good conversation. She strives for excellence and is totally willing to work with you to get the result you want. The salon is clean, tastefully decorated, and has the friendly neighborhood vibe I appreciate living in smaller town.
