Once again, Theresa has exceeded all of my expectations. She sold my home last year (see my review on 7÷2÷2014) and this year, she sold a second home for me. It was so easy. I was on the east coast throughout the entire process and I did not have a single worry. Theresa pretty much planned and scheduled everything and got it done. Not only did she get it done, she got me multiple offers (a crazy amount in the double digits). Theresa knows how to market a home and price it strategically. She made the process so easy… I wish I could bring her here to the east coast with me. She is awesome. I would recommend her to EVERYONE. I don’t know why anyone would choose another realtor when Theresa is clearly the best, brightest, and most efficient. She is a pleasure to work with. Buying and/​or selling a home can be an emotional, stressful and exciting venture. When going through the process, you want someone that is knowledgable, persistent and accomodating. Theresa is all of these things! She helped me buy my first house in 2009 when the market was down. As a first-​time home-​buyer, I was very nervous. Theresa got me into a house that was beyond what I could have expected! I loved that place. With time, however, my needs changed. Recently, Theresa helped me sell that place to buy my forever home last month. The market now is extremely different from when I bought in 2009 and Theresa got me into a house that had multiple offers and an intense bidding war! I was so grateful to have her on my side making the deal. I did not even have the highest offer according to the selling agent, but the seller had more confidence that my offer would close smoothly. That is all thanks to Theresa’s personal contact with the selling agent and a tight sound offer. I am now in the process of moving in to my new home and could not be more excited!

Theresa was our agent when we purchased our first home in Campbell. As a first time buyer, Theresa was really up front and honest, about how hard the market is to get into. She worked with us every step of the way, through the process. Honestly, in the bay area, you are competing against so many people, for a limited supply of houses on the market. Theresa knows the market very well, and knows what it takes to get you into a house. With her Intero Office, she has great resources and connections backing her up. I totally recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. She is incredibly organized, energetic, and easy to work with.

Theresa is amazing in so many ways! I met her when she did a market review for me so that I could consider buying the house I was renting. I found her to be thorough and honest, professional and knowledgeable. She was referred to me by the CEO of Intero so I knew she came highly regarded.
I did buy the house I was in and sadly soon thereafter, our neighbor passed away, and his home was in a state of total disrepair. I introduced Theresa to the owner’s brother who lived in KS and Theresa worked with him (remotely!) to get the house into perfect condition for sale. She handled every aspect of the «renovation» and handled the sale of the home perfectly.
Theresa is a pro in every sense of the word! I am not moving for a few years, but when I do, I will not hesitate for 1 second in asking her to list and sell my house. She will market it and sell it for top dollar and do so professionally and ethically (which is key for me) and I know she does the same for all of her clients.
