Debbie helped us sell our home and buy a new one during a very difficult time in our lives. Suffice it to say that with two young children and divorce proceedings, she navigated her way deftly through the transactions, and left both my ex-husband and me feeling as though we had made a good decision in every way. She is charming and kind, great with kids, and knows the business better than anyone. She takes a personal interest in her clients while maintaining a sense of professional decorum that is second to none. Although it is has been some time since our transactions, I have consistently referred her to everyone I come across, wherever located in the state of California, and each person has felt the same way I do: she’s a pro and the agent you want in your corner in today’s shockingly changeable, cutthroat market!

Debbie is better than «as good as it gets». She was absolutely perfect in every way. My husband is very particular and I told him he had to select the realtor to sell our home. He did and was amazed. We had a big challenge that we had to sell quickly due to a family situation and we needed to make a certain amount of profit — she did it all. She provided us a clear picture of the plan, the amount of work (a lot in a little time), and a clear financial plan. It worked exactly like she said and the market was right so thanks to Debbie we achieved well above asking price with multiple offers. When we had to purchase a new home, it was difficult to work with another realtor as Debbie had set such a high standard. And, today I just received emails from her office with all the forms we will need for our taxes — it just gets better with Debbie & her team. We can’t recommend her highly enough and I should say she is simply pleasant and nice to be with. THANK YOU DEBBIE and team!

Debbie talks a good game. She knows what she’s doing but she came up far short in communicating with us. I think she’s too busy for her own good. As a home seller, getting a response from her via email or phone was always a chore.
My biggest beef was that she promised to give me a discount on her commission if I sold my old house and bought our new home through her. We did just that. But guess what? We never did get that commission discount on the sale of our house.
I’m not sure if I would use her again or not. She’s good at what she does but I don’t trust her completely.
